Great place to stay! Apartment was just as shown. Elisabeth had left some sweets by the door and drinks in the fridge for us. We did not meet her but she made arrangements for a neighbor in the same apartment to let us in. This was a quiet and relaxing neighborhood. Only minutes away from bus and train service. We had a car so didn't use it but saw it right on the same block. Would stay again if in the area.

We had a pleasant stay at Elisabeths apartment. We needed to be close to the centre and this was the perfect (walking)distance to everything. Also very easy to park in front of the house. The apartment is very clean and just big enough for us two. The bedroom and living space are one (she mentions this in the add as well), for us this was not a problem but maybe good to know when you are with more people. We had no problems with the WiFi. We didn't meet Elisabeth but she is very easy to chat with and her neighbors are very helpful. Thanks Elisabeth!

Amazing apartment, about 10mins walk from Kitzbühel town centre. Elisabeth was a great host and managed our booking very smoothly. Great space for 2 people. Comfy bed in the main room, and separate kitchen/dining room that was well equipped. It was perfect when we wanted to eat in. We felt very at home and would definitely go back!

Exactly what we wanted. The flat had everything you need and is right next to the station and a very short walk into town. Couldn't ask for more.

The communication and information about the apartment were very good. We felt very comfortable in our ski. We highly recommend the accommodation. The location to the train station is very good and the city and shopping are not far away. We can imagine very well to come back :)

- Location was convenient for the train station but a bit out of town, but walk-able in to town - Elisabeth was great host - very helpful, very responsive and friendly. She even gave some local recommendations for our stay, including Christmas eve celebrations. - If you need a ski school in Kitzbuhel, I would go to rote-teufel (rather than Element 3), as they have a wider range of Adult lessons, Element 3 only do kids and private groups. - The studio is very handy for a self catering ski weekend, and would definitely go back!

The apartment was modern with a spacious lounge and comfortable sofa. It was on the main Streife run allowing it to be ski in and ski out, but if you didn't feel like taking the Streife down you could also take the anchor lift up from the nursery slopes to get to the apartment. The beds were comfy and the flat was was warm. The host was welcoming and responsive to our enquiries. When we reported a fault with the satellite TV it was fixed the next working day. The apartment is close to Kitzbuhel town centre with its many shops, supermarkets and restaurants. We had a really enjoyable stay and would be happy to return.

The apartment looks exactly like the pictures, everything was clean, sheets, towels, soap, candles for the terrace - everything was available :) to Hahnenkamm gondola about 5 minutes, the city center 10-15 min walk. Terrace with a small stream next to it is awesome! Everything has uncomplicated work - highly recommended!

This is a great apartment in a fantastic location. Marc was really friendly, and easy to communicate with. The apartment was very spacious with nice rooms, good bathrooms with everything you need in the kitchen and was very clean. Really quick 5-10 mins walk to centre of town and under 5 to get to the Hahnenkamm. Perfect option for staying in Kitzbühel and would definitely recommend it.

Had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It is ideal for people with children, as you can directly access the ski school area from the piste in front of the house. Would love to come back soon.

This apartment was great. Marc was the consummate host. He worked around our schedule and met us at the apartment when we arrived. The apartment was just as described, a true ski in ski out only steps to the world famous Hahnenkamm mountain and also a short walk to the center of Kiztbuhel! The apartment was clean and surprisingly large, I would definitely book this spot again if I find myself in Kitzbuhel.

This was a beautiful, clean, and modern downstairs (basement) unit with lots of room and about a 25-30 min walk from the center of town. The neighborhood was really beautiful - just outside of the city, and the place was incredibly quiet and comfortable. Alexa and her family were very kind and friendly, even offering to order me a taxi for my early morning departure (to train station), and also lending me something I forgot to bring and couldn't find in town. They were amazing hosts, with an adorable dog and cat (which were inside their upstairs unit). I was a single person, so I didn't even use the bedroom - just slept in the main area on a very comfortable bed. The place had music (surround sound), which made it cozy to have the radio playing for ambiance. It was a perfect place to stay, just outside of the town of Kitzbuhel. I'd definitely stay there again if I return to this area.

Alexa was incredibly friendly, attentive and friendly. Upon arrival we were greeted herself and after many hours of traveling got the fabulous and received outside us feel as if our house. Left us at our disposal all kinds of activities to do and anything that came to us she was there to solve it. We are delighted to have found accommodation so perfect and so perfect hosts as well. The worst thing was that we had to go :(

It was a nice and new place, clean with what you need. One room where we slept and a big room with good kitchen and dining area and a sofa and television. Wifi was good. Also there is a little place outside to sit. Alexa was sweet and responded on our questions quickly. We did not see them very much, when we came - but if we had anything to say/ask about, they were to find and they helped.

