Individual seat a bit tight for adults. If no problem is the bare minimum for a good night stay- For us it was enough. It must have a minimum sailor, to support the pitching inconvenience.

Dominique is charming and kind, as is the young woman who welcomed us when we arrived. The apartment is great - really good views (although as this is a loft apartment you do have to be standing up to see the old port and the river), and peaceful. It is smart and well-appointed and the bed is comfortable. The location is lovely - in a quiet part of town, but within easy reach of everything. We may well return.

Perfect on the line. Magali and her husband gave us a great welcome full of little charming touches. They received us, spent some time with us for the presentation of places and then with a subtle discretion left us to sit while insisting that they would be on the phone for any query. Gilles and Françoise welcome us on their boat, second home real small. We slept in the room in the bow of the boat, rocked by water, berthed in the old port of La Roche Bernard. Overlooking the Vilaine, in this small town character we loved we lost in the narrow streets filled with flowering window boxes, drink coffee on the square the pedestrian center and enjoy 2 restaurants among the different town. By end our stay, Gilles and Françoise took us to a boat, a real moment of sharing. A drink on the deck of the boat and it was unfortunately time to go. Thank you again for this moment!

We loved our stay on Vancouver Two, unfortunately too short! The hosts were very welcoming, friendly and considerate. The boat is very well equipped and very clean, no complaints! The home port of the boat, La Roche Bernard, is a small village picturesque and charming, with many artisan workshops to visit. We will not hesitate to stay there again or to recommend it to our friends!

I had a little trouble contacting the host before our trip which made me a little anxious about the booking beforehand, however all went smoothly in the end. The photos and description of this house was accurate; it is a light, spacious tradition house, decorated in a pleasant, shabby chic style. It was great for our family as we had room to spread out and we could relax as the house was not too immaculate, just reasonably clean and tidy. The kitchen was a bit small and could have been a bit cleaner (especially the oven) and more organised but the dining room was large and we enjoyed our evenings eating and playing games there. The bathrooms were all very clean, the shower rooms were modern and there was always hot water. The garden was reasonably sized and looks like the photos. We did not meet the host but we were greeted at the house by a very friendly, helpful relative who showed us around the house and gave us some basic, useful information which we managed to understand between our poor French language and his slightly better English. The location was great, only 2 and 1/2 hours from Roscoff, in the heart of a lovely, friendly little town, easy walkling distance from shops, cafes and the tourist office. It was easy to park nearby. Overall I would recommend this place.

A well located house in the nicest part of the Roche-Bernard. The house is comfortable, well equipped, the rooms are nice and quiet. Isabelle has provided us with maps of the southern Britain which served us well. A good place where we would love to return.

Lovely welcome from the lady in charge to hand us the keys. The house is remarkably clean, with all necessary amenities. A bit noisy for the rooms facing the street, because of the nearby car park (very handy) and the restaurant opposite. But it is true that we had left the windows open because of the heat. We recommend this accommodation.

very pleasant stay in a city that deserves to be known, halfway between Vannes and Guérande and few km from the Gulf of Morbihan. The accommodation is spotless, bright, functional, spacious and well equipped. Ample parking 50 m allows to park without problems and everything is done on foot (access to the old city, the port, the local shops, from hiking). Isabelle has done everything possible to accommodate our time constraints because from Paris, traffic jams were unpredictable. We are grateful and recommend its housing.

A great welcome at the keys, Isabelle and her husband are very friendly and willing to give you tips to make. The house is practical and user friendly with all you need for a great stay! The location of the house is top for great walks to the waterfront and in the old town.

All in all a highly recommended hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Since the description was when we booked nor skimpy, here are a few words about it. The house has two floors, an estimated 100-120 square meters. On the ground floor a living-dining room with adjoining open kitchen. Kitchen: multifunctional microwave oven, 4x ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker. Dishes are plentiful. Dining room with large table and 6 chairs, 3 seater sofa, flat screen TV with satellite receiver. No WiFi or Internet. A small shaded terrace with table and up to 8 folding chairs and barbecue. On the ground floor additionally hall, guest toilet and storage room (with washing machine). All floors tiled. Upstairs are three bedrooms, each with approximately 1.40 m wide double bed. Mattresses rather hard than soft. These two large bathrooms with shower and toilet. One of them with walk-in shower. No bathtubs in the bathrooms. The floors in the bedrooms are linoleum or PVC, in the bathrooms of the floor is tiled. From the ground floor to the first floor has an open wooden staircase and an elevator (the building was probably for someone with mobility problems). The windows are double glazed and fitted with shutters (partly electrical). Central heating with radiators. You can park right next to the running front of house street. Otherwise, ample free parking in the immediate vicinity are available. To the marina a few meters, in the place you have to climb a couple of minutes to the top. Bakery and supermarket are in place. Some nice places to eat within walking distance. The settlement of the rent was hassle free, but you should speak a little French, because the owner did not speak English or German can. When we rented, sheets and towels were not included. 6 EUR per bed once were calculated towels we had itself, therefore we do not know the price. In any case, advance notice saying if you need the (Isabelle has also previously active in demand due to the bedding). The owners live about 2.5 hours drive away, so short-term rentals are probably rejected more times.

We summers very warmly by Isabelle who had to travel many kilometers to receive us. Its very comfortable accommodation, well equipped and located near a large parking lot can receive a family. The pedestrian access to La Roche Bernard historic city is easy and offers walkers many opportunities for hiking. Everything makes a great stay.
