Peter and Julie are fantastic host and our family had heaps of pleasure to stay.Pls don't miss Sunline, the world champion bred horse brought our lots of fun and laughter. A great place to lay back and appreciate broad farm view outside window is enjoyable. Neat tidy spacious rooms you r gonna love it at the first sight. Peter is such a friendly and nice person taking time to show us around the farm. Lovely quite place to stay

This wonderful place is a bit out of the way but very centrally located. The calm and the wide view from the very bright rooms is royal. The lovely, helpful and kind hosts make the stay perfect. We will be back and recommend this host!

This is a lovely home in a lovely part of New Zealand. We only stayed here for a couple of nights, as I was at a course nearby - but we wanted to stay longer! This would be a great base to set up for a holiday around this area. It is fully equipped and gorgeously furnished.

Heather's place was the perfect location for our family to get to maximize our short stay in New Zealand. Her downstairs apartment is really beautiful, and she provided a great breakfast spread. The neighborhood is quiet and I should mention there is a Subway restaurant you can walk to from the house. We want to thank Heather for her great hospitality and are very thankful for our time in New Zealand!

Heather greeted us on our arrival and went through everything we would need to know for duration of our visit, including restaurants close by. We had access to wifi and were provided with a selection of cereal, toast, yoghurt etc for breakfast. It was the perfect flat for our requirements. It was very clean and the four of us were very comfortable. We would definitely use this accommodation again. Thanks Heather.

The apartment had everything I required for my stay, it was lovely and clean and Heather was very friendly. The address was easy to find and very close to the motorway. Shops were only a few minutes away.

She thought through everything and ensured that there is everything you will ever need. The refreshments provided were generous. We had the most relaxed and restful stay at Heathers wonderful retreat

Exactly what we needed. Comfortable and very clean. The apartment has its own entrance, host lives upstairs. The house was difficult to find, as the street numbering continues into a private street off Clark St.

This is a very spacious and comfortable place to stay. The bed and bedding is very comfy, the bathroom is wonderful and lovely views.

The space is very comfortable and has easy access to everything you need. It's right on the bay so when the tide is low you can walk out and watch the sunset. The host is super friendly and helpful. Would come back again for sure!

A lovely unique, upmarket and pristine property and studio. All provided is in good taste and good quality. The gardens are beautiful a work of love and art as is the entire place. It sits on water and near walks to beach. One is able to get to the airport and local shops, highways North and South easily. Your Host is helpful and welcoming. He is personable. Enjoy Recommend

Barnaby's place was exactly as described, if not better. The retreat had all the essentials needed. As well as a beautiful garden with seating to relax and it's literally right near the ocean. Great place to stay to explore Auckland city. It was exactly what we needed for the jet lag.

The location was perfect for attending a family function at the Simunovich Estate in Bombay,. The accommodation itself was new and attractively presented but also extremely functional with everything we could have wanted provided but what will live on most in our memories was the thoughtfulness and helpfulness of our host. Every aspect of our stay was first class.

Rural, but only a few minutes of the motorway. The accommodation is brand new. Very roomy, lovely beds, wonderfuly host. Nice and quiet. We will be back.

If I could give Caren's place 10 stars, I would. We had an amazing one-day stay at Caren's beautiful house. The house is very large and roomy with super comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, gorgeous views of the bush as well as the 5 resident alpacas! The house is very new and beautifully furnished. Caren communicated very well, was a lovely host and even bought a couple of board games the day before we arrived, thinking that our kids might enjoy them. They noticed them as soon as we walked in and were very excited! We even played a round of one of them with Caren that evening! :) The kids especially loved hanging out with Caren's dog, Jet, as well. The views from the house are great and it is in a wonderful location. Easy to get to Auckland and other areas. We would definitely come back and highly recommend to others.

Caren's place is a very nicely decorated, upscale home on her property that is convenient to Auckland and within a few hours drive of many touristy spots on the island. We enjoyed our brief stay. Caren was a very kind and and helpful host.

This was our first time using air b&b, also it was Gordon's! The went to an excellent Indian restaurant, close by which he recommended and the food was outstanding.

Gordon's apartment is great for a stopover and close to the airport. He is very welcoming and a great host!

We have stayed at Gordon's place now 4 times, as it is in South Auckland close to the airport, it has been ideal for us. Even in bad weather, we managed to go to the pictures close by. This is our third month in New Zealand, so having the railway station close by its ideal to go into central Auckland, where the traffic is a nightmare. We would recommend Gordon's accommodation to anyone coming to watch The Lions tour and anyone not wanting to get stuck in the nightmare traffic around Auckland at any time of the day!

This is the second time we have stayed at Gordon's and I would recommend the area (close to the airport), also close to restaurants and the motorways in Auckland. We have found it so good that we have booked again later in May.

