Nice & very clean basic accommodation. It's a bit small for people taller then 1.90m. Alexandra was very friendly and helpful! The bus stop to both ski areas (Kitzbuhel & Ski Welt) is only 200m from the apartment.

I would highly recommend Christoph's place to anyone looking to stay in Kirchberg. The hosts are incredibly helpful and well spoken in both English and German. Their knowledge and connections within the town were invaluable. It's a great location for anyone looking to enjoy the local outdoors and is located within walking distance of the town.

We have not stayed in the apartment "Downhill, Gaisberg Trail" So we can not say if it is good but probably yes, because at the Alexandra Place and Christoph have overbooked us in their other apartment "Alpine Home, Bike and Ski Resort ", located in the same house, and it was fine. We had a great time. Christoph and Alexandra were very welcoming and very concerned about our well-being, we still appreciate. The house is located a little away from the city center (but no more than 5 minutes to get there), suddenly it is quiet. There are not far chairlift for skiing or mountain bike descents.

Christoph was an amazing host and made me feel right at home as soon as I checked in. He was extremely helpful in helping me learn about the surrounding area and getting to the ski area. The hotel we loved it. We spent a week on site for walking and relaxing. The small apartment in the basement of Christopher and Alexandra is perfectly suited and has everything necessary for a great hiking holiday. For two people the room is definitely sufficient. Likewise, it was very neat and clean. We did not miss anything. Nearby are great hiking trails and lifts, with which one can go to the mountains. Perfect for a relaxing holiday. Christopher and Alexandra were super friendly, attentive and very communicative. Even before the trip communication was wonderful. We will come back, because we had great days at the two of them :-)

Christoph and his family were great hosts! The communication before our stay was very quick and friendly. During our time on site, we could always call with questions to them and we were even offered picked up from the train station and there brought back to be, although it is also within walking distance. The accommodation, we had the room in the basement, was simple but equipped with everything you need. Kitchenette with equipment, shower and toilet was all very clean and the rooms perfect for a sporty holiday in a convenient alternative. Its location is outstanding! Several lifts are within walking distance and the ski 2-minute walk. With it, you get almost the entire ski resort. Overall, a great place to stay with nice hosts. Definitely worth coming back!

The time with Stefanie was a great time for my friend and me! We could very spontaneously by instant booking with her. It was directly very familial! So we ate together and told a lot. 1.Main in that place is peoples! Stefanie and here hustband are realy heartfull people. Very opened and always ready to come. 2. Animals. If you come with children - they will be very happy. You can come to animals anytime and don't ask for it 3. When you go there you need to understood, that you are not going to "place to stay", you going to family that will accomadate you. 4. Some problems with clean are exists. Its not 5star, its a little bit old and just need to be ready for it. But if you are not fussy and simple in housekeeping - you will be happy there. P.S. And of cource views! Its amasing! Especialy in 6:30 AM:-)

Stefanie and Martin's home is a large farmhouse in the classic Austrian style. With many rooms and guests, it is exciting to meet people from around the world. They truly love having guests and sharing their home, which is apparent after talking with them! Welcoming, overly helpful, and very busy it is incredible what Stefanie is able to accomplish with their young daughter Ella. The beds were very comfortable and we recommend renting the bedding and towels. They are very clean and warm! If you are looking to be in the mountains and experience a few days of rest, this is the place to be! If we are ever in Austria again, we are staying with them!

We had a good night sitting around a bonfire talking with a group of great people. It was a nice end to an amazing day.

Newly constructed to a high level, well appointed with a nice terrace and good views. 10 minutes walk from the centre of town with plenty of bars and restaurants. Only negative is bedrooms are at road level so some noise from occasional Passing cars. Owner very friendly and available if needed.

Roberts house is very comfortable and perfect for our family. It was in a lovely quiet scenic spot but the town was within easy walking distance.

We stayed for 5 days in the house and enjoyed it very. Very well equipped with everything you could need. Great bathroom and large bedroom. Kitchen is very good with separate cooking area. We highly recommend this house.

Our stay at Tina's apartment was very good! The accommodation was very nice, clean and great location. Communication with Tina also works beautifully. Great place!

It's magic! Mistress Tina is very open kind and friendly girl! We took the apartment 25m for 3 days, but several apartments Tina and she without any surcharges sting us two-room apartment of 60m! With excellent views of the mountains! Now about the apartment, we were skiing and to the ski lift by car to go 5 minutes. The area is quiet, calm, 2km from the apartment several supermarkets! The apartment is very comfortable, and the view fantastic! I strongly advise. Ps this was our first rental through airbnb and definitely we will use the service on! I advise everyone to apartment details!

