  • What a wonderful gem of a place! Vicki has put so much thought into making sure that all your needs and comfort are top priority. Five Bright Glowing Stars in every category! Meeting Vicki our kind, thoughtful host added to the guest experience. We are already planning a return trip sometime in the future.

  • Such a beautiful little room and fantastic bathroom. We really appreciated the little kitchen set up. It was so private, clean, and cozy! Highly recommended for travelers heading through Astoria!

    Nathan2020-03-13T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great time at this Airbnb! It was about 20 minutes from Seaside but the space was well worth the drive! When we got there we did have trouble getting to the hot water but Vicky was very fast to respond when we explained to her what was going on! This was the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in! The pictures don’t even describe how nice this Airbnb is! It’s a lot bigger than the pictures portray and the bathroom is absolutely stunning

    Jose2020-03-09T00:00:00Z
  • Vicki's place is absolutely lovely! After a soak or two in the jacuzzi, and a quiet night, I left, feeling completely refreshed and relaxed.

    Kayla2020-03-03T00:00:00Z
  • My partner and I stayed at Vicki's for our 2-year anniversary and I can't think of a better place to have spend it in! The space is beautiful and clean, she provided us with bath bombs for the jacuzzi tub and she left us a very sweet note. It was great to be so close to Fort Stevens State Park, which is beautiful even in the rain, and we really appreciated being close enough to Astoria to visit but not right in the middle of things. Thanks so much, Vicki!

Tonquin's Rest is a beautiful private suite in the upstairs of a 1903 Victorian home in Astoria's tranquil Uppertown neighborhood. The home is located in walking distance to Pier 39, the Astoria Riverwalk and hiking trails. It is a 30 minute walk or 5 minute drive into downtown Astoria and a quick 25 minute drive to the beach. Watch the deer wander through the backyard as you drink your morning coffee on your private deck.
This is a private guest suite in the top floor of our home. There are several sets of stairs to reach the suite. There is a very comfortable queen sized memory foam bed and an additional sofa that folds down in to a twin size sleeper in the living room. There are plenty of extra pillows and blankets for your comfort. There is a full bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and a walk in shower. We have provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash and bubble bath for the jacuzzi. The kitchenette includes a mini-fridge/freezer, a microwave, a toaster, Keurig coffee maker, a French press, a hot water kettle, a blender and a washer and dryer. Please note there is no sink or range in the kitchenette. There is a TV, DVD player with DVDs and an Apple TV with Netflix in the living room. There is also a record player and a selection of records for you to listen to. There is a private balcony overlooking the gardens.
The house is located in the Uppertown neighborhood on the east side of Astoria. From the home you can walk to the Pier 39 shops and restaurants. You can quickly reach the Astoria Riverwalk which will get you in to downtown in 30 minutes or so. The Riverwalk heading east will take you to a very scenic stretch of the river and through the Alderbrook neighborhood.
  • This place is better than the pictures show! Garret and Robin are excellent hosts and think about every single detail to make feel people welcome. I highly recommend this beautiful place!

    Mariana2020-03-16T00:00:00Z
  • This historic home is cozy and very comfortable. Lots of homey touches! Garrett and Tobin were very welcoming and friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

    Mary2020-03-15T00:00:00Z
  • Robin and Garrett are the kindest and most lovely hosts. The space is well appointed, very comfortable and remarkably clean. I loved the home’s history and location, particularly the proximity to the river walk where I enjoyed daily runs along side water foul, eagles, and sea lions. Garrett’s book of dining and activity recommendations was very useful and helpful when exploring Astoria’s offerings. Robin was available when needed, and both were very respectful of privacy. After our days of chilly hikes, the soaking tub was much appreciated! Taking my morning coffee on the back porch watching hummingbirds and listening to the rain are some of my favorite moments of this stay. No question, when we return to Astoria, I wouldn’t considering staying anywhere else.

