The building is located within a PRIVATE STREET without traffic,in this way rest,relaxation and safety are guaranteed. The chicken coop used to be here. But you can't see anything of it. The rock walls create a pleasant microclimate and the large windows let in a lot of light and also overlook the slope. You can relax on the terrace and after an eventful day, the rain shower awaits in the wellness oasis. By car, you can also quickly change the "chip". 15 minutes to the beach, 25 to Las Palmas and 30 to the south.

The Finca on 600 m is situated alone in the mountains, 8 km from the beach and 2 km from the village. The access is a dirt road of 350 m which might be difficult for some drivers, but you can leave the car at the entrance and we transport the luggage. Enjoy nature and silence!
