Great house. Great view, just the right size. And I loved that it was so close to the lake for easy access, but far enough away from the craziness. And you get a cool lake view. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to the lake.

B.C. made our stay so comfortable, treated us very well and very very easy to get a hold of. Communication was perfect, we were traveling due to an unexpected passing of my husbands grandfather, he was very accommodating and gracious. The pictures did not do the location and home justice. My family of four were very happy and comfortable. We used the pool, hot tub and kids really enjoyed the putting green at the club house. We had the whole place to ourselves. Very highly recommend. The location is perfect. Right next to site six so launching a personal watercraft is very easy. The security does an excellent job at making sure the beachcomber properties are safe for everyone. We recommend Dustins home for anyone who needs a real vacation place to go.

Great place to stay to enjoy the lake and do some boating. lots of room to park your boat and vehicle. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this place.

Steven was always one call away. Check in easy and painless. The house is literally on the lake. We enjoyed swimming right outside and sitting on his awesome deck to watch the sunset. His place is in the middle of the lake and just minutes away from breweries and boat rentals. Air conditioning worked great, and the Kitchen had everything we needed. So glad we were able to book this spot for lake Havasu!

Steven's place is truly right on the water. The view is spectacular! I was able to take my kayak out a few times and really enjoyed waking up to that view. I really wish we would have stayed longer.

Impressed.. right on the lake! Private beach with a spot to park your boat. All the kitchen utensils, grilling utensils , spices, plates etc are all ready To go.. we had 2 adults and 4 kids... and sleeping arrangement was good. We will be back !

Amy was a great host. She was quick with her communication and provided us with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Nice, quiet community with swimming beach just a few steps away.

Although the place and location are ok, there was one major problem, which were the doors inside. It's a small trailer so it uses pocket doors for the bathroom and only bedroom. Both doors are completely off the rails and do. It work. Our family has to force me he doors closed or open every time one of us used the bathroom. This was unacceptable. Also, no toilet paper or trash bags. This was our first time using air, but we did expect that we wouldn't have to bring our own toilet paper and trash bags. We were told it was recently purchased, so it must have been a rush to make some rental money off it, except there was no rush to make sure the guests could get out of the bathroom after trying to gain some privacy. We're a family with kids, not a college frat.

My husband and I were looking for last minute reservations since our other plans fell through. Amy was quick to respond and was accommodating. The mobile home had a home-y feeling and had a very short walk to the swim beach, boating docks, and pool area. There was enough space for our truck and trailer to fit under car port. We were able to keep our boat in the water after renting a space for a very reasonable price. It was perfect size for a small family. There was a table and chairs for our little one, and even had outlet guards for safety. Our stay was wonderful and we look forward to coming back.

Ideal location and two awesome, accommodating hosts!! We contacted Amy and Judge about their place with minimal notice and they made sure to have everything ready for our arrival. Air was on to welcome us to their clean and cozy river getaway. We were able to walk just a few steps to the private beach and was also very close to the docking slips to get to our boat. Fantastic communication with very quick response. We will definitely love to come back again. Thanks again Amy & Judge!!!

Awesome place, a little small for 4 people but everything was clean and very close to the water

Amy and Judge were great hosts. To my surprise we were able to check in upon arrival (earlier then expected). I had a couple questions while there and they both got back to me very quickly. The place is small but worked out perfectly for our family of 4! Loved that it was kid friendly and had safety plugs in the outlets. Very close to the swim beach, boat dock and laundry! Can't thank them enough!! Look forward to staying here again, assuming they will have us!!

The accommodations were excellent. It was everything that was described and more. The home was very clean and decorated beautiful. We enjoyed ourselves immensely.

I would definitely recommend this rental. It blew us out of the water on how great it was. The view from the deck is to die for, we enjoyed it every night after our days on the water. I would give this rental 10 stars on the whole experience. And the owners were awesome and very friendly.

Not many pictures so I was a little hesitant. The place is a little dated but more importantly it is clean/comfortable. A/c worked great. Huge covered parking was an unexpected plus! Excellent communication with owners.

Place was great, everything was as advertised.

It was a very quiet and convenient location when we stayed here. Launch ramp, dock and a small beach. Laundry is right across the street. If you're planning on cooking, the kitchen is pretty basic so plan accordingly. The place was very clean.

Lisa has a beautiful river home! We had two families of 3, and 3 large dogs on our weekend getaway; and it was just the right size for all of us. The location couldn't have been better! We were able to launch our boat at site six, and pick up the rest of our group at the private beach, which was just across from the house! That was the greatest advantage! Her home is beautifully remodeled, and Lisa was quick to respond to any questions we had. She had everything we needed to make all our own meals, and enjoy them on the patio! Thank you again Lisa! We would gladly rent her home again!

This place was awesome very quite and relaxing and just a short walk to the little beach. very easy access to launch the boat and docking. we had a great time.

Lisa's Place was perfect! We really enjoyed our stay! The beach and dock is literally down some stairs and stores nightlife are minutes away. Place was clean and homey.. comfortable for 2 couples. Everything we needed was there.. if your thinking of booing remember to bring extra trash bags, toilet paper and sugar if you drink coffee.. we have no complaints!

Layne was very accommodating. Had good suggestions for restaurants and walks. His home is super comfortable and easy to get to anywhere in Lake Havasu. The swimmimg pool and Jacuzzi are right across the street. And his outdoor 2nd story deck is a great place to relax once the sun went down; great lightening shows at night in the distant mountains

We enjoyed our stay here since it's a 2 min drive to the launch pad and spent most of our time at the lake. It was nice to come back BBQ and enjoy the sunset. Layne was super friendly and gave us great information about the local spots. We will definitely use his place again .

Excellent place to enjoy a safe & quiet weekend with the family! Brian is super responsive and a great host. We loved that the community is gated and has 24 hr security. Just a few minutes from the marina, shopping and restaurants...we will definitely be back!

This charming lake house is perfect for anyone staying in Lake Havasu! So much nicer to go home to an actual home after a long day on the water. Beautiful house with breathtaking shower, plenty of parking, and a cozy common area! Hosts provide a lovely welcome gift with perfect lake essentials and goodies : ) I highly recommend signing the guest book! Using this service for the first time, Tray & Belinda both set my expectations very high. Both started my trip off right by welcoming me with a very thoughtful gift. Their Lake House is beautiful and is within walking distance of great restaurants and lake activities. I would definitely return here to enjoy the lake & hiking adventures they both recommended. I would definitely recommend this home! Very comfortable, clean and close to amenities. The home owners were very attentive and left us a very nice care package to enjoy the weekend! We will be back next summer!