  • Garrett and Robin are amazing and their place is a dream! Went to Astoria for a quick weekend getaway and was not disappointed! Robin and Garrett has great suggestions for things to do around town and were available if anything came up! Their place is beautiful and the back deck looking over the property was picturesque! Loved every moment and would highly recommend!!

Showers are available in town for a small fee at Anderson RV Park.
  • We stayed here with our kiddos for a little vacation because of kids sports! Boy did my boys have a blast! They swam and played in the water for HOURS! My daughter loved that she got to see the animals! They were fantastic to us! Brought us s’mores fixings! Took my daughter to see the animals! We will come back again!!! The toilet was nice and clean! Fantastic

    Ashley2019-09-08T00:00:00Z
  • This camp site is beautiful! It feels far away, but is only about 10 minutes from town. The hosts were very welcoming, and we even got to meet and pet the horses!

    Emily2019-09-02T00:00:00Z
  • As advertised, it’s a campsite on the farm. Fun place to stay and the host is super nice ! She showed my kids how to look for crayfish and rocks in the creek behind the campsite. We had a blast camping out.

    Stephanie2019-08-31T00:00:00Z
  • My husband and I stayed here for our 2 year wedding anniversary and the word perfect doesn’t even begin to compare. The setting is beautiful! You have views of the mountains and the farm on one side and then the Nehalem is just a few steps away on the other. My husband and I spent most of our evening fishing and catching Crawdads. Molly later brought us some s’more fixings, a lantern and few other goodies. She also introduced us to the pig, Jolene, and the goats. The area was clean and well kept. There was a picnic table, outhouse and grill as well!

    Savannah2019-08-25T00:00:00Z
  • Prefect slice of paradise

    Alex2019-08-18T00:00:00Z
  • What a fun place to stay! The hosts are so, so friendly, warm, kind, and thoughtful. The animals were fun to play with, the camp site had a grill and table, and the river was just steps away! Wish we could have stayed longer. Great place to recharge.

    Andrea2019-08-04T00:00:00Z
  • This was the best farm camp experience we have had!!! (And we do a lot of camping on farms :) ) There is lots of space, privacy, a beautiful river, river is warm and easily accessible, farm animals to our toddler's delight (the pig roams free, but wouldn't bother you!). The hosts are friendly and helpful. Wish we had more time to spend there!

    Bonnie2019-10-13T00:00:00Z
  • Wow! Lynne’s place was truly amazing! A great way to escape busy days and end the night in an oasis. The area is very spacious and clean with a breathtaking view. On top of all that, it is very affordable! Lynne goes out of her way to make the guest feel out home. I can’t say enough great things about the home, Lynne and Auggie. Do not miss a chance to stay here 😊 I will miss Lynne, Auggie and the beautiful home.

    Amber2019-09-06T00:00:00Z
  • Once again Lynne's place I truly believe is the best in the area. The view is amazing and she is too. You will have everything you need and more. Lynne is easy to contact and welcoming. I would definitely recommend her place to others and will stay again :)

    Lena2018-12-30T00:00:00Z
  • Once again I can’t emphasize that you will not get a better price around the area for what you will get here. It is a shared home but it doesn’t feel like one at all because you get the entire downstairs to yourself. You will have everything you need here and more:)!

    Lena2018-12-01T00:00:00Z
  • Lynne’s place is worth every penny and you will not find a better value here. She is always extremely flexible and respectful. Even when I’m working night shift which means a lot. She makes me coffee every morning and is knowledgeable about the area. Her home is cute and clean. Amazing view and August (dog) is well behaved and sweet as well. Highly recommend!

  • Totally dreamy stay. Comfiest bed. Super helpful and friendly hosts. I loved the location, it’s a lovely countryside area 30ish minutes away from downtown, so it’s a little escape from the busyness of the city.

    Cajin2020-01-02T00:00:00Z
  • Absolutely fantastic place to stay! Such a cozy tent even in the winter - the heater warms up the place quickly and it was so nice to curl up in the comfy bed. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Ruthanne was so helpful and always available to make the stay better. Can’t recommend this place highly enough!

