Absolutely adore this apartment (design/ layout, comfort & convenience) with a wonderful, helpful & responsive host who had thoughtfully provided us with a portable pocket wi-fi that is so crucial for our trip's need. Apartment is in a quiet Centralized location so easy to access all other parts of Tokyo. It's next to a huge park as well as a shrine with numerous 24 hrs 7-elevens & family marts nearby. Approximately 10 mins walk to nearest Kudanshita station with 3 metro lines running through it , or 15 mins walk to Ishigaya station using JR line. (Latter convenient for those who requires to travel to Main Tokyo station to catch high speed trains to outer Tokyo for day trips.) My partner & I enjoyed our 12 days' stay in Elaine's beautiful apartment & we would not hesitate in choosing her apartment for our future stays. We can't thank Elaine enough for making our trip (my partner's first trip to Japan) such a memorable one!!!

Beautiful, immaculate, comfortable. It is near to museums, a park and conveniently situated just a few stations away from key happening spots like Akihabara, Shinjuku or Shibuya. Pocket wifi is available, I recommend bringing a power bank if you're out for the entire day, just to be safe. The nearest JR station is Ichigaya station, useful for those who have the JR pass. Elaine is friendly and helpful! Also patient at orienting within and around the apartment, with concise instructions on how to get to the place. Highly recommended!

Spacious and modern place. About 3 to 5 minute walking distance from Kudanshita station, which offers a one line access to Shibuya and Shinjuku, two of the best shopping districts in Tokyo. Overall quite a convenient location to most sights in Tokyo. The host Elaine was very helpful and responsive as well. Great place, newly renovated, and new appliances.

Great stay here. Quiet yet central Tokyo. Supermarkets, various restaurants and convinience stores really near. Really nice : wifi pocket provided! So you have free highspeed wifi all day long on your cellphone when you're outside.

Room location is great, not far from the two stations (Kudanshita, Jimbo-cho) travel is very convenient. Nearby restaurant is also very large, relatively quiet night. During their stay, unfortunately encounter apartment elevator maintenance, since the eighth floor room, need to climb the stairs every day, but also the boxes onto the eighth floor, really a bit hard, the landlord should be informed about in advance, we can make some arrangements in advance. Our stat at Yuri's place has been wonderfull. Her apartment it's a little bit small but it has a great location and it's very well conected. The communication with Yuri has been very easy and fluent. We will come back next time.

Kunio was very nice, he agreed we could leave our luggage in the apartment before check-in. It is very responsive to email and we always bring a solution. spacious accommodation, the kitchen is a bit small however. Too bad there was no stove to cook. It also lacks a wifi poach which is indispensable in Tokyo. Housing is in a quiet area on the 5th floor of a building.

very big room, and quiet. because this house used whole floor. i like it. and the room was pretty clean. but it really does stink in the bathroom and kitchen. when we just arrived, owner contacted to me and said "the water is shut off in whole building". he said "i'll refund and pay extra charge for another house". but it's golden week and at night. we couldn't find another house nearby. but the water pipe fixed before arriving the apartment. we could stay. i don't know how often it happens. when we stay here, the water was shut off a few hours again. but it was a small uncomfortable. the amenities were empty. so, we bought shampoo and body wash and filled it up. please fill it up before visiting guest.

Kunio's home is Chiyoda is cozy and perfect for myself and the two friends I was staying with. Everything was just like the pictures and in a great location to get to the train!

We enjoyed staying in Kunio's apartment at Jinbocho! The location is convenient, with the local station having direct lines to Shibuya and Shinjuku. The neighbourhood has an assortment of restaurants and convenience stores. The bedding and couch is modular so you. An accommodate many configurations. It is very firm though - which I like personally. Although Japanese peak hour on public transport is famous, we found it not too bad. Would recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to stay in Tokyo, it makes a great base to explore and stay.

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood with convenience stores just down the street, and it's very close to Yasukuni Shrine. The host is very responsive. Feels like home!

