lovely hosts! We were wonderfully received by Catherine and her husband. Catherine made sure that we are in peace with our child and also provided us with baby equipment that has served us well for traveling light. The house is in its own juice with lots of character. Bucolic digression in the beautiful Breton countryside. We recommend without moderation!

Super séjour chez Marie-Laure! On se sent comme à la maison! Proche de la plage, quartier calme et reposant (trop calme?) commodités à proximité (lamballe, pléneuf val andré à même pas 10-15min en voiture) Et Marie-Laure, chaleureuse, gentille, de bonne humeur et plein de bons conseils! Marie Laure nous a accueilli merveilleusement bien . Nous sommes comme chez soi , limite bichonner . Un gros peignoir vous attend pour sortir confortablement de votre douche, vous vous levez le matin le petit déjeuner est prêt avec tout ce qu'il faut pour bien commencer la journée .. very pleasant stay at the Rose Garden. We spent a very good time with family, photographs were consistent and very functional house. The hosts are charming and available. We highly recommend this place.

very nice house in a small hamlet a few kilometers from several beaches. our hosts were charming: farewell, cakes houses shared with us (a treat). everything is done for us to be good. On arrival you will find your bed made, little touches, a collection of activities in the area and if you're the type connected wifi is present. it is a place to discover.

Our host a few days before our arrival we sent a message to confirm our reservation and we did not need to bring linen and toilet linen. The description of the house corresponds to our expectations, it is located in a very quiet hamlet. During our stay our host invited us to a cocktail on the day of our convenience, that time was much appreciated.

Anne nous a apporté toutes les.precisions.necessaires, nous a accueillies avec un délicieux pain d'épices maison. Nous avons été invitées à un délicieux apéritif.chaleureux. Notre séjour à été très agréable.

Des hôtes vraiment super et accueillant. La maison est vraiment charmante et bien conçue avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon week-end. Sa position au milieu de la campagne donne un côté paisible.

The house is beautiful with a very large garden. Peter trusts his tenants and provides all the objects in the house (barbecue, bikes, games for children ...) Ideally located, very beautiful beaches 15min, the place is totally calm. Succeeds stay for our family is thrilled! But do not tell to everyone else we will get stung this very good place ... lol Thank you to Peter for his touch very easy and fast every time and detailed explanations. A strongly advise!

The house was super comfortable. It made as feel as if we were at home. Big rooms, well equipped kitchen, great garden and lots of things to have fun(bikes, toys, books, sky tv...). Unlucky for us we could only stay 6 days. We'll come back!

Again our stay was a pleasure in this quiet and relaxing. Heath Black is a haven of peace made in Cotes d'Armor and when time is of the part it is with regret that we are going !!

We enjoyed our stay at Lande Noire. The cottage sits on a very nice garden with play areas for kids, a hammock, a brilliant bbq for outdoor dining and a big table. It's just 15 minutes from many beaches by car but is in a very tranquill location. Inside, don't expect any luxuries. It is a cottage with basic camping beds and amenities. But this is also reflected in the price. While good for our family of two adults and two kids, I think the cottage could benefit from some upkeep and making it feel a little cosier and a little more comfortable than it is. Dealing with our host was excellent and he promised to make sure the guide book was in French and that there would be television stations in French for French (non English speaking) guests. All in all a lovely stay in what I'd describe as a rustic cottage.

Really, really lovely stay, and a very pleasant interaction with our host (if only via email!) The home was beautiful, wonderfully equipped, and tremendously located. We forgot linens, and Pete was kind enough to allow us access to his emergency staff, and the place came equipped with a very handy guidebook and lots of suggestions as to what to do! Amazing price for a lovely place, in the heart of Bretagne. We'd love to visit again!

For a good week La Lande Noire has been our home. The house is surrounded by corn fields, and there is pure relaxation, because you usually hear absolutely nothing. We felt very comfortable there. The house looks from the outside small, but we had enough space for our visit. Sometimes we were 7 adults who had slept there. The bathroom is of course had to arrange a little but that was no problem. Otherwise, there is an outdoor space without end. The huge garden is divided into sections, everywhere were tables and chairs and sun loungers to relax ready. Space galore to play was also present. Pete was not personally on the spot, but everything was perfectly arranged for us. When we arrived we were surprised to be a little over the house interior that does not seemed clean. Enlightenment, however, we received timely, connected with a thick apology. The cleaning woman had a breakdown and therefore did not come until after our arrival, to clean the house. Therefore, we have only given 4 stars here. As little attention we received a basket with Breton treats and savory cider. Thanks Pete !!! The departure of La Lande Noire was very hard, because the house was suitable for our purposes admirably. The short distance to the sea has us very well. All in all we have a great and relaxing holiday spent, of our terms only had one drawback: It was far too short and therefore too soon to end: D !!

Great location and large garden; 20 minutes from towns, beaches, activities in all directions. Well equipped with everything we needed and nicely complete guestbook - and appreciably sent in advance - good communications with owner though sadly never met.

Thank you for welcome. Your cottage is very comfortable and pleasant. Geographically, we were near the towns of Dinan, Quévert, Pleslin-trigavou. And the only beach we saw on the advice of our host is that of Val-André, who is very beautiful. At another time, with a longer stay ....

The cottage is just perfect: it is well equipped, comfortable, clean and bright. The large living room with open kitchen on the latter make the room pleasant living. The rooms are simple and simply decorated with good quality beds. The garden with the chickens is very cute. Special mention also for the shower: a treat. It lacks the view of the sea, but you can not have everything. still thank you to Valerie and Rolf for their welcome and for the little gift left for our arrival.

The accommodation was fully consistent with the picture and description. The house is very nice and tastefully decorated, very cozy. it is also very well located and the outside is very nice. Our host was very welcome and a small assortment of specialties we expected, what we enjoyed. Our daughter 16 months was also very well received since everything was waiting: high chair, bed, bath, necessary for the meal ... Our host was very helpful when needed to answer our questions. In summary, a great stay.

Nous avons passé un très bon weekend en famille dans ce charmant petit gîte très bien équipé et joliment décoré. Nous avons surtout apprécié les soirées au chaud devant le poêle et les enfants ont adorés le poulailler.

Super emplacement, à la fois au calme et proche des plages, commerces d'Erquy. Valerie et son mari se soucient du bien-être de leurs hôtes tout en restant discrets. Avec en bonus un poulailler et des balançoires dans le jardin, c'est un endroit idéal pour les familles avec enfants. Merci encore pour ce beau séjour !

We had a great time at Colette's house. It was a perfect spot to explore the surrounding coast line and beautiful sites. We had particular fun on the beach near l'Ilot Saint Michel. The house is in a really quiet location which we liked but with easy access to shops. Colette gave us some lovely produce from her garden and eggs from her hens which were both much appreciated.

Despite the often rainy weather, we had a very pleasant stay thanks to the kindness and generosity of Colette has reserved us a very warm welcome. We were able to share some moments unfortunately too short (due to his numerous activities) with him and enjoyed his experience rather unusual worldwide. Colette has very good hosting us, they rented a beautifully furnished house where nothing is missing. The neighborhood is very quiet and it is a short way by car to beautiful beaches. Colette is very attentive, gave us example, often fruit and vegetables from her garden. We have felt very comfortable and would not hesitate to return.