    Sohan2019-12-29T00:00:00Z
  • Great place to start our honeymoon! Loved the cozy warm fuzzy sheets, blankets and pillow cases! The bathroom is a walk up stairs in the main house... there are lights at night on the stairs but best to use your phone.. we had tea every night caught Ruthanne has an electric water heater.. there’s a sink and fridge inside which is super nice! Umbrellas provided if it rains and a super cozy jacuzzi. The shower inside the house/bathroom is very nice. Pretty much all you need to glamp. About 40 minute drive to Portland airport. Thanks Ruthanne!

    Brittany2019-12-27T00:00:00Z
  • Absolutely lovely. Ideal for anyone looking for something unique and cozy

    Asa2019-12-25T00:00:00Z
  • Ruthanne's place is so lovely. I visited recently when it was cold and a little bit rainy, but it was still just as beautiful and calming. I stayed very cozy in the glamping tent which has everything you need, a little kitchen and sink. The bed was the warmest and coziest bed I've ever slept in. It was so nice to hear the rainfall on the tent and to hear the coyotes howl at night. There is a deck on the backside of the tent to sit and have meals overlooking the lake. Both Ruthanne and her husband were so helpful and welcoming. I was able to explore the grounds, walk through the labyrinth, meditate and practice yoga. It was really lovely. The hottub was a nice feature too :) Everywhere you look there are personal loving touches.

My home is a 1948 post war tract home, simple in design yet very comfy. Located near the top of a densely forested hill approximately 1.5 miles from historic downtown Astoria, an occasional ship horn and sea lions barking in the distance adds a certain ambiance to this otherwise peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Ample off street parking is available on an oversized double cement driveway with easy access to home entrance.
I enjoy sharing my home with visitors, friends and family.  It is because of their promptings I have decided to open my home on Airbnb.  Bottom line is I really enjoy people. Chance, a long haired Dachshund is the only pet. He is a very gentle little guy and he loves meeting people. Because I love children and dogs it is difficult for me to draw a hard fast rule against sharing space with them too. But, space and size creates limitations.
  • Outstanding accommodations. Beautiful home, clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

    William2020-03-20T00:00:00Z
  • This place was amazing!!LuAnn and her darling dachshund, Chance, were the best hosts. The house is cozy and spotless. The bed was very comfortable. We had everything we could want or need. This is a very beautiful part of Oregon. There is much to see and do. Put Astoria and LuAnne at the top of your list. You’ll be glad you did!

    Beth2020-03-15T00:00:00Z
  • LuAnne is a Superhost for good reason, thoughtful, congenial, and knowledgeable about Astoria's history, restaurants and activities. Accommodations are clean, stylish and comfortable. Though Chance can be noisy at times he's a sweetheart, mellow and affectionate. Even at high season rates, LuAnne's place is a great value.

The Coho Cabin, is located at the old fishing town of Pillar Rock . Each guest has an opportunity to tour the Pillar Rock Cannery, originally established in 1877. Lewis and Clark also camped here and documented they first saw the ocean. Located on the banks of the Columbia River, the cabin has absolutely fantastic views! View and enjoy a beautiful secluded sandy beach, with private access from the cabin. Upstream is a stunning view of historical Pillar Rock.
Krista's family moved to Pillar Rock in 1979 and have loved living here ever since. Our family and friends have spent countless hours working to keep the Cannery from collapsing into the river while caring for this historical piece of property. The area is very rich in local history, Lewis and Clark, York, Sacajawea and the rest of the Corp of Discovery camped here in 1805 and documented in their journals they saw the ocean for the very first time. From your cabin you will enjoy the same stunning views of the Columbia River, the beach and Pillar Rock. You will also view commercial ship traffic as it passes by headed for destinations throughout the world. We share the property with abundant and diverse wildlife. Activities include beach combing, sunbathing, swimming, fishing, hiking. You are welcome to bring your own mountain bikes, wind surf boards and kayaks. Boat launch available for small boats and wave runners. Our sandy beach is great for kids. In the evening we have fire pits to toast marshmallows and view beautiful sunsets. This is truly our paradise and we would like to share it with you!
The Pillar Rock Cannery, Pillar Rock and the Columbia River are our special landmarks. In August of 2017 a lightning storm passed through the area, a lightning bolt struck one of the largest fir trees on the property. You can see the site from your cabin, view the devastation and feel the energy at the "Lightning Tree." In addition to our road and beach, we have a hiking nature trail to explore more of the property.