Everything was perfect and as described. On arrival we were very early and were allowed to put our stuff before we left the ski area.

Martina was very welcoming, and the apartment was stocked with items like coffee, dish soap, and toilet tissue that aren't easy to purchase for short visits. It was very comfortable, clean, and spacious, and the view was wonderful. I definitely recommend this property to anyone who wishes to stay in the area and wants to be away from traffic and noise, while still being close to the town center. It was far superior to being in a hotel room. The whole experience was delightful, and I would love to be able to return and spend more time in the area some day.

Very spacious and clean apartment with a fantastic view of the mountains. The hostess was very nice and had a tip or two for us as we were traveling with small children. My daughter found the stay especially great because it morning already could see the horses grazing and even allowed to feed the ponies.

Martina has a wonderful apartment offered in the Bauhof where her family lives. The apartment is on the top floor, just beneath the wood ceiling. Kitchen is full equip for all kind of meals´ preparations, though only available a small freezer. Separated shower room from toilet. There are a shower and a bathtub. The leaving room is spacious with a Masonry heater, couch and small TV. It has also access to the top balcony. A wonderful place for a snowy day (we will try to be there in winter). Bedroom is also big, with two big wardrobes plus a clothes drawer. Bed is super comfy with a super soft duvet. We slept like babies there. Location is a bit apart from the city centre, it is a 20min walk. Although, the landscape is wonderful with views to the mountains and the fields in front of the house. They have many horses and you can enjoy the happiness of them running on the fields. Martina is really communicative. It was a shame that we could not stay longer and share more with her and her family. Next time and may be in winter.

Wonderful apartment, much more spacious than expected! The kitchen is very complete and had everything we needed. Short walking distance to the supermarket, and a nice 20 min walk to get to the centre of town. We loved being so close to ca. 30 different cable cars - excellent for hiking in summer / autumn.

Martina and her husband are very nice uncomplicated hosts. The Arpartement is really nice, with a wonderful view, much larger than expected and equipped with everything you need. For the kids, the horses are of course an absolute highlight. You feel very welcome and comfortable. Absolute recommendation.

A very nice place where we are with our two children (8 and 9) have good overnight. Fichterhof looks well maintained and is a good base for trips in the area. For our children were the horses, dog and cat fun just to pet daily. Apartment is spacious and very well equipped. Thanks for the good service.

Barbara was very welcoming, she arranged to collect us from the Train Station and took us to the local grocery store. She was very helpful throughout our stay and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. The unit we stayed in was perfect and had everything we needed for our week stay. The location was ideal for getting on and off the slopes and being only a 5 / 10 minute walk from everything we required. We loved our stay in Kitzbuhel. Barbara could not have been nicer with her offer to collect us at the train station. She took us to a ski rental place and a grocery store before going home. It was a lovely gesture since the day of travel had been long. Barbara has a kind and spirited way about her and I knew we were in good hands. Lovely little Appartement- for 2 people absolutely sufficient - relatively central location - a short walk down the hill you are within a few minutes in the center or at the cable car - back to the apartment It's the mountain then back up - we did not bother - for someone who is not good at walking, the hillside location but a bit could be problematic. The hosts are very friendly and we would gladly return unkompliziert-

Beautiful, clean apartment. Can well with up to 8 people are used because you can stay in different rooms longer (table in kitchen, table & TV in the living room, TV in the bedroom, balcony + terrace ...). Fast, nice communication. We were my three young children there, ran smoothly. Any time!

Tina's apartment is large with good size bedrooms and as a family of 6 we had plenty of space. The kitchen is large enough to cook and eat in and the younger members really enjoyed the WiFi! Everything was as described - really warm and comfortable, plenty of towels and hot water and 2 showers was great. Whilst it was on the outskirts of town, it was quiet, and the supermarkets were only 3 minutes by car or 5 mins walking distance. The town centre was walkable also - approx 25 mins. We walked to eat out in the town centre restaurants some evenings. As we had a hired car we drove to Jochberg each morning, as the lift system was less busy than the Hahenkammbahn lift in central Kitzbuhel and the parking there was free. Jochberg also allows easy access to the Resterhorn ski area (our gang lived in the snow park) and to the main Kitzbuhel/Kirkberg areas by the 3S gondola. Overall - a good location for the best of everything. Tina was very quick to respond and very helpful with directions and very obliging with offers of help for anything we might need during our stay. I would certainly recommend this apartment to anyone thinking to going to Kitzbuhel.