Stunning! This place was immaculate and incredible. It's everything the photos show and more. Zaid was so helpful when we arrived. Everything you need is here, WiFi, amazing kitchen, TV, balcony with amazing view, huge bathroom, lovely neighborhood and all to ourselves. We were only disappointed we couldn't stay here any longer. So close to the airport and also suited us really well as we were driving south out of the accommodation. You won't be disappointed here!

This place was amazing! It was such a shame we couldn't stay longer. I personally loved the bathroom. The view outside of the balcony was beautiful and apartment itself was just as described. Zaid is extremely friendly and helpful. It's very close to the botanical gardens which is nice and it was close to the airport. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Super nice airbnb. We had to fly out early from the Auckland airport and Zaid's place couldn't have been better. Beautifully and comfortably furnished- the bed and shower were both amazing. Zaid was welcoming and very accommodating. After driving all day it was lovely to stay somewhere so nice.

Zaid and Priya's place was absolutely gorgeous and very spacious. we wish we could have stayed longer than one night. Zaid picked us up from the airport and also dropped us for lunch the next day since we didn't have a car. Very good at communication as well. We highly recommend! :)

What a beautiful apartment! We were looking for something close to the airport for our last night in Auckland and couldn't have made a better selection. The apartment is sleek, modern and comfortable and Zaid was a great host. We would absolutely stay there again if we are ever back in Auckland.

Our first night in Auckland, the landlord is very enthusiastic careful, clean room does not smell. Room-bedroom independent of the master bedroom, also with a kitchen, suitable for simple meals. House and back garden connected! You can enjoy bathing in the morning sun and breathe fresh air. Favorite garden flowers and apples!

We really enjoyed our stay with Romi. He is a wonderful host and his B&B is perfect. Great stopover location at the start or end of a NZ trip as it less than an hour South of Auckland airport. We will definitely recommend Romi's place to friends and family and stay again ourselves when we next pass through the area.

We only stayed 1 night at Romi's B&B but we really wished we had more time to stay longer. Super comfy bed and our hosts were so friendly. Hope to visit again one day :)

Comfy beds, even the pull out sofa. Unfortunately, the suite was too small for our family of 5. The dining table only had 3 chairs and there was not enough room to seat 5 with the pull out sofa in the same room. We stayed 3 nights. Shower was nice. Continental breakfast lacked the fruit and honey as noted in the listing. The bread was fresh and delicious. Romi was kind enough to check us in on short notice. His B&B is ideal if you are looking for a peaceful, quiet location. It is also close enough to the Auckland airport to rest on one of his comfy beds. Kids were disappointed that pool was too cold (May visit).

Our Bnb hosts went above and beyond our expectations. Their Bnb is a perfect getaway in the rolling hills of some of the most prime farming region of New Zealand. The accommodation was private, very clean, and all round professionally run. We'd definitely stay again.

Romi's Patumahoe home is lovely! It is beautifully remote but yet no more than an hour from Auckland airport - if you are arriving or departing NZ. Romi is a very attentive host and is very happy to discuss NZ with guests. He and I had a couple of very interesting conversations - much appreciated! The country side about Patumahoe is some of the best we had seen in N . Island and the beaches out west are well worth the drive - beautifully remote and unspoilt. Breakfast was a treat with newly baked bread, fruit and muesli. For Tricia it was made vegan!

We absolutely loved this place! After 20 hours of traveling, it was a pure delight to drive down Romi's driveway. And then to be greeted by Eva & Arnold (their 2 awesome pigs) was my daughter's dream. Gorgeous location, perfect accommodations, wonderful hosts -- we couldn't have asked for anything more. Gaynor made us fresh baked bread & muesli with lots of extras for breakfast. Romi gave great local travel info that we followed. Great shower & bathroom, lovely pool, beautiful grounds. This was the first Airbnb on our trip -- the bar has been set so high. We would love to come back again. Perfect!

This place is stunning. Sitting around the back of a farmlet you get rabbits and birds at your door. The apartment is fully equipped, spacious and the bed is super comfortable. Hosts are happy to help and so very kind. We were greeted by chocolates and a super kind smile. Highly recommend this lovely place.

If you visit Auckland, stay at Pam's place! Perfect host, one of the best we had in New Zealand. Pam's hospitality is really outstanding. There were so many little details Pam has thought of - this feels more like coming home than any other accommodation we had during our North Island trip. Very comfortable apartment, you'll feel like home right after entering - believe me. As it is quite near the airport Pam's place is the perfect place to start or end your NZ trip.

I had a wonderful stay at Pam's Place... Once the heater was on, the room was warm, the bed was comfy, and the shower was hot... Pam had me in for tea and Rob and I chatted about world events... There is a wonderful park nearby with beautiful trails through the bush... I couldn't have asked for more

Pam and Rob are wonderful host and they have such a beautiful house with nice view from the back. We totally loved our stay at Pam house. They had every possible things to eat as breakfast, we enjoyed cooking our breakfast. Very clean house, good view from window, nice surroundings area. We recommend highly, its better than any of the hotels near by. We would love to stay at Pam house if get a chance in the future.