Enjoy a piece of Oregon history in our new overnight rental at Workers Tavern located in historic Uniontown, Astoria. Nestled under the longest truss bridge in North America, the Megler Bridge, Workers Tavern was first built over the great Columbia River in 1905 and rebuilt in 1930 to its present glorious state. Now a bar, beer garden and overnight rentals, we're here for you at Workers. We're sure you'll have an experience you'll never forget.
Less than a block from Astoria’s 5 mile long Riverwalk, marina and numerous historic curiosities, Workers Tavern Inn is the ideal location to explore Astoria by foot or on our very own Riverfront trolley car.
Astoria itself is a quaint town with a lot of charm and significant culture for its size. Uniontown is an exciting, authentic, working class neighborhood. If you like to stay like a local, Uniontown is for you!
  • We loved our stay at Worker's! It's a block off the riverfront walking path, a 20-30 minute stroll to downtown restaurants, shops, and museums. The apartment is directly behind the bar and alongside an alley that accesses the bar's back patio area, so expect a normal amount of bar noise. We used the provided earplugs and didn't have any problem sleeping. The full kitchen was handy for packing sack lunches and snacks (we spent most of our days out hiking). Folks were friendly. Coffee from the bar was delicious. We hope to stay here again!

    Tristan2020-02-18T00:00:00Z
  • This place is great and charming, exactly what we needed to enjoy a weekend puttering around, eating seafood, drinking beer, and stumbling home late. Coming from a city, we had no issues with the noise here at night. Worker's Tavern is and feels great the moment you walk in, really just a solid bar.

    Daniel2020-02-17T00:00:00Z
  • This is a great little place - cozy and sparkling clean! The bed is comfy, and I had no issues with noise from the bar. You can even take your drink to the room straight from the bar (the unit is next to the outdoor beer garden/fire pit). The bar staff are very friendly folks too! I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks Worker’s!!

    John2020-02-11T00:00:00Z
  • What a fun place to stay! Check in was easy as pie, then there was a story telling event that night that was fun. Great food, all the coffee we needed, and great suggestions for exploring Astoria. Would stay there again!

    Lora2020-02-07T00:00:00Z
  • My wife and I had a great time at Workers, We needed a quiet getaway and that is what we found. Close to everything in the area and if you need one, a good drink around the corner.

    Thomas2020-02-01T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great time staying here! Everything was as described—the staff was lovely and welcoming, Astoria is beautiful even on its gloomiest days, the free coffee is a huge perk, and not having to worry about who will drive home at the end of the night is so nice. We didn’t have any issues with noise but did use a sound machine at night (by habit). Hope to return soon and definitely recommend !!

Independently owned and thoughtfully restored, the Norblad was built in 1923 and is the longest running hotel on the west coast. This minimal 17 room hotel is intentionally curated with value in mind. Each room features carefully chosen finishes with high-quality pieces throughout while keeping the feel laid-back and comfortable. The Norblad is truly in the heart of downtown Astoria - situated within one block of breweries - such as Fort George Brewery, distilleries, pubs, and restaurants.
  • The Norblad is an absolute gem- warm & inviting, with friendly staff, lovely spaces, & the comfiest bed I have experienced at a lodging. The location for enjoying the delights of Astoria can't be beat. Really appreciated their kindness to our dogs. Highly recommend this place!

