Fantastic studio for 2 cyclists not wishing to spend a chilly night camping. Guy-Marie was very welcoming and spoke excellent English which was appreciated greatly. Well equipped and clean space. Close to the big Hypermarche and not far from the centre. Excellent value.

I took advantage of this studio just a night for an exhibition in the region. There is everything you need to feel at ease and there is everything to stay longer (business or tourism with kitchen, desk, bed for 2 and bathroom).

Very good base for exploring the south of the Vendée. At 20min from the sea, close to lots of activity, and visit beautiful contrasting scenery, Luzon is a small town very pleasant. The apartment on the side of the road is very quiet end, restful, pleasant, close to all amenities, yet far enough away to be quiet. Our hosts are very friendly and attentive. Our children have enjoyed these fun holiday, and us. To recommend and then!

The housing complies with its description and has fully met our expectations. The owners are friendly and we were quickly put at ease. The apartment is close to shops including a supermarket (very convenient for shopping and gasoline). Located a twenty km from the beautiful beaches of Vendée, this accommodation offers a good price / quality ratio. At four, we had a wonderful family holiday.

The apartment is renovated and equipped (freezer, washing machine, fridge, tv fan, linen), what a pleasant stay (especially for longer stays). I found that the apartment is ideally placed to discover the Vendée coast. In 45 minutes on average we had access to different beaches (sands olonnes, slice sea ETC ...) It's quiet and you can get in the car which is a plus. The sunny terrace until late L is equally important. The hosts were very welcoming, discrete but present if necessary. In conclusion pleasant stay, in a very nice place, with very friendly people. Book eyes closed. :) ++++ *

This apartment was charming, a perfect base for a family of 4 to explore the area. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. Amandine was extremely helpful - we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this accommodation.

Super apart is if really feels good and the environment is just fabulous ... It's beautiful, it's quiet and there are many activities available in the school premises! Also Jonathan is very nice, doing everything to facilitate entry into the apartment and to have the feeling of being at home so no complaints at all on the contrary !!! Super apartment. All the basic furniture is present. Great shower. Terrace at the top. Great View: swimming pool and tennis court on one side, the other golf. accomodating and friendly host. Superb field! That's positive.

Beautiful place! You're really on the golf course. From the (shared) roof terrace you look out over the flag of hole 18 and the putting green. Beautiful setting, half an hour from the beach. With small children less suitable, next to the pool are several bays for a few holes. They should therefore still swimming ... But without kids and like real golf enthusiast a mecca!

Jonathan is a welcoming host. Its housing conforms to the proposed description, clean and very well located. We had a great time.
