Vincenzo is very friendly and very welcoming, he does not hesitate to help. We were surprised to find 6 beds in one room but it comes from the fact that it is a workers' housing. Heating is by a wood stove but if you ask, Vincenzo surely bring you a space heater. The big downside is the non-existent cleanliness of the kitchen and lack of crockery! Only 2 or 3 people can eat ... Vincenzo was still very present when we arrived, which is nice. Moreover he had lit the stove before we arrived and kindly offered to turn it on the second day, before we get back into the apartment. 27 € per person per night not including service fee is too expensive!

The apartment felt like a real home when we came back from trips. Not only is the cozy seating area, but above all the wonderful terrace. Even in rainy weather, it was still nice to sit on the covered terrace. The area is very quiet and man is only a few meters outside Peissenberg in a wonderful area. Man might think that Alpenmilch advertising comes from this area. The place Peissenberg had much more to offer than we expected. Not only the business offer in place, but also the very central location to the many highlights of Upper Bavaria: Munich, Ammersee, Star Mountain Lake, Wessobrunn, Landsberg, Meadow, Oberammergau, Neuschwanstein, etc., etc. In short, this apartment would be for some, the holiday.

Very secluded, quiet spot. Perfect for strolling along the river, walking the dog. The apartment is very modern and comfortable. Sam was very helpful before and during our arrival. A great vacation!

- The apartment is centrally located in Upper Bavaria is very quiet and a little outside the resort, shopping opportunities lie in about 5 minutes and on foot in about 30 minutes. - Garmisch, feet and Bad Toelz can be reached from here in about 45 minutes, Munich in about 1 hour, Innsbruck 1.5 hours - Station is available in town so that we can lay down our car at times.

A very welcoming and great to be with children and pets. 1 cozy garden with pond and one huge garden with grass and trees. The main downside is the humidity that permeated the whole apartment

The FW is set back from, right on the Ammer. For dog owners therefore VERY GOOD. If someone in the dark season late with its 4Beiner go, then do not forget front or flashlight, as the pedestrian / cycle path on Ammer dam not is illuminated. By bike about 10 min / car 5 min. Or walk about 30 min. to various shops for bread etc.

We felt in the property of Sam very well. She is beautifully quiet and suitable super dog. The area is beautiful and we had a very relaxing stay. Sam was as host very attentive and always available. Many Thanks.

Martina's house was perfect for our getaway to the Munich area. We were traveling with 2 little ones so to find that she had toys for them to play with and keep them busy was wonderful. We had plenty of space and the town is adorable! Nice and quiet area. Martina was also very helpful with any questions we had and was very quick with responses before our arrival. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

Experience to be repeated, attractive little town of Bavaria convenient to visit beautiful places within 70-80 km (Castles, lakes, mountain town of, cities and towns). We had a wonderful Bavarian vacation here. The town is so beautiful and peaceful. There is a church in the village with amazing rococo frescos, and the surrounding area is just gorgeous. The house has all the conveniences you need for a long or short stay. The kitchen has all you need for any type of cooking, with good utensils and cookware. I wished we could have stayed longer in order to enjoy more outdoor activities. Great place to stay, and Martina and her family are very kind and helpful.

Ideally located for exploring Bavaria, the area is really beautiful and small village very central Rottenbuch -boulangerie and friendly cafe. Lovely hosts, discreet and efficient. The main tours (enough to fill a holiday week) are on average half an hour of the cottage road, and to access it only passes through stunning scenery. A test also in winter because the mountains are close!

An absolutely charming property! We loved our stay and highly recommend it to others. When we walked into the house it felt like we were in a fancy hotel yet with all the comfort of being at home. Martina's attention to detail was remarkable. Everything from the arrangement of the colorful plush towels to the candies on the pillows in the bedrooms, to the the terry cloth bathrobes in each bedroom, gave the house a luxurious feel. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. The area was equally as lovely. Since it was springtime all of the flowers were in bloom. The balcony in the living room and the balcony in the bedroom overlook Martina's beautiful gardens, with rosebushes crawling up toward the balconies. It was like being in a postcard. And we were right next to a very old and beautiful church. The location was convenient as well. We easily travelled to Munich and several of the castles on the romantic road. The Internet connection was great (unfortunately my boyfriend had to work remotely the week we were there and he had no problems with telephone or Internet connectivity back to the states). Finally, Martina and her husband were great hosts. They were welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. And Martina was quick to respond to our queries before we booked the house. We would definitely stay there again! Thanks Martina!

I have never seen a this kind of clean and cute house in Airbnb. Martina and her family are very friendly. Rottenbuch is also very good town that you can reach munih and switzerland easily.

We were a group of 4, and had a great stay in the flat. Email communication with Martina prior to our arrival was smooth and easy. The hostess Frau Mörixbauer was wonderful, very friendly from the first moment, despite our major delay, and very helpful with her advice on local places. The nature is truly beautiful in this region, we visited the towns nearby and the castles, all much recommended for an enjoyable vacation. The flat is designed with great taste, kitchen had all the necessities, and the private sauna is definitely a bonus. Thank you!