Small private camp ground located just minutes off Hwy 4, in Rosburg Wa. Location is not to far from the 101 when traveling the coast. This beautiful spot sits near the creek and river with pastures and cows next door. Lewis and Clark once traveled this area looking for the ocean so as their ship could pick them up and head back to the East Coast. Boat ramp is just out the gate for smaller boats, kayaks, paddle boards. Shared camp spot with 2 developed sites.
We enjoy the creek and river next to us while also having the Columbia River and Ocean close by. Great for those traveling through the area looking for a safe spot to camp for the night with a port a potty and water. Old house on property and shed that separates the 2 camp spots, fire ring near each.
Super mellow spot with water front access for great paddling, kayaking or fishing. Share this private spot with the closest neighbors, the jersey cows of Organic Valley Diary. Long ago this spot serviced locals and water bound travelers as a local market, the steam ship would make daily runs to this location to drop off passengers here as well as goods. As there were no roads in this area pre 1900, all travel was by water then. Enjoy the privacy, quietness and beautiful valley views. Easily launch your kayaks or boat at the boat ramp next door at the old Rosburg Community Hall. Good launch at high tide muddy at low tide, but still deep in the channel. Great location at the beginning of a 10 mile dead end road for those wishing to explore Pillar Rock Road and the once thriving community of Altoona. Whether by bicycle or car: rich history of the thriving Salmon canning industry of the late 1850's - 1910, Is still evident today. As is Pillar Rock at the end of the road as it was when Lewis & Clark camped near this location on Nov 6, 1805. Pronouncing O! the joy" as they felt they finally had the ocean in view. They celebrated that day by having a big party at camp that night. *Port A potty at site *No electricity 2 sites available
  • Good spot

  • A perfect little nook, with everything you need for a peaceful camp site.

    D. Michael2019-08-25T00:00:00Z
  • Great private campground. Clean. It was a bit noisy (barking dogs, traffic) - I'd bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. Lovely location.

    Jessica2019-08-24T00:00:00Z
  • Nice quiet spot. It’s right off the main road, but there was almost no traffic at night. It was easy to find in the dark. The outhouse was clean and stocked with both toilet paper and hand sanitizer. The host responded quickly to any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again!

    Brigit2019-08-17T00:00:00Z
  • Showed up late on a Thursday night and everything was easily accessible. The site is exactly as described, and good for the price.

  • This room is super cozy! It includes many amenities, and everything you could possibly need is already inside the room. The bedroom window has the perfect view of the waterfront! It is very conveniently located as well, with the aquarium and outlet mall close by. The host, Peter, is friendly and very responsive. I booked the room one day before I intended to travel to Seaside, and Peter replied almost immediately. He was communicative about house rules and helped prepare me for the stay. Overall wonderful experience!

  • We really enjoyed our time here! Mitchell+Maria had given so much thought into this space that we truly felt at home. The shower was lovely, sleeping in the loft under the sky light was amazing -- local tips for restaurants, coffee shops, even a hike! The wifi didn't work the whole time we were there but it was PERFECT for us. If you're looking for somewhere cozy to unwind, unplug, and reflect, this is it! Highly recommended and much appreciated!

    Heather2020-03-15T00:00:00Z
  • I loved staying at the tiny house! Y’all did a really great job on design and decoration. The roof window over the bed loft was my favorite. Being able to listen to the rain or look at the stairs really made feel close to nature. Thanks for sharing this magical gem with the world.

  • Seriously just book it, you will not regret it one bit. Did a solo trip and cannot say enough about how amazing of a time I had during my stay. Beautifully decorated space, location is lovely, star gazing through the skylight above the bed, personal touches....I genuinely could go on and on. As soon as I walked in I felt relaxed and as if I was exactly where I was supposed to be. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you Mitchell and Maria!!

  • Very cute, clean, well decorated. The views were amazing and I loved the sauna. The entrance isn’t really private, it’s shared with the host who lives downstairs and has her own locked door. This wasn’t a huge deal but we were surprised to hear someone coming through the door when we thought it was a private entrance.

