Our host experience at Brenda's has really been the ideal airbnb experience. She made every effort to accommodate our uncertain arrival time (we were delayed on our way there) and she's been very welcoming all the time. I highly recommend Ian's place. Very quiet, comfortable and relaxing place. They've got almost everything you need. Check in time is 3pm but you can arrange that if you need to come early, just like we did. You'll never regret your stay. Breakfast was fantastic!

Fabtastic stay at Sue's wonderful yurt, a very accommodating guest - even collecting us from the ferry. The yurt was comfortable and warm- (we stayed in December). Sue provided a great breakfast basket in the morning with warm coissants, jams, homemade smoothly and cereals. Absaloulty recommend this fantastic B&B

The cottage was spectacular and absolutely true to the listing. We went toward the end of the November and were really pleased with how warm and cosy the yurt was. I am definitely looking at returning!

What a great little gem on a island packed with places to stay. Sue is such a lovely host you cant help but fall in love with the yurt the ducks and mouse. We could watch the ducks all day.

This was a beautiful property we stayed at on a work trip. Although only for one night felt right at home and Sophie provided us with everything we needed to know as well as a lovely light breakfast to get us started the following morning. The location was beautiful and quiet.

I'd definitely reccomend The Old Brewery. Everything was lovely and Sophie was a fab host! I love the rustic charm to the residence and the location was perfect. very comfy bed and the log burner was great as the weather had turned a bit chilly. 5* - we'd love to return someday!

Great experience. The place is lovely and well re-furbished and the description is accurate to what it is published and what we were expecting (even better!). Sophie and her mother gave us a charming welcome and both made us feel like at home. The breakfast in the sunny backyard garden was amazing. We are definitely looking forward to visiting the Old Brewery very soon.

As is becoming the norm, we arrived slightly later than planned. Sophie & her cousin were on hand with a warm welcome, & Sophie then showed us around the Brewery, explaining how various things worked. The Brewery was just as described, & felt really bright & airy. The secluded location was ideal for us - we wanted peace & quiet, & we got it! We really enjoyed our stay, a shame that we could only squeeze in a 2-night visit.

Host and home were incredibly accomadating and welcoming. We had an amazing time and the property was BEAUTIFUL. Loved seeing the island as much as seeing the house!

We are local to Jerry & Julie, and fancied a night away, and it didn't disappoint. A little paradise in nearly the centre of Newport town. Beautiful gardens with swimming pool that you can dive into, great fun with the inflatables for guests to use. Host were very friendly and obviously being local we had lots to chat about. In the Evening we went to ADA restaurant which is a five minute walk, and that was fantastic as well, great food and service. Jerry cooked up a lovely vege full english break fast. Girlfriend wants to add.... The fluffy robes, beach towels & towels were a great edition.... 11 out of 10........................

Secluded position in a residential area, close to cycle paths up to Cowes. Lovely house and gardens, huge, tasty, Isle of Wight produce breakfast!

We had a lovely time staying with Jerry and Julie. The room was very comfortable and clean and the bathroom was very spacious. The cooked breakfast was delicious and Jerry and Julie could not have been friendlier. The only note I would make to future guests is that other rooms are avaialble so you may not be the only air B and B guest staying at the house. This place is incredible. The house, the garden, the pool and the Breakfast were all reasons why we didn't want to leave. The location is fantastic. We will be making a return visit and hopefully for longer next time. Jerry & Julie made us feel so welcome and honestly could not have been better hosts. We loved it.

We can't recommend Jerry & Julie's wonderful home enough. Ideally situated, the house is so beautiful and we received the warmest of welcomes when we arrived. The room was very comfortable, all ameneties just as described. Our breakfasts were incredibly good and it was such a perfect place to have as a base for our visit to the island. To top it off, Jerry and Julie are such friendly, perfect hosts, we felt we were treated like friends rather than guests. Highly recommended, five stars plus!

Brenda is a lovely warm person and as it was a sunny afternoon she was actually sitting across the road waiting for us. Our visit coincided with festival and the location was very good just a hundred yards from bus station and opposite supermarket which proved useful for food etc: Accomodation is simple but friendly clean and adequate for the short three day stay.

Brenda is a really genuine and kind person who is a perfect host. We loved staying at the Dolls House, a great location being very central and close to the bus station, handy for all the shops, numerous pubs and restaurants meant we had a lovely weekend and will definitely return.