The apartment location was really convenient to get everywhere especially since it was on a JR line and I had a pass. Checkin was super simple with the instructions provided. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities I needed. Lots of good food nearby and a 7eleven with an international ATM. Akira was responsive and happy to answer any questions I had. I stayed in Akira’s apartment for 3 weeks and having this beautiful place to go home to added so much to my experience in Tokyo. The location is spectacular – only a few minutes’ walk to several well-connected train lines and within walking distance to many major sights in Tokyo, as well as only a few minutes’ train ride to Akihabara, Shinjuku, and Shibuya. The neighborhood itself has amazing places to eat and drink nearby and is bustling with life at night, yet the apartment location is on a quiet peaceful side street. It was easy to find with Akira’s clear instructions and it was also lovely and convenient to be the only flat on the first floor! Akira’s apartment is absolutely stocked with amenities – it is incredibly well-equipped and ideal for a comfortable long stay, and there are labeled instructions in English on how to use all of the appliances. It’s also very clean and the bathroom is spacious, with the added perk of a shower room separated from the main bathroom. Akira is a wonderful host and a great communicator. He always replied promptly to my questions and was so friendly, kind, and helpful during my stay. When I asked if a last minute extension for my check-out time was possible, he was very accommodating about it. I felt so at home at Casa Misakicho and I look forward to staying at Akira's place again someday when I come back to Tokyo!

(SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) Maps is easy to find here, the owner of the road map is very detailed, but if from Toei Subway Station and the JR stand out are different routes, have a cell phone along with (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) Maps to take the most reliable. The room was satisfactory, the others have, the decoration is very new. Daikin air conditioning is very comfortable, but also high-end bathroom fixtures, perhaps because in the first floor, so the pressure is stronger than the hotel can be very comfortable shower. Next door there are vending machine, surrounded by food, easy life. Wireless rent room set faster than Ctrip, betta watch pandas live are OK. You need to prepare your own toothbrush and razor. Remember the key with his hip pocket, do not lock yourself out of the house, especially the door, seemingly automatic lock. Here it is convenient to go to Akihabara, otaku choice. Tokyo Dome to watch the show is also very close. Eat cheaper than shopping around Shinjuku points. Recommended.

Great place, location, and owner/property manager!!! This was the perfect place to call home for two weeks. Comfortable, homey yet stylish. Jonathan was extremely welcoming via email and a pre-trip call to see if there was anything we needed. He also provided a great map of local restaurants/bars/etc that we found useful. Daisuke was also very nice and welcoming when we checked in. The location is a few minutes walk from the Palace. It is a fairly quiet but upscale area of Tokyo. I am in Tokyo frequently and will return back to Jonathan's apartment - if it isn't already taken :)

Jonathan's apartment is exactly as pictured. It is an elegant space located in an upscale apartment building, in a quiet, convenient neighborhood, close to two subway stops and the Imperial Palace. Jonathan has included bathroom and kitchen amenities so that staying there was really comfortable. Daisuke, Jonathan's associate, met us at the apartment when we arrived and showed us how everything worked, which was really helpful and considerate. He also offered us any assistance we might need during our stay. This is a great place to stay in Tokyo and a wonderful alternative to a hotel room.

We had a great stay in Omo's place! The apartment was beautiful and spacious! Dai met us and was available to us very quickly if we had any questions by text... he even sent us to a great neighborhood for lunch one day when we needed a tip! The apartment is very close to the Imperial palace where if you are a jogger you will want to experience at least once jogging around the palace. We were there during Golden Week holidays so this part of town was pretty quiet... all restaurants were closed... and the apartment is a little bit of a walk to train stations... it's fine for people who don't mind a walk ... if you don't like walking there are plenty of cabs nearby... but the distance was enough that once we were out for the day we didn't stop back until the end of the day... but the apartment itself was a quiet oasis in a busy city and we had a great time!! Thank you to Omo for being very responsive to all questions and to Dai for meeting us and showing us how to use everything in the apartment and building!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Omo's place. The flat was spacious and the location excellent. Perfect for a couple with all the mod cons. The kitchen only had a hob so we only made breakfast at the flat, but not a problem for us. Japan has plenty of good restaurants. The 7 Eleven shop on the corner had everything we needed. The flat is located 10 minutes walk from one metro station and 15min from another. They can take you to Tokyo Station or Shinjuku and basically anywhere in Tokyo. Omo allowed us to check in early for half nights extra charge which we thought was really reasonable. (Our flight arrived 7am) My suggestions would be to take a cab to the flat if you arrive at Haneda. Cost us around 7000yen and was convenient after a long flight. From Narita the Narita Express takes 1 hour and cost 3000yen per person and was also very convenient since we flew out from Narita. Our only issue with staying at Omo's place was a small dog constantly barking at night. I think it was the flat next door. It wasn't as much an issue for me but my wife is a light sleeper.