Our beautiful home overlooks the Columbia River! This is one of two listings in our house. For our Astoria Retreat, our guests stay in a private room upstairs. This bedroom's Southwest theme is inspired by our second love, Arizona, where we used to live! You also have a private bathroom and access to shared living room and kitchen. Our guests especially enjoy our outdoor decks, in the morning with a cup of coffee!
We are in a quiet little bungalow neighborhood that has windy roads to get to, but that's what we enjoy about it. Not a lot of traffic. Also, the city requires off-street parking, so we need to respect that and park in our driveway.
  • Amazing location and hospitality! Lacy was a great host and very conscientious about everything from checking in to suggestions for restaurants and activities. She made us feel very welcome. The view from the deck was beautiful and can only imagine how wonderful it would be in the summer. Thank you so much, again, for such a warm welcome! Say “hi” to Woody and Eddie for us when you visit!

    Michael2019-11-30T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful, clean, charming house with kind, helpful, welcoming hosts! Lacy and Aaron helped us enjoy our weekend getaway to Astoria by recommending all the best places to go (Blaylock’s Whiskey Bar is a must!). We felt very welcomed and comfortable in their home.

    Katie2019-11-24T00:00:00Z
  • We stayed just one night at Lacy's place and it was well worth it! Very quiet and relaxed, and our dog was welcomed as well. A little tricky to navigate to via GPS (old fashion map was handy).

    Sara2019-11-16T00:00:00Z
  • Lacy and Aaron (and their pets) are great hosts! This listing is a shared space with them, and everything was clean, comfortable and quiet. The house has a great view of the river and is not a long walk from the riverfront (if you don't mind a hill). Lacy and Aaron were also great recommending things to do in the area - Thanks!

    Steph2019-11-03T00:00:00Z

Welcome! Guests will stay in our 128 year-old farmhouse. We provide basic amenities & some extras. It's on a quiet road in the country - seven minutes from downtown Astoria. The farm is 400 acres, & you'll find cows and sheep scattered throughout. We live on the premises, but like to give our guests privacy to just have fun on their trip! We also have other listed rooms in the house, so be aware you may not be the only guests. Please read the entire description of this property before booking!
The Minnie Room is located on the third floor, 220 SQ FT, lots of light, and gorgeous views of Astoria, eagle nests, and the surrounding farm. It has hardwood floors, and a custom-built queen bed that is very comfortable. Guests also have access to the third floor guest kitchenette, including a refrigerator, microwave, and sink. There are a few chairs and an ottoman with built-in shelves. The single-use, shared bathroom is just down the hall, and we provide towels and extra cloths as well as soap and shampoo. We have four other rooms we list through AirBnB so be aware there are some shared areas such as the dining room and living room and that you may not be the only guests in the house - just like a hotel or bed and breakfast. If you'd like more privacy look for our "Entire Floor" listing. It's a large house, however, so you will find you have more private space than you think!
We're in Astoria on a large farm, about seven minutes from downtown. That means you can relax in a low-key environment, but have access by car or cab to all Astoria has to offer - not to mention, you're a little closer than everyone else to the beach and HWY 101. We also have lots of trails, bird-watching (eagles follow us around, seriously) and one-of-a-kind (including vegan) cuisine.
  • Shalan and Steve's place is outstanding. We stayed here whilst checking out Astoria. The house is set outside of the town but is only a quick drive away. Also, it's beyond quiet during the night and the entire place has thoughtful, stylish touches. We found it really cozy and fun!

    Ashlee2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • Wonderfully relaxing accommodations. We were greeted by views of the cows, farmlands, river, and mountains. Great place to stay a little outside of the city center. Shalan and Steve have attended to all the details in their home to make anyone's stay memorable. We'll be back!

    Asani2020-01-20T00:00:00Z
  • We absolutely loved Shalan & Steve’s home! It was such a stylish, charming, and cozy place. The bed was so comfortable we legit asked them what brand of mattress they have! We would highly recommend a stay here!

  • Best bang for your buck in Astoria! Fillled with thoughtful amenities like robes in every room, coffee on every floor, books, record player, delightfully decorated common spaces. Located a mere 8 minutes from downtown, this space is cozy and comfortable as can be! I never thought the softest bed I'd even sleep in would be in an airbnb. Please check out Astoria Farms inn for next restful getaway.