This beautifully specked out flat is amazing. Susan greeted us when we arrived and took us up to the flat which is located separately above here Bavarian style house. It was larger that it looked on the Airbnb which was a nice surprise. The rooms (two of them for 5 people) were spacious and very nicely decorated in high quality wood furnishings all done by Georg (Susan's husband) amazing craftsmanship and details. The bathroom is quite big with a tub and a separate shower. The open plan living area is really nice and homey with corner sofa a coffee table a big flat scree. A beautiful wood dinning table and chairs. The kitchen is a very nice size and has all you will every need, It is fully specked out. My family and I really enjoyed staying here and would definitely return. Susan was a great host making us feel very welcomed with tons of valuable information about the area. She even lent us sledges for the kids to go sledging. We hope our paths cross again sometime soon. Martin

We have been traveling on Airbnb for several months and this was one of the nicer places we have stayed at. There were only two of us so the large master was nice but there is another room with bunks which would be good for families. There is plenty of space with a large kitchen. Vicky gave us all the amenities we needed and decorated the apartment very tastefully. There is a lovely outdoor sitting area with great mountain views. At night there is no light pollution so the stars are great. The only sound you hear at night is cow bells. The village has a bakery and a hotel that looked like it served food. There are two very good restaurants just a few kilometers away in the next town. Vicky was a wonderful host and it was nice to get to know her a little. I would highly recommend this country get away that is still near many popular places.

The hostess Vicky and her husband go to great lengths to make their guests stay in your nice apartment as pleasant as possible! Are both are very nice and accommodating, always available and care a lot. Everything is there, what you need, the bathroom and the kitchen are well equipped. It is great that even basics like salt and pepper, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, detergent, cosmetic wipes, etc. are already from the outset in the apartment! The car can be parked in the courtyard right outside the apartment. From the living / dining room you have a beautiful mountain view, seating for outdoor are also available. Especially nice for families with children is the swing in the large garden, which may be shared.

Vicky is very accessible and has demanded of itself, if we need anything else, if they still can do something. A very welcoming host! The house position is spectacular and has a fantastic view! In winter a fireplace provides bolder in the living room for extra comfort. The apartment does not lack anything, it's all there, what you need. My brother, for I had booked, and his family have felt totally comfortable.

The apartment had all we needed and with a nice view to the Alps. It's perfect for a family with children and they can also use the small playground outside. It is placed close to the Alps were it's good to hiking and biking.The host was very friendly and we had a good communication. We will recommend this place to everyone.

We (my family of five) had a really great experience spending three days in idyllic Wildsteig. Access to the rural town is easy - and living in the lower part of the house is like having your own mountain cottage (including spectacular mountain views and cows with bells). Access to Wildsteig is easy from the main roads and you are close to so many attractions that we really felt like missing too much when we had to leave. Vicky was very welcoming and caring and gave me and my family one of our best Airbnb experiences. She helped us with the first morning's breakfast and had everything prepared for our stay. Even though Wildsteig is quite small there are at least two fair restaurants in walking distance (if you don't want to cook in the kitchen). We enjoyed a simple but well-prepared meal on the child-friendly local café in the opposite part of the town. If you want to visit southern Bavaria and be in close range of spectacular castles and great nature this is truly a great place.

I felt comfortable in Hermione's apartment. The apartment is cozy and is centrally located. The downtown area is accessible by foot. The apartment is quiet with a nice view of nature. Only the showers was somewhat eventful.

Hermione's apartment is really very cozy. It has space and quiet for what I really enjoyed. It also is within walking distance to downtown, and the path leads along a stream, so that you do the same for a walk. The perfect vacation!

Hermine is a very friendly host and the housing is charming and convenient. Weilheim is a quiet and easy living small town with direct access to nature.

En deux minutes à pied il y a un supermarché. La réservation a été achevée facilement et en cinq minutes. Dans l'ensemble, fortement recommandé.

Nun hat es doch ein paar Tage länger gedauert aber um eine positive Bewertung kommt man bei dieser Unterkunft nicht herum. Es ist tatsächlich märchenhaft. Paradiesisch. Wunderschön gelegen umgeben von sattem Grün und den Ausblick zu den Bergen. Begleitet von Höfen, Häusern und Weiden mit Hühnern, Kühen, Pferden, Blumen und freundlich grüßenden Anwohnern, die Ihr auf dem Weg ins Dorf, welches nur 2 Minuten bequem zu spazieren ist, antreffen werdet. Die Bushaltestelle ist nur ein Katzensprung und mit der Königskarte, die man dazu bekommt, ist Bus fahren umsonst! Ein Bilderbuchdorf! Es gibt ca 6 Läden. Einen netten Dorfladen, Fleischer ( Mittag zum mitnehmen oder da essen für nur 3 bis 5 Euro, verschiedene Angebote.), leckeren Bäcker, Elektriker, und den besten Friseur im Dorf. Selten habe ich so eine liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung gesehen und dann auch noch so groß. Abends ist es möglich im Garten zu sitzen und den Sonnenuntergang anzuschauen, begleitet von Vögelgezwitscher. Von der Stube hat man eine große Glastüre zur Veranda und den Garten mit Liegestühlen. Man kann auch zum See gehen und da einen leckeren Schweinebraten kaufen ( 10 min ), oder auch nur die Füße in den umsonst angebotenen Mooranlagen am See baumeln lassen. Die Gemeinde bietet kostenfreie Wanderungen. Einen Spaziergang zur Kapelle ( 2min ) ist unvergesslich mit Blick in das Dorf, wo man der Blaskapelle lauschen kann, wenn Sie Montags für einen kurzen Augenblick durch das Tal musizieren. Die Bilder vermitteln einen wunderbaren ersten Eindruck aber die Optik vor Ort übertrifft nochmal alles! Inklusive diente das Gastgeber Ehepaar, die sehr aufmerksam sind und sich toll um alle Belange der Gäste kümmern. Ich wurde vom Bahnhof abgeholt und auch wieder hingebracht, inklusive kleiner Abschiedsgeschenke. Ein besonderer Ort, den es so sicherlich kein zweites Mal gibt. Bestimmt komme Ich wieder!