Explanations and descriptions on the Airbnb site match our experience. The host welcomed us with a bouquet of lilies, their smell stayed the duration. The host was very responsive to our queries. We recommend bringing an iPhone or iPad and stream music / video through the Apple TV provided. The wireless walker was great, however it lasts half a day. A battery pack will expand it's usage the whole day. We had a great stay and will come back.

Jonathon was amazing, he wasn't in town when we arrived but had Daisuke show us the place and welcomed us with fresh flowers, champagne, snacks, etc. He also provided an interactive map of restaurants/shops in the area which was really, really helpful. The place is pristine clean, and was in a beautiful building, very nice stay. I wish I could live in the building! The location itself was just a tiny bit further than I would've liked from the train stations, but still pretty close! Overall, loved this Air Bnb and would highly recommend.

Tomo-san appartment was great! All we needed was provided, the commodities are very modern and practical. The double beds are tiny though, it's not for big guys! The location is near suidobashi Station, pretty convenient to visit Tokyo from there!

Distance from the train station, extensive facilities around the apartment, clean of coziness of the room, it was all perfect. Since walking immediately go to the Tokyo Dome City, I was able to spend the time that was rich in the restaurant and amusement facilities. The room is also a very beautiful because it was new construction, furniture was also nice. The room is also widely, we we stayed at four, but was able to use spacious. TOMO's also under .. to respond immediately to such short notice, was very helpful. Thank you very much. When you stay in Tokyo was the absolute also the room that seems want to stay here!

Very spacious and convenient place to stay. Excellent amenities and helpful host. Just a short walk away from Suidobashi station which is just 3 stops away from Tokyo station and akibahara! You can even go for a jog around the imperial palace and it only took me 15mins to jog to akiba. There is also an airport bus to Narita and Haneda Airport from Tokyo Dome Hotel which is just a short walk away. 10/10 would stay here again.

I highly recommend this place for those who plan on doing alot of traveling around Tokyo. Its a great location for those who was to simply sleep, wash up, and head back out the door in the morning because it has all the basics covered. Having a washing machine is SO helpful and keeps you from having to go to coin washers! Great host also, very clear instructions on how to get there!

Excellent location for Tokyo. 7/11 and Lawson are close by and the room was bigger than I expected it to be.

A quiet residential area, a walkable distance from the station, and the convenience of the surrounding area were all good. The accommodation in the center of Tokyo is a great advantage. Check-in and check-out were convenient. Host Kohei was able to have a friendly and quick conversation. I also got a lot of information and provided maximum convenience during my stay.

We had a great travel in Tokyo. The apartment is on a good location, near metro station and subway, a lot of restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean, comfortable, quiet neighborhood, enough space for 4 people, it's a excellent flat. We'd definitely stay here again.

Pros: Good location for sight seeing and very close to Tokyo metro. Amenities were as described. WiFi worked well after reset. Good shower. Good toilet. Very comfy beds. Large apartment, enough for a 2 year old to run around in. Was stocked with toilet paper and detergents. Cons: No ramps from entrance made getting pushchair in difficult. Initial trouble checking in but likely communication barrier. Overall very good location and apartment for price. Would recommend highly.

Aki lived in the house for three nights, everything feels easy, good location, the house facilities, and AKi communication is also very smooth, the next opportunity to come back to Tokyo, will choose here.

Aki is also very friendly, although we didn't meet each other, all the necessary information are well informed and promptly respond.
