Lovely cottage in Marielyst on Lolland Falster

The house is bright and cozy. My place is good for couples and families (with kids). A super summer house, which can be used all year round, is located 200 meters to Denmark's best beach. Marielyst is a good holiday paradise, with beach, forest, abundant birds and expensive life. Marielyst also has shopping, restaurants, cafes and bars. The house can also be used in winter, there is an energy-friendly heat pump, and the house is well insulated. Price is without electricity consumption. So, the requirement for additional payment for electricity consumption comes after the stay.

Cozy cottage about 250 meters from the sea and nice sandy beach. The house is furnished with 2 rooms with double bed, 1 annex with double bed, bathroom, kitchen with dishwasher and living room with dining area and cozy wood-burning stove. There is a heat pump in the house. There are duvets and pillows in the house. Bed linens, towels, tea towels, etc. are brought by the tenant. The house is cleaned after using the tenant. Several large wooden terraces. Electricity and water are charged separately and charged 3.5 kr per kWh and 100 kr per m3 of water

The apartment is located in the center of Nykøbing Falster. Newly renovated in 2020. Nykøbing F station is 10 min. walk away. The popular Marielyst is the place if you want to go to the beach. You're close to great experiences on Lolland and Falster. Plenty of options for dining, cinema, theatre and shopping within walking distance of the apartment. If necessary, we can arrange for an air mattress in the living room. The apartment has 2 small balconies. The apartment is located on the first floor. There's no elevator, free parking.

Relax with family or friends in this gem of a summer house. It is owned and renovated by a family with attention to detail. There is ample opportunity to have a lot of cozy moments on the couch in front of the fireplace, or in the large garden. The house consists of two rooms, a kitchen with living room and a bathroom. Lovely holiday home with everything you as a guest need. Large bright living room, ceiling for kip, large bathroom and a bright kitchen with bar. The large terrace of the house has a Finnish bath (not Spa), outdoor shower with hot water - a wonderful meeting point. Wifi and 2 TVs with Airplay. Only 350 m to fantastic swimming beach and 3 km to Marielyst square. The terraces have umbrellas, outdoor table for 8 people, sunbeds, outdoor kitchen with gas grill, sandbox and swing. Bookings are accepted from Saturdays to Saturdays.

Nice annex in romantic style. The house is 36 sqm. Kitchen, living room, dining area and bedroom in one, in addition, there is a bathroom with shower. Terrace with outdoor furniture. The house is located in scenic area in the part called "old Marielyst" One of Denmark's best beaches is only 300 meters away. It takes 5 minutes to walk to Marielyst square, where there are lovely shops and good eateries. Electricity is charged on site. In 2023 new windows and doors as well as a heat pump.