We were Little Wing's first guests and we can't recommend it enough for couples. The house is really cozy and practical and has everything you need when back from a day out. It was great to have a few beers outside in the private back garden in the evenings. We were cycling round the Island and Chillerton is really well located, only an hour away from the main sights. Toby and family were great hosts, even extending their hospitality to a morning in their beach hut. Will come back if we're ever in the Island!

We arrived at the cottage at the specified check in time of 3pm and everything was nicely laid out, clean and beatifully presented. The cupboards were suprisingly stocked with a few helpful bits and there was even a little gift on our pillow in the bedroom, which was a nice touch. The cottage was amazing. Well placed, quiet and cosy. It is only about 4 minutes walk from the shops in Ryde and we found this very useful. We would defiantely return again without fail. I booked Jess`s place for my husband, dad and son (age 12) to visit The Victory. Although all 3 loved the style of the house, the comfy beds, the well stocked cleaning cupboard(?!) and the location, my son`s comment perhaps is the best " felt really homesick till we walked into the house, then felt fine because it is perfect". What a lovely cottage, exactly as it was described and perfect for our stay on the Isle of Wight. Recently decorated and furnished with everything we needed. Jess communicated very well and provided all the information we needed to make our stay very enjoyable. I would definitely re-book if I end up on the Isle of Wight again.

I had an amazing two week stay with Ian and Dawn in Newport. Their lovely home was in a perfect location a couple of minutes walk from the city centre. The room itself was beautiful, with enough space for all of my things and had a very comfortable and warm bed, making it hard to get up for work in the morning! Breakfasts were delicious, Dawn being a talented cook, from the likes of a full vegetarian English breakfast to a simple granola and yogurt with fresh fruit, and even cheese on toast with beans which I requested. They made sure I was always on time to work and greeted me in the evenings with a smile. They helped me find a local gym on the island and made me protein shakes in the morning! They also suggested the best routes for me to get to work which was handy. Super fast wifi which is always convenient! They gave me the most comfortable stay beyond my expectations and I couldn't have asked for better hosts. I would definitely recommend booking with Ian and Dawn, whether it be a weekend stay or even longer! Perfect!

One of the best airbnb's i've ever stayed in! From the moment I arrived I was made to feel at home. Ian and Dawnie went above and beyond any expectations of a host and were absolutely fantastic. It really was luxury! I will definitely be staying there again when I return to the island. Furthermore the room and breakfast was amazing! Would highly recommend!!!!

David's place is very strategically located. Literally 5 minutes drive from grocery store as well as the beach. It has ample space for four adults and plenty of utensils in the kitchen to cook. All in all a great place. U might wanna carry your own food if u like to cook on ur own however like i said the grocery store is at a walkable distance. Will come. back for sure

David's house was charming and bigger than we expected. We had a busy schedule so unfortunately didn't have time to explore the garden. Lots of little nic kacks and pictures to look at around the house. Kitchen was well stocked and had all we needed. I wasn't too keen on the wallpaper and carpet in the bathroom at first but got used to it by the second day and I didn't mind it after that. Overall, it was a good price for the season. David was friendly and accurate in his instructions and responses before our stay...

Place was really comfortable. Home from home. Felt really relaxed, no fuss and easy to get settled in. The books and games were an added surprise extra. David was super prompt to answer all our questions. The house was a perfect base for our holiday.

David's home was a great economical base for our week exploring the Isle of Wight, it had all the facilities that we needed and more . Great views from the bottom of the garden . lovely to sit there with a drink and a book .We walked to Yarmouth from the house one day following the old railway line which was a delight .Gorgeous pub and church around the corner and Co-Op down the road .Friendly neighbours and useful parking for the hire car .Loved looking at the books and maps in the house which we found very useful and informative . We were out exploring most days and it was good to come back to a home rather than a sterile hotel (URL HIDDEN) is a first class communicator and an excellent host

We really enjoyed staying in this charming home. It is a comfortable base for exploring the Island. As it is only 10 minutes from the ferry, it is in an excellent location. David gave us some useful information beforehand and was in contact during our stay to ensure our comfort. I would have no hesitation in returning in the future for another visit.

A Victorian home with sash windows that actually worked! We thoroughly enjoyed staying here for a few days. The property had everything you could possibly need. It was well situated - near bus stops and lovely walks with a good Pub around the corner and a Supermarket within reasonable walking distance. We did not use the car much and appreciated the off road parking although I found entering and leaving difficult with the busy width restricted road. Worth mentioning that the road was quiet overnight though.

We enjoyed our 3 nights stay there, will defiantly recommend this and vist again.
