The view was AMAZING. Land as far as the eye could see. Beautiful sunsets and sunrise. Wish we would have had more time to explaore the ranch.

We had a lovely stay. Ray was great about communicating up front and we would definitely like to return sometime.

What a beautiful place! We went hiking on the mountain bike trails. I never realized how scenic this part of Texas is. The mix of pine trees and deciduous trees is really nice and so is the lake. We could have chilled here for days on end. If you stay here, I recommend eating in La Grange at Hank's Express. :-)

It was like having my own ranch. No other houses as far as I could see. Stars by billions because it was so dark we sat on top of the hill with the top down and just looked up. And the beautiful pond. It was perfect. And the host was very welcoming and checked in a couple times to make sure all was ok but other than that it was like I was alone there !!

Staying at Rinn's during RoundTop was a great experience. We stayed in the Rose Room and were able to walk out the front door and have shopping within steps. Rinn, her daughter and their friend Maria had breakfast (waffles, fruit, egg casserole, etc) for us with coffee and mimosas every morning. They are amazing hostesses that give you plenty of privacy but are also happy to help you out with information about the different antique shows, area in general, food options etc. It is worth noting that they don't take themselves too seriously and have a great sense of humor...if you like mimosas served to you by a rhinestone cowgirl in a pink tutu and a faux gun & holster then this is your place! We loved it and will certainly be back!

I had a fantastic stay. The house was beautiful, the rooms were clean and decorated very nicely. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of choices each morning. The location was perfect for the antiques show, walking distance to so many shows, but still felt secluded. Everyone treated us like family, very welcoming, accommodating, and so friendly.

Wow! What a delightful stay we had in the country. We come every year to see a few plays at Shakespeare at Winedale and Rinn's place is a short 15 minute drive from the theater. Reservation process was straight forward and Rinn called the day before our arrival to confirm final details. She then met us when we arrived to tell us she'd upgraded us to a marvelous suite in a private building behind the main house. Our suite had a real cabin-feel with all natural wood interior and tasteful decor and antique furniture. Our view was over a duck pond with a deck where I enjoyed my morning coffee. Great hospitality in a rustic country setting. A good value and happy find for us. Thanks Rinn!

Merinda is a fantastic host and has a great home right smack in the middle of the Warrenton antique show. The bed was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The hospitality was genuine and I can't wait to return next year!

Super cute carriage house. Only a small double bed in bedroom and one twin with additional trundle in living room. Crickets loved the bathroom ( not sure how they got there) . We loved seeing the claw foot tub , but was bummed out when we found it was just a shower, not shower/tub combo. BEWARE OF TRAIN HORN ! This train horn blew at all hours even on Saturday/Sunday. It was an interesting wake up call at 5:30 and 6:30 am. Overall super cute and perfect for antiquing .

Cute and comfy apartment on the private 2nd floor of an historic building. Our hostess was welcoming and responsive. We loved the location, convenient to shops. The train came by twice during the night, but I was able to go right back to sleep.

We had a delightful weekend at 244. The apartment was spotless; the kitchen was well-stocked with cookware, coffe pods, popcorn, chilled bottled water and wine in the frig! We enjoyed visiting Rohan Meadery, Rosemary Winery, and shops on the square. A relaxing time in a beautifully-restored place - highly recommend it!

Fabulous restoration in this building that is on the historic downtown walking tour. Light and airy with tall ceilings. Full kitchen and easily sleeps four. Great communication with owner. Right off the historic and quaint downtown square, lots of restaurants and shopping. Two of our favorite, Bistro 108 and Big State Coffee House and Roasters. Apartment has lots of parking. Only downside is train at night, but didn't bother me too much. Great time in La Grange area.

Clean, easy to get to, centrally located for those venturing for the antiques fair. Located next to train crossing so horn blows 3-4 times during night. Great communication with host.

I love this apartment, especially with no TV. It gave me a reason to open a book and read and I truly enjoyed it. Now the train... I wasn't prepared for how close the apartment was and how frequently it ran. Overall, nice place to stay!

Wonderful location for Antique Week in Round Top! Barn is cozy and quiet. I'd definitely recommend downloading directions and saving them as service is spotty, especially if you plan on getting to the property after dark. Cows are neat as well as the location of the barn itself. Great place for a nights stay.

This is the perfect location for Texas Antiques Week! So serene and peaceful, but yet just a few minutes away from all the fun. Super comfy bed within a cozy room in the barn. Very unique!

I loved my 4 day stay at The Garden Apartment. Easy walk to shops, restaurants and bars. The apartment is roomy, very clean and full of light. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Bastrop!!

Had such a great weekend in Bastrop. Cute little town with some great food. We loved staying at Linda's! Two blocks walk to the downtown area, a super comfortable bed and homemade banana nut muffins from Linda! We will definitely go back!

We arrived after midnight, and Linda was still available to help get us settled. The apartment was clean and modern. Linda provided us with delicious muffins, cereal, milk, coffee, and everything we needed for a great start the next day. My wife LOVED the space and we will stay there on our next trip to Bastrop.

So clean and great location! Kitchen was stocked with fun surprises and we loved the homemade muffins. Blocks to quaint downtown and river walk. Stayed with 3 kids comfortably and easily! TV with cable, internet, linens, and a beautiful courtyard with water feature was a lovely touch.