Wir hatten einen unterhaltsamen Abend mit unseren Gastgebern und den anderen Gästen und eine wunderbare Nacht. Morgens wurden wir dann gleich wieder mit einem tollen Frühstück verwöhnt. Tipps für unsere weitere Reise waren inbegriffen. ... und dann war da noch der tolle vierbeinige Gastgeber der unseren Labrador so herzlich verwöhnte... einfach spitze!!! We spent one week at Nikolaus' chalet and had great time! The communication was easy and Nikolaus very available once there. The chalet was bigger than expected and really well located (first lift at walking distance and a slope arriving just behind the house). The really good surprise was the access we had to the pool and sauna at the hotel nearby. I really recommend staying there with friends or family, although we would have appreciated more kitchen equipment (sometimes not enough to cook for a group). Thanks again !

The chalet exceeded our expectations in every aspect. It is big and bright, secluded yet within a short walk from the centre of town/village and the main ski gondola. The chalet contains everything you could need. The beds were comfortable and made up with crisp sheets. The bathrooms were clean, plenty of hot water and lots of towels were provided. We had a wonderful, fun and relaxing time. Our host was amazing, easy to reach at all times and super helpful. Thank you.

The chalet was perfect for a holiday with walking access to Kitzbühel and the Hahnenkamm ski run. The house itself was very spacious, bright and exceptionally clean. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen perfectly equipped. Nicholas was an extremely friendly and helpful host - always available. The nearby railway line did not disturb our sleep.

The house is in a perfect location for use of Kitzbuehl Mountain. We walked every night into town for dinner and never used a cab. Very easy to get around. You can ski in and out provided there is a lot of snow. Had a great trip thanks to this well located house with basic amenities.

Nikolaus' chalet is a really beautiful place, very close to Kitzbühel village and to the ski slopes. We stayed there for 8 days, for skiing in March 2017. We were overall really happy with our stay and gave it five stars. The house features one big, closed bedroom with a king size / double bed and another king size / double bed in a gallery upstairs, which is open to the living room underneath. There are a couple of sofas which are probably suitable for sleeping (we haven't tried). It has a large bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet as well as an extra toilet room. There is plenty of room for luggage and ski equipment. It has a little garden which is suitable to let the children play outside in a secluded area. The place is perfect for a family with 2-3 kids, less ideal for two couples (because one bedroom is open to the kitchen and living room). The chalet is situated just outside of Kitzbühel village, about 5 minutes by car and 15-20 minutes walk into the town center. It is not ski-in/ ski-out, but it is conveniently close by car to all ski lifts and to the ski schools (we recommend Element3, which is less than 5 minutes drive). Nikolaus is a super-friendly host who has been reachable and supportive all throughout the vacations and has made a big effort to make this an enjoyable stay. He and the house is related to the Rasmushof Hotel nearby and they allow the guests of the chalet to make use of the Rasmushof amenities, notably the pool and spa (although we have not made use of the offer, since the kids wanted to go to the larger pool in town). The only two negatives for us were that a) the house is right next to the rail track; this is very little in use, but there are about 2-3 trains which pass through in the night and if you have a very light sleep, it might bother you; and b) the gallery doesn't get fully dark in the morning, since it's open to the living room; if you need a fully dark room (for your kids) to sleep in then that room won't work for you. Overall, none of these two issues bothered us enough to give it less than five stars.

Nikolaus place is a very good option if you are in Kitzbuehl to ski. Not to hard to get right to the lift from the house, and on the way back from the slopes you can basicly ski in (so walk out, ski in). Not to far from the center of the town (5-10 min walk), it is also good if you are going out. However, if you are in Kitz for the afterskiparty, then you are in the wrong village ;) Then Kirschberg is a much better option. Apart from that, Nikolaus house was/is a great place to stay in Kitzbuehl.

Wij waren in Nikolaus chalet in de zomer, Het is een charmant authentiek chalet met veel hout. Het huis is heel prettig en ruim. de keuken is goed genoeg uitgerust om te kunnen koken. De bedden opgemaakt bij aankomst en ze lagen goed. De badkamer was een aangename verrassing met de gouden armaturen, ziet er erg chique uit. De ruimte is ruim, met een bad een aparte douche en een dubbele wastafel en een toilet. Er waren genoeg handdoeken en er was zelfs voor iedereen een badjas en badslippers aanwezig! Er was ook nog een aparte toilet in de hal. De badkamer heeft 2 ingangen, 1 vanuit de slaapkamer op de begane grond, en een ingang aan de andere kant. Dat is erg prettig. De slaapkamer op de begane grond heeft vloerbedekking en veel opbergruimte. De slaapkamer boven bereik je via een trap in de kamer. Het is een grote open kamer (vide). Er is geen kast met opbergruimte voor je kleding. Er is wel een zitje met fauteuils, en heel veel ruimte. Verder is er een tv ( hebben we via onze laptop Netflix kunnen kijken ) en WIFI, de WIFI is heel goed.

