Fully renovated holiday home in 2022, non-unitoyan 300 meters from the sea in Loctudy in the Bigouden country. Home is great for having a good time with friends and family. Everything is new, beds, furniture, sanitary facilities. .. more in winter a Scandinavian stove warm you after your long walks on the beach of Les Sables Blancs de Lesconil, accessible 3 minutes walk from the house! The GR 34 is right there too! The fiber has just been plugged in!

Ideally located 150 m from the beach, this "penty" is very close to shops. This renovated fisherman's house is located very close to the quiet port of Loctudy. In front of the Penty we have a fenced terrace with garden furniture. Inside, on the ground floor, a main room, sofa bed, kitchen, living room. The floor is furnished with a bed 160 and a bed of 90.
