We spent a wonderful week with Rene and his family. The house is beautiful and absolutely quiet in the garden of an old villa next to the forest on the mountain hills of the Vienna Woods. It was spacious and bright to the rafters, with large sliding closet, and my concerns about the headroom in the sleeping loft turned out to be completely unfounded. The kitchen was new and spotlessly clean and well equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven and ceramic hob. The bathroom was a dream of walk-in rain shower with mirrored wall and windows overlooking blooming hydrangea bushes. Very modern and stylish with plenty of storage and counter space. Everything perfectly clean. Stereo, TV and Wi-Fi connection were also present and performed flawlessly. Even a lister of 100 !!! stored TV programs was made. We were pleased about hosted holiday reading, Mozart balls upon arrival and other "little things" .... A parking area in front of the entrance gate of the property was always present. The warmth and friendliness of the host parents is not to exceed. When addressing our flat tire on departure day they have actively supported us and even provided tool. Thank you very much! What great hosts! We were picked up and dropped off at the train station. We arrived on a Sunday when the shops were closed and were driven to a small market to purchase supplies, THANKS! Hosts spoke English when needed. What a cute baby they have, always very warm hearted and friendly, hope to see them again.

Fantastic location on the edge of the forest. When you arrive at the castle you find yourself a hundred years back in time. The annexe is rented and equipped. Top location as a base to visit Vienna. Take the train, eat at the Thai restaurant at the station and enjoy!

WOW! A 5 star hotel that we can to 100% recommend. Residential area, and the most beautiful villa is the beautiful house. Very quiet and idyllic location near the forest. The hosts are very warm, and provide an all-round feel-good stay. The house is brand new to the rental, we were the first guests. Amazing. The setting is straight out of a storybook. Isabella and Rene are great hosts, very attentive, welcoming, and speak English very well. The apartment is a stylishly refurbished loft set in a garden on their property. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, plenty of light and air, modern bath, and fast wifi. Easy 5-10 minute walk to the train station. Parking is easy. Easy drive or train into the capital city. This is a perfect quite escape. The best part in my opinion is the old forest right out your back door.

The cottage is ideal for a stay for two. It is high quality equipped and cozy. If you want to go hiking, visit Vienna, nice hosts and rest, is here in the best way.

Wonderful house in a great location, surrounded by beautiful countryside with shops, places to eat and a local train station that gets you into Vienna city centre in about 20 minutes. Wow!!! Staying at Amy's place was amazing. The house is gorgeous and so cozy. The perfect place to stay. So close to the city, but in the middle of a forest full of great hiking. All in all wonderful.

The apartment is located in a village half an hour from Vienna. But the roads are easy to navigate and little traffic. The apartment is very large, quaint and cozy, is situated in a very quiet area and close to nature. Us in all we had a very good and we did not regret the choice.

Silent, green and really big ! Natural tasty tomatoes for breakfast :))) a kind of Heidi's house in Vienna woods , from postcards, fluffy things don't disturb you, just want some cares! If you are allergic to cute animals, and would like to be in crowd, here's not the best place for you , car park, bicycles... everything you need! Kerstin and sunny boy, Alex are so kind, helpful, well organized people, prepare everything you need about staying there ! the house is big enough to comfortably accommodate 6 people. Our workers enjoyed staying there. It was easy for me to arrange everything, because Petra & Luca are very nice people. We would love to come back.

Great room, comfortable beds. Clean. Easily accessible by car and public transport (bus / train) is nearby. Nice and attentive landlords who give a lot of information about the environment, etc.

Petra and Luca's house is great. It is so much more than we expected. We really felt like being at home. We could find almost anything we could think of. We found even some papers and color pens for a small girl that was with us to draw. Petra prepared and organized everything in a perfect way. Unfortunately they were not at home and we did not have chance to meet them. But Petra's parents waited for us and they were so nice and kind and showed us everything. The house is in a so nice small place near Wien. We had a car to go to Hütteldorf Bahnhof where we had P+R parking for nice price - 3,4 euros/day. From there transport to city center is some 15-20 min and metro goes every 5 minutes. For us it was very easy since we had the car. I do not know how it is without it. But all in all we were six people and we were all more than satisfied. If we go next time to Wien we will definitely first contact Petra and Luca to stay in their house. We definitely recommend you to do the same.

Petra and Luca are extremely helpful and helped us with all of our concerns / questions. The neighborhood is very friendly and there are many parking possibilities in front of the house. Gablitz is an idyllic place with many restaurants, shops, lovely scenery, hiking trails, and good transport connections to Vienna. We can only recommend the hosts and the apartment !!! For us 10 weeks will remain long in the memory and we could not imagine a better place to stay. We had a wonderful week at Philips house in Gablitz nearby the beautiful city of Vienna(driving by car: 40 minutes). The parkingcosts were not very high(€4,-/p.o.). We had a very warm welcome by Philipp his father. He gives us many tips what to do in the neighbourhood. We had further a nice contact with Philipp by mail. He was during our stay on holiday.

This house was hands down gorgeous. For god sakes there is professional grade sauna inside next to the bedrooms! My jaw dropped when I saw this place, pure bliss. 10/10.