Lina's apartment is a perfect match to a family who enjoys skiing in Kitzbühel - Söll area and wants to enjoy the evenings in a wonderful winter atmosphere. Everything was like described in the apartment description and the host was very friendly to explain how things work.

We felt in Linas house very well, the apartment and especially the kitchen are fully equipped; everything was very clean, and there were plenty of towels available. Great garden with pool and hot tub and loungers. Very nice spa - just a little impractical located on the road. We would not hesitate to travel there again.

This chalet is quite simply stunning! Set in a beautiful, quiet location with walks straight from the door. It has the best stocked kitchen, beautiful bedrooms and a view to die for. Add to this a hot tub, pool and spa and you have some of the best accommodation we've ever stayed in! Linas mum met us and showed us around and couldn't have been nicer! We will definitely try to come back soon!

We hade a abosuletly wonderfull stay in Linas chalet. The welcome was genuine and warm. Made us feel right at home. The chalet was even better than on the pictures and the location was perfect for daytripps in the surronding.

A spacious accommodation in a quiet location. The house is well equipped in every way, especially the kitchen and TV moderately. We felt very comfortable and could spread. However, there is no one who directs you on the spot or gives tips, for example, where you can shop. But you get that out quickly. The owner answered immediately via email with questions. All in all a great accommodation for people, who would like to stay away from the hustle and bustle.

Beautiful, spacious home. Two bedrooms both with en suite (small but fine) bathroom. Located in a quiet area with lovely excursions to cities like Kufstein and Rattenberg. Kitchen is very spacious and well equipped with equipment and supplies. Definitely recommended, we thoroughly enjoyed it. Barbara kept the keys very tidy, also the communication was great and fast. Very aware that she was still good even asked if everything during stay.

We zijn hier met ons gezin (2 zoons: 7 en 9 jaar) 2 weken op zomervakantie geweest. Een schoon en compleet huisje in een rustige wijk bij Ellmau. De bank zit heerlijk en de bedden slapen prima. Naar beide kanten een geweldig uitzicht over de bergen. Het weer varieerde van 15 tot 35 graden. Behalve warme zonnige dagen hebben we ook 2 dagen flink regen gehad. Nog wat tips voor uitjes: Wij zijn bijna dagelijks naar het Kaiserbad geweest, een mooi zwembad op 10 minuutjes lopen. Echt een aanrader. Daarnaast is het erg leuk om bij Söll de berg op te gaan naar Hexenwasser. Je kan er mooi wandelen en voor de kinderen is er veel activiteit (oa blote-voetenpad). Bij St Johan zijn mooie wandelroutes voor jong en oud door een Klamm, erg mooi en eindeloos veel mogelijkheden om dammen te bouwen. We hebben hier 2 heerlijke weken gehad! Met Barbara hadden we goed contact. Bij vragen reageerde zij direct, ze is meedenkend en betrokken.

The accommodation is simple but everything was available and very clean. The breakfast was extensive and all the staff very nice.

Net hotel, in peaceful surroundings. We arrived late, we let you know and the keys were happily ready. Breakfast is good and tasty, lots of choice. Tables with your name on it. Hotel was full, so a little maneuvering in the rush between the tables. Pool was nice, just a shame that it was one of the two days because of empty cleaning / maintenance. While I was there it had just picked up :-(. Sauna was fine, staff very friendly, beautiful environment, clean room and friendly atmosphere.

We had a wonderful break in early July in the tranquil Kirchberg. Our hosts were very friendly and have given us a pleasant stay - we like to come again. The pepperoni pizza from the kitchen was perfect :-)

I've used Airbnb a lot.. Different situations, different countries, different seasons. This was my most unfortunate experience by far. The place/ room was ok. However the communication and arrangements was not. I booked a room for 2. I payed the fees as usual. However I was surprised when I arrived that they made the arrangements for only 1 guest. This is not too bad till now. They accommodate my friend (the 2nd guest) in the same room quickly which was appreciated. By the time we reached the room I received an email notifying me that the booking has been changed from 1 guest to 2 guests (I booked it for 2 to start with) anyway with an additional fees of 68 dollars (the room itself costs only 45 dollars = 34 euros !!). I went to speak to the place host and she promised a quick modification for this mistake, nothing had been corrected until the time of the check out, I didn't accept that change of course so she canceled the change of the booking and I was charged the original amount of 34 euros but was asked to do pay an extra 34 euros for the other guest on site ?? The idiotic thing is , if we are going to be charged the same amount for the second guest (which was not our mistake to start with) we would've taken another room with that price, 2 rooms costs 68 euros and one room with 2 guests costs the same, I ask you objectively how idiotic is that !!?This is never happened to me ever and believe me I traveled everywhere in the globe?? It's really sad when you see some hosts who don't know what's Airbnb really about. Anyway, to sum up it was an average place/ stay, with below average/ not good overall experience. Nothing personal though, I wouldn't stay here again even if I had to sleep in the car. I wish them good in the future. Thanks