Tina was very friendly and responded promptly to all emails and texts at all hours of the day and night. This was our first trip to Austria, so we had many questions, and she answered them all. The apartment is very nice and quite close to town. We loved it and would stay there again if ever back in Kitz.

Had a fabulous weekend in Tina's appartment. The appartment is very well equipped with a good sized kitchen and plenty of space for everyone to sit around the table. The bedrooms were very comfy and the showers were great also! A fantastic place within just a few minutes drive of kitzbuhel town centre and ski lifts. I definitely recommend this place to people planning to visit the area. Having a car made getting around very easy for us, but I suspect it's manageable without as I saw plenty of buses also. We would definitely stay here again.

Tina's apartment is fantastic. We were a larger group and although we were at the maximum amount of people we did not feel cramped at all. It has a kitchen area with a nice table for all of us to sit around at the end of our skiing day and talk and eat. There are pots and pans and all the basic equipment we would need - and even a coffee machine. Each bedroom is very spacious with lots of closet space too. Both the bathrooms are really modern and we loved being there. It wasn't a problem to connect with Tina and we met her mother to obtain the key. It is in a fabulous location with parking outside and the ski bus was across the road. Supermarkets are walking distance away and the town itself is really beautiful, with lots of lovely restaurants. Although it was set on a main road there was no noise that we heard, and most of the traffic was only to and from the ski fields. We would highly recommend staying here and we hope to be back again soon.

We were there during the Generali Open (tennis tournament) for 3 days in Kitzbuhel and stayed in Valentin's apartment. This is very clean and nice and cozy furnishings. Everything is there, what you need for a stay. The view of the mountains (even from the bed) is beautiful and also the balcony with direct views of the old town of Kitzbühel and the Streif is perfect for cozy hours. The center of Kitzbühel with its many restaurants, bars and shops, despite the quiet location within walking distance in about 10 minutes. A parking lot in front of the door is present. Valentin answered several questions very quickly and gave us valuable tips on entertainment, etc. We would definitely come back :-)

Really nice apartment, splendid view on the village and slopes into Kitzbuhel. Easy 10 min walk into town. Perfect for our short ski-trip. We used our car for easy trip to Brixen im Thale to ski the huge SkiWelt area.

Valentin was an excellent host. He provided suggestions for hikes and sight-seeing and was very amenable to some last minute changes I had to make. I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was great! We stayed there for a weekend ski trip. The apartment was a good size. It was very close to the chairlifts and no issues finding it. Valentyna also let us check in after the day of skiing. One bedroom has a very low door that would be ideal for children but not that convenient for adults and there was no place for skis and boots but other than that we had a great experience and would love to rent it again in the future.

I will write a review on the Russian - English impossible to convey all the charm of this place. To begin with, it was originally planned to stop in Hochfilzen, which hosted the Cup Biathlon. But the main thing is not even that. The house has its own aura, all kazhitsya his long time friend and we feel at home. Blankets, pillows, mattress - like home. All the little things - like home .. Very nice house, located in a picturesque location near the center of Kitzbühel. By car about 15 minutes The area is quiet, sleeping, with private houses in alpine style. On the way to the house -loshadinye stables and riding school for training. You can take a ride. The apartments all the amenities, very clean and comfortable. There were shortages of work wi-fi night and the noise interfered with the boiler in the one bedroom.

Full kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine. The apartment is spacious and pleasant, with a place to sit outdoors Mo scenery. Excellent location, 5 minutes drive from the city, 3 minutes drive from the main supermarket. The apartment is highly recommended to friends and families who want to hike or ski area.

Ticiana's. apartment was just perfect for our visit. Plenty of space. Lovely and warm. and the views are just amazing. Wouldn't think twice about recommending to family and friends.

Johanna's place was wonderful! A beautiful rustic cabin that is directly on the ski slope. We could see and hear people skiing from our room. It is within walking distance of everything. Johanna and Thomas were incredibly helpful with everything. Highly recommend!!!

Great compact apartment on the slopes! We have been here twice now and would like to book again next year. Small ski, but big enough for our family. a new wooden deck at the apartment since this year, wonderful! Beautiful views over the village. 15 minutes to climb the mountain to get to the house, but the view is totally worth it. Auto is down with luggage elevator. Slept wonderfully! New this year in the cottage two wooden benches at the table, hooks on the wall, lamp over the bed.