The bed was comfy and the addition of a heat pump kept the place cozy on the cold March(?) nights! Kelly is quick to respond to emails and answer questions. We will defiantly consider staying there again.

  • Great place for value . Spectacular views and local tips from Sally . We were there early September and loved hearing sea lions. I would go back in a heartbeat

    Aayush2019-09-08T00:00:00Z
  • Million dollars doesn’t even begin to describe the view nor the experience that sally and bill offer at this charming location...from the moment I arrived, sally was a wealth of local info ! take her advice 100% of the time, especially for breakfast! The stay was super clean, the bed was amazingly comfy and if you don’t spend every night watching the sun set from the porch swings you are missing out! If you want a great opinion on nearby ocean life, ask sally about the “losers!” I really cannot say enough good about this stay! Ps, i left a gold pan and a shovel there for future adventurers, im sure if you ask, sally will have done the research to help you find gold, of which i am entitled to 10%! Hahaha, 1000% stay with these folks!

  • Cheryl’s tent by the river was amazing. The tent had everything we needed and was built beautifully. It rained pretty hard over night and waking up to the sound of rain and the river flowing was an amazing experience. The cooking shack also had everything we needed, including pans and a griddle and running water. Cheryl was very communicative and hospitable. The only problem we had was the group in the other cabin was pretty rowdy until early morning. But we will definitely come back for another stay!

    Cat2019-09-15T00:00:00Z
  • This place is a cute little shack in front of the water. You can’t access the water but it beautiful. Lots of amenities like a grill, picnic table, seats in front of a fire ring. Awesome little spot.

The wooden tent had everything we needed for a comfortable glamping experience. The cook shack had everything we needed plus lots more! Cheryl was very prompt in her communication and had great suggestions for local activities.

  • Columbia River Rest is a piece of heaven. If you are looking for a secluded getaway right next to breathtaking scenery, then this is your place, located right on the beach of the Washington side of the Columbia. Cheryl goes out of her way to be a top-notch hostess, from prompt communication, to nice thoughtful touches like bringing down kindling for the fire, to pleasant conversation, to tips on local places to venture to. I really cannot wait to visit again!

  • Can’t beat this little cabin on the water. For the price it is by far the best air B&B one could possibly hope for. Beautiful location (if it stays clear) and very easy to make the drive out to the coast to have a day. Had everything we needed, can’t go wrong here.

  • Our cabin stay was absolutely serene and delightful. Super easy self check-in, very clean, and uber-cozy. Kris and John were quick to respond. The farm setting was very serene and peaceful, and we slept very well. It snowed during our visit, and the cabin stayed very warm and snug. Hanging out with the sheep and feeding the pony baby carrots was the cherry on top. We can't wait to visit again in summer when the garden fruits and veggies are in full production.

    Jade2020-03-15T00:00:00Z
  • Had such a cozy time here. Kris and John were amazing hosts, let us explore their property, and even brought us carrots to feed the pony. Helpful and laid-back hosts, can’t wait for next time :)

  • Adorable cabin with cute sheep! What more could you ask for? I loved my weekend here and I couldn’t recommend it enough!

    Abigail2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • I am very grateful for this gem. I was looking for a place close to Portland where I could find some solitude and be out in nature—I got way more than I asked for. The cabin is charming, thoughtful and cozy. The propane wood stove warmed the place quickly and the bathtub was for a great quiet evening activity. There is a great place to sit in the living room area to write or draw and look outside. The kitchen windows face the garden and the field where the sheep’s roam—they are sweet! Very friendly. Kris and John were great hosts and easy to communicate with. They respected privacy and were very helpful. It was sweet to roam the property and take a little hike through the cedar trees. I can’t wait to come back when I need another weekend away from the city.