Philipp's place offer all necessary commodity for pleasant stay. Philipp is a good host with the sense of hospitality. House is very spacious and offer many opportunities for relaxing (e.g. sauna, space for physical workout, big terrace). You can wash and iron laundry. Neighborhood is friendly and offer many possibilities to enjoy (e.g. swimming pool, pub, walking in the forest etc.). Even the shop is in walking distance. Access to Vienna's major attractions by car is easy.

It is a wonderful apartment, the host is very friendly and ready to help out if any issues arise. I spent a lot of time in the house, cause I had to work, and I confess that I felt like a prince. The best solution if you are visiting the surroundings of Vienna.

My stay at the house of Philip in Gablitz was totally great. Unfortunately I Philipp can not meet in person, because he was at this time abroad. But it was from the beginning always available, very helpful and gave me all the information I needed. I did a training in Wifi in Vienna almost 4 weeks. Very good connection with train and subway, I was in about 40 minutes. on Währingergürtel. I was very nice to receive from his father, he showed me everything and explained, so I felt very comfortable from the first moment. He was also very helpful and I could always contact throughout their stay in Him. It has given me nothing missing and when I have needed it and also the mom of Philipp has responded quickly. At this point I would like to again thank you very much !!! The sister I must here also mention, you lives next door and she was very nice and helpful, thank you !!! The house is a dream, very large, bright and modern, it is total luxury. Garden, 2 bathrooms and a sauna ..... everything available what your heart desires. The area was for me just right, in the countryside, quiet and you can walk or bike to explore the area. I could write so much positive, I would prefer to remain forever. I can highly recommend the accommodation and Philip as a guest enter. I wish Philip and his Fammilie Happy !!!

Philipps House in Gablitz is very spacious and nicely decorated - just like in the pictures. Although Philip is abroad, the communication was very easy with him and also with his parents, who received and rumgeführt me warmly. The property is (by car) away about half an hour from the center of Vienna, is therefore really more recommendable for a quieter and relaxed time. I felt very comfortable and the stay was pleasant. :) Happy again.

The house of Isabella and Rene is extraordinary! It is a beautiful villa on the outskirts of Vienna. The apartment is beautifully made with a lot of care and attention for detail. Everything we needed was there and we could always contact them in case of problems. The area is very quiet with forest near if you like walks. Also very easy and safe parking. The train station is within 8 minutes from the house. From there you are in 25 minutes in the centre of Vienna. We would certainly recommend this address for your visit to Vienna.

It was all very well organized and has worked wonderfully. The accommodation is much more beautiful than to see in the pictures. The garden is an oasis of relaxation, especially on Sundays and holidays.

We had SUCH a fabulous stay at Das Alte Haus Feuchtl and would highly recommend a stay here to anyone. The breakfasts were fantastic and Brigitte was a kind, warm and welcoming host. Hope we can stay again sometime :)

It was great. The room has everything you need and is also very beautiful and aesthetically. Above all, the owner and his wife were extremely nice and very eager to do anything to make you feel good. Roman even helped me my suitcase up the stairs and collect the morning there was always a warm coffee. I can only recommend the offer; the perfect balance of price and performance. Especially in terms of proximity to Vienna, where a similar night would cost more than double. Within about 30 minutes I was basically everywhere I needed to go.

The place is ideal for quiet intellectual work, e.g. studying or writing, as well as for hiking and nature exploration (surrounded by forested hills of Vienna Woods - Wienerwald). Wi-Fi connection worked well and there was even a stationary computer in the room, that could be helpful if you have some problem with your own lap-top. The location of Purkersdorf is somewhat remote from Vienna city centre; however, if you like hiking, it can be even an advantage. It is possible to live in Purkersdorf and to use only Vienna tansport card in order both to get to the city by train and to reach any place in Vienna through city transport system. Purkersdorf Sanatorium train station (which is inside Vienna city borders) can be reached after approx. 30 minutes of walk; however, this is a choice and not a necessity, since there are also bus stops and train station in Purkersdorf that are much closer to Roman's place. Also, Roman and his family were really great hosts, helpful and trying to make your stay as cozy as possible.

Roman made us feel like home. Very kind and helpful. The room was exactly as showed on pictures and the neighborhood was very tranquil. I totally recommend it!

Roman and his wife were very accommodating with arrival and departure time, letting me come during the morning, and leave in the afternoon. They were very friendly, and gave me coffee when I arrived. Their house is about 10 minutes walk from the station, well back (and up) from the road. The room is in the cellar, but because the house is built on a slope it's not really what you think of as a cellar, it's just a lower floor. The bedroom has a window which opens onto a little yard. It's a large room, and the shower and toilet are in another room. Everything is very clean and new. You get the entrance code for the door, and once you've moved in it's like having your own small apartment; you may not encounter Roman and his family much unless you need to talk to them. If they're not home Roman responds quickly to email. There's a computer, TV etc in the room, with instructions for using them, though I didn't have time. The wifi works well. The bed is a sofa-bed, but perfectly comfortable. A few steps up from the house and you're in the Vienna Woods, with paths leading off into the distance. The nearest station is Purkersdorf Zentrum, but if you want to save a little money going into Vienna and don't mind an extra 20 minutes walk, Purkersdorf Sanatorium station (two stops down from P. Zentrum) is within the Vienna transport zone, so it's covered by Vienna weekly tickets etc.

Wonderful experience! Roman and his family are really nice persons and we feel very well in their house. Combinations to get in Viena city center are also good so the experience was perfect!
