It is a tiny house within walking distance to all the beaches of Kisami.(Ichida Beach is the nearest 7-minute walk/11m above sea level) It is especially recommended for those who like surfing and swimming! There is also a Wi-Fi environment in the facility, so please use it for long-term stays and trips as a base for work and Izu travel. The kitchen is equipped with simple cooking utensils, dishes and seasonings in a bite cooker (gas). We also offer free rental items that guests can use.Bicycles and kickboards are free of charge, so please feel free to use them during your stay. If you would like to have a BBQ, please refer to the House Rules for details. In addition, the facility is non-smoking, so please smoke outdoors. Check your house rules for smoking areas. Access is 3 minutes on foot from Izukyu Shimoda Station, 10 minutes by bus from Izukyu Shimoda Station, and 5 minutes by car from Izukyu Shimoda Station. It is a beach house along the Sotoura coast that can be accessed by bus from Izukyu Shimoda Station.50 meters from Sotoura Coast.The beach is accessible barefoot and the outside shower is comfortable. This cottage has 6 tatami mats in the bedroom, a living room (4.5 tatami mats + 8 tatami flooring, including a kitchen), a bathroom with a bathtub, and a 100-inch large-screen projector. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove (2 ports), a refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster, cooking utensils and dishes, and there is a stopover hot spring (adult 700 yen ~), a hinoyasan, a direct sales shop for vegetables picked in the morning, a delicious bakery and a set meal shop within walking distance. From waking up in the morning to sleeping at night, this is the perfect location to feel the sea and spend some time with your family and friends. It is a small wooden house in a quiet location surrounded by forest, with a magnificent sea spreading in front of you and a sense of openness. One pair per day only.

Situated on a high ground opposite the Yuhigaoka rest stop where the sunsets are beautiful, you can spend your holiday in a very quiet cottage between the ocean and the woods with vast expanses of ocean in front of you and untouched forests behind you. There is a microwave and refrigerator, but there is no stove, so it is not possible to cook in the room. The deck is large and open and has a BBQ that is available for rental for a fee.(Reservation required, fee 4000 yen, not allowed to bring in) Food ingredients are not included in the price, so please bring your own. Please note that no cooking is allowed except for the BBQ stove which is rented out. There are no supermarkets or convenience stores within a 15 km radius. Please buy the ingredients at Matsuzaki or Shimogamo and come here. Also, please let me know if you'd like me to serve the food listed in the menu only on restaurant business days.