Very nice stay. The place is rather small for a familly of 5 but is quite cosy, and the view is truely wonderful. The house is peaceful and next to a big field, which is very good for the kids, at the same time close to the facilities of the town nearby.

We stayed in at Johanna's apartment with friends for a long weekend (3 nights). The apartments are really great and comfortable and perfect located directly on the slope. It has everything you need. As it is on the mountain the view of the cities and surrounding mountains is really awesome! Johanna is really friendly and helpful! Absolutely recommended!

Thank you so much! We had a very nice introduction to our St. Johann-week. The furnace was burning and we were warmly greeted and vesorgt also the next morning with info and tips. Cats caress, small toboggan and eventually the sun came through and the Wild Emperor to light-super! However, large human need often times to duck :)

pesimo host .. never showed, or command anyone to greet us at the apt. lacked heating 8 not connected) toilet paper, kleenes, there was no internet and had to buy from mexico, we came out more expensive than to rent apt. he claimed had a code and cost 10 euros, how well we never gave Mrs. cleaning the house. very desgradable ,, she not says that is 2nd. pio and you have to climb hand luggage. on the outskirts of the village. not recommendable

Great value in a great location! Perfect for a group of 3 or more going to Kitzbühel. It has 1 double bed 2 singles and a double sofa bed. The wifi doesn't work but who needs that when you can ski!

Great apartment - impeccably located, walking distance from city centre (restaurants, bars) and ski rentals / lifts. Not extremely spacious but perfect for four people (family or group of friends): exactly what you're looking for when going on a ski trip! Ulrich made himself very much available and answered all the questions we had prior to our trip, so no bad surprises and all indications were extremely precise. One quick point to note for those who may care: there is no wifi in the apartment, but you can apparently buy internet access (and also, pretty much all restaurants / bars have wifi access) Overall great experience - would definitely recommend and rent again if I were to come back to Kitzbuhel !

The apartment delivers what it promises! Ideal for the stay of 2 persons. In a quiet residential complex close to the main train station. The center can be reached after a 10 minute walk. Would book it anytime again!

The apartment is located very close to the ski-bus making transport to the ski lifts very easy. The apartment itself is basic but has all the necessary amenities including an open fire place. We did not check for nearby restaurants etc but noted that a few minutes of walking put us into a central area of Kitzbuhel with many possibilities for nightlife, eating and drinking. We could also park our rental car just outside the entrance to the apartment complex making our stay very easy. Skiing was of course fabulous and most of the times we walked to the bottom of the slopes instead of taking the ski-bus.

Its in a great location. There is a free bus service that stops in a carpark 2 mins from the flat, that takes you to the Ski Lift. The walk into the centre only takes 10 minutes. Its also only a 3 minute walk to the train station so perfect for arrival and departure logistics. Antons place is warm and clean and perfect for a couple on their own wanting privacy and a place close to the town

Uwe's apartment is the perfect place to stay in Kirchberg - it's ideally located for the ski shuttle bus and just a short walk to the restaurants and bars. The apartment itself is beautiful - finished to a very high standard with absolutely everything you could need for your stay. It was spotlessly clean and extremely well cared for. Uwe was a fantastic host - offering us plenty of recommendations and advice and even helping to organise ski school for one member of our group. Highly recommend this place!

Absolutely amazing, comfortable, enjoyable, and high luxury accommodations that made us feel relaxed and at home after a 12,000 km flight. This house is bigger than you would think and has everything that you would need. It has afternoon sunshine on the balcony. Very friendly and kind hosts. Do not pass up an opportunity to stay here!

Uwe's appertment is a great place to stay. Child friendly and brings a lot of comfort. The sauna, bath and showers are super, especially when coming back from skiing. The appartment is very luxury and a lust for the eye. We cooked multiple times and having a complete kitchen, and some basic ingredients, at your disposal makes you feel quilty when going out to one of the restaurants nearby. Uwe is a great host and is just a phonecall/ app away and he responded within short time. We had some problem with the sink, the plug was missing, and it was solved within a day. Uwe also arranged cots and child chairs on our request. And is more than willing to inform you about the surroundings.

Top accommodation, very fast and nice communication. Supermarket 2min walk, Fleckalmbahn 10min walk and right in front of the apartment is a bus stop. Bus runs approx every 15 minutes, so great location! Next year definitely again!