Homey, clean, and very comfortable. Linda goes out of her way to provide muffins, coffee, and other essentials to make sure you're as comfortable as possible. The location couldn't be better either. You can walk to shops and restaurants in downtown Bastrop in about 5 minutes. The area is very quiet. This home would make a great relaxing low-key weekend.

Awesome. Clean. Kitchen is great as we're Linda's muffins and coffee. Convenient to COTA and Bastrop is a quaint little Texas town. It is worth a stop all by itself. Would be comfortable for 4. My wife and I used the place as a base for our USGP vacation. Can't wait till next year.

Jessica welcomed us to her Cozy Gem as soon as we arrived. We were delighted with this "cozy gem" - it is very comfortable and more than we expected. Half way between Houston and Austin, easy access to the Antique Weekend in Round Top, and not too far from Texas A&M. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay! Close proximity to College Station, only a 20 min drive. We did not run into any traffic going to the football game that weekend. Jessica was an amazing host. She greeted us when we arrived and was always ready with directions and suggestions. Whenever we go back for another game we will definitely be staying here again!

Jessica was a great host and very friendly. The space was clean, nice and as described. No reflection at all on Jessica, but anyone staying there needs to be made aware that there is an upstairs tenant with multiple dogs who can bark a lot and very loud. I think if you just mention it in advance, it can be minimized. When we had an issue late at night, it was handled very quickly and clearly there is a way the dogs can be put up and quieted.

We had a great time staying with Jessica...she went over and above accommodating us. Exposed brick and an extremely plush bed are just a few of my favorite things about this neat little hideaway. The historic Post Office Wine Bar is AMAZING and worth a trip to Caldwell!

Jessica is extremely helpful when it comes to the happenings in town and is very responsive to any questions you may have. Would stay here again!

This space was very cute and decorated nicely. Being right on Main Street several restaurants were close by. As an upper level space one must be able to handle a long stairwell to access the space. Allan responded quickly to concerns and was helpful.

Great location in downtown Elgin. Apartment overlooks a very classic Main Street with a nice variety of restaurants. Freindly locals offered great suggestions. Nightlife is mostly quiet except for a couple of places nearby. Overall a nice, quiet place worth exploring.

Tommy and Roxanne were amazing hosts. We arrived later than planned and needed to stay an extra day and they were so accommodating. The place is beautiful and exactly as described. It was peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast in the morning was amazing as well. I had the pleasure of meeting Tommy, his boys and their dogs. They were all a delight. We forgot a few things... like a back pack for hiking and Tommy lent us his. We were so grateful. I will recommend this place to anyone I know looking for a peaceful getaway!

Super friendly and accommodating hosts. Nice spacious apartment, well stocked with snacks and drinks. I stayed here while attending a conference at the Hyatt Lost Pines. It is as close as you can get without paying to stay at the Hyatt. Rural, tranquil and clean.

My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cozy loft apartment. Tommy was super nice and made sure we had everything we needed. They had everything there ready for us when we showed up. The bed was very comfortable and the couch nice and relaxing; they had one of the softest blankets I've ever felt. The hammock chairs out on the balcony were so nice to sit in and feel the breeze. The location of this place was very nice for us. It only took about 20 minutes or so to reach a few of the places inside Austin. It was convenient and just out of the hustle and bustle of the city. We will definitely be staying here again when in Austin.

The loft looks exactly like the pictures. We were going to a wedding that was just a 3 minute drive away so this was a fantastic location for us! This is a great property managed by great hosts. Nice and cozy, just like the description says. Tommy and Roxeanne have done a tremendous job with this property and would love to return some time. The weather was warm during our trip, but we had no issues with the air conditioning and were very comfortable. The view from the upper balcony is awesome. Highly recommend this place.

A very quiet and beautiful town that is an hour away from everything which is ideal because Austin, Temple, and College Station are so far apart from one another. Best place for a quiet vacation and peaceful vacation

Scott's place was great. I know it is off the beaten path however it worked perfect us! It was very convenient in meeting family and held four of us very nicely!! We ate at Lee's Landing just down the street. Delicious!! And went to Waco (Silos & Homestead Heritage) the next day which was just a little over an hour away. Getting to Waco we drove on a smaller highway missing the busy interstate. It was very picturesque and enjoyable. We would much rather see the smaller all American cities and Texas landscape then zooming past on the interstate. I would highly recommend this location and their place to stay.

Allan's place was simply phenomenal. The location is great and walking distance to many restaurants, shops and bars. The facility itself was very clean and very spacious. I felt completely safe and Allan was very accommodating. Elgin is a great place to visit, and Allen's locations is a must. Everything was wonderful!

Perfect location for the rountop market! Hostess is wonderful and provides a delicious home cooked breakfast. There are no gas stations or stores nearby and you may want to have some bottled water or drinks prior to arrival. Shampoo and coffee were provided in our Cottage. We definitely would stay here again and there were other cottages on site if you have a larger group

Merinda was very accommodating and even offered us an upgrade to her Shabby Chic location even though we turned it down because this little country location was exactly what we were looking for :) Already recommended to our family and friends!

Staying in Granny's Daisy room was awesome - not too far from town, out in the country so the air is fresh and it's quiet after a day of shopping, the bed was a king (bonus) and was comfy, big private bath, nice size mini fridge and coffee maker in the room - what more could you ask for? Then the included breakfast was in Warrenton in a beautiful Victorian home, the coffee was fresh, the mimosas were divine and breakfast was delicious - we are never going to stay anywhere else - thank you Rinn for your generous hospitality, it was the icing on the cake!