    Dustin2020-01-27T00:00:00Z
  • This place was adorable! The cottage has everything you need with thoughtful breakfast touches. The propane fire and clawfoot tub are wonderful to have. The hosts honored privacy but were very available for anything you might need. The sheep and pony were silly and could be heard baa-ing during the day but were quiet at night. Overall, definitely worth the visit!

This is a 350sqft craftsmen cabin in the woods with Columbia River views. Includes a loft/ living room with a large pullout Ikea couch/bed. We are located 20 minutes from Longview, WA and 40 miles from Astoria. The space is perfect for individuals who want to get away from city life, gain an inspiration from minimalist living, unwind and just enjoy nature without any distractions.
My husband and I built this cabin by hand. And love sharing our cabin with others. We reside there so therefore there are many of our personal items there. We do have a wood stove please bring your own firewood for it. We have a baby high chair and a changing table, if you are planning to come with little kids please let me know. Our condo has a loft and for safety reasons, we prefer that families with children are extra cautious. Because of sleeping arrangements we can host up to 4 people. Any additional guest is extra. If you are planning to come long term (over a week) please let me know therefore I will provide enough breakfast items and such.
  • Adorable cabin with great views and the perfect amount of cozy. Highly recommend for an individual or a couple looking for a getaway. And be prepared to be loved up by their adorable cat who has no problem being affectionate. :)

We had a cozy and unique couple days here! Definitely one of our top Bnb’s. They also have another tiny home on their property that looked SWEET!

  • Overall a good time. The beds are on the firmer side, so be prepared for that, but the space was great. Cozy and peaceful. Got to use the outdoor shower while it was raining out- it was magic. Would come back for sure- especially to see the cats again.

    Emily2020-01-02T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay at the cabin was great. It was Perfect for a partially-unplugged get away from the city (no tv, wood stove, cozy and nice!) The space was perfectly sized for us, but I could imagine someone tall might have a tough time with the lofted bed. We were shown great hospitality, a very clean space, and we really enjoyed playing with the outdoor cats on the property.

  • After using AirBnb for years, this is only the Second Time I rented a room in a home. Beth was so warm and welcoming, personable, an excellent communicator and so much more. You have your own distinct areas, so it's super comfortable. The Bed. I always talk about the bed because that's super important to me. I've written a couple of other reviews raving about the bed, but This Bed, This Bed was amazing. The other thing is that I felt tucked away and totally comfortable with my bathroom right there. It is a quiet house back just far enough from the street in an excellent location. At the risk of not getting to stay with Beth again because you'll be there, I Most highly recommend her. Sarah

    Kadie2020-02-17T00:00:00Z
  • This was a beautiful place to stay. The scenery was breathtaking and Joseph's mom greeted us when we arrived and said goodbye when we left in the morning. It was cozy and warm even though it was 32* outside.

  • This place was perfect for an overnight stay at a reasonable price! It is deprecated from the main house so it is more private which is nice. Joseph was very nice and accommodating!

    Hunter2020-02-29T00:00:00Z
  • Great stay for the affordable price with incredible amenities. The room size was larger than expected of a normal hotel room and the king size bed was generous. The actual bed itself was very spring heavy and moderately stiff. Their hottub was truly gigantic, wish I had more time to take advantage of it! John offered an informative list of trails and restaurants to check out in their idyllic town. The most memorable part of the trip were the free rental bikes that they had available, made exploring the coast accessible without having to drive. There is a coastal walk/bikeway that is waiting to be explored and the bikes were absolutely perfect for navigating it.

  • We only stayed for one night after visiting cannon beach it was only a 15 minute drive up to Choungs place. It was lovely and cosy, nice and quiet. Close to the beach and local restaurants/cafes. I would definitely stay here again if I was returning to this part of Oregon!

    Clarissa2020-01-27T00:00:00Z
  • The space was much nicer than I anticipated! Nice hardwood floors and a fully equipped kitchenette. Great bang for your buck. Only downside I can think of is that I didn’t see while booking that they have a strict rule against leaving pets unattended l was not informed of that until after I booked. So that made plans we had made for our trip much harder. Overall was very impressed and happy with our stay.
