Eleonore personally welcomed us. I must say this was the perfect holiday place, very peaceful, calm and healthy. The property is located in a very beautiful and green ambience. Everything was properly set, the house is equipped with all the necessary stuff required for your holiday to feel at home so that you dont need to worry about anything. Just stay and enjoy! Eleonore has worked on very minute details for her guests and is very co-operative.

We were 2 parents, 4.5 and 1.5 and our vacation was great thanks to Elinor and her hospitality, she took care for everything we needed from changing blankets (since what we had was too hot), burnt light to adding chair and bad for our baby. Her home is 7 min walk to a grocery store and 15 min drive to Gutach. To summaries.... she is Great!!!!

Fischerbach is a beautiful village off the beaten path, yet convenient to Haslach. Central location in the Black Forest. There was even a small grocery store in town within walking distance that was open every day, even Sunday, and it had fresh rolls and pretzels. The kitchen was great, but I wish it would've had a microwave. The apartment is very private and parking the car was very easy in a residential neighborhood.

We really enjoyed our stay in Eleonore's house. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, a sense of privacy having a separate entrance and a small yard on your own. Eleonore was a great host and we felt at home.

Our stay in Fischerbach was fantastic, Eleonore was kind enough to receive us. The very quiet to sleep and take a walk around the place, perhaps the only slight downside was that there were many mosquitoes and we had to be with the windows closed, but rest all great: the beds, the spacious bathroom, the kitchen with everything you need, all very clean ....

We stayed at the house for 2 weeks with our 3 children. The location is perfect for anyone who is seeking a starting point to tour the black forest attractions, France and Switzerland. The house was very clean and suitable to host a family : Well equipped kitchen, washing machine, separate rooms for parents/children & balcony with great view. Michael has always been there for us, granted us complete privacy, immediately helped us with any question and advised about attractions. I highly recommend the location, the house and Michael. It's tempting to try and keep this place under wraps but Michael and Franziska are such amazing hosts and everything about this place was simply awesome, it would be unfair not to share. The location, apartment, amenities, things to do, food (particularly in their restaurant), the beautiful scenery and the people are all fantastic. Our 2nd stay here and definitely not the last. The apartment was lovely and exactly as described. Michael was a great host, very friendly on arrival showing us around the apartment and telling us what is nearby, and then leaving us to ourselves for the week. The new bathroom and kitchen are spotless and modern and we really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony at night with the gorgeous views. The only slight annoyance was being woke up early by the people upstairs walking up and down the stairs but I was using the second bedroom and am easily woke up by noise but it would not stop me booking again. The village is lovely and peaceful, the shop is handy to buy rolls in the mornings and the walks to and around the church are nice. It was easy to park in Haslach and catch the train to other towns, Micheal will tell you where to park for free. It was also only a 5-10 minute walk from there into the centre of Haslach, which is a lovely town to wander around and look in the shops. We had a brilliant week here and would love to return.

We only have good words for the little paradise of the Black forest, The guests are friendly and very helpful. The location is wonderful, perfect for cycling. That is what most of the days we did. We found a little friendly mini golf for the kids, in the village of Hashlag and they rented the bikes to us, very cheap and convenient. The appartment it self is big, very clean, homely, with very well equiped kitchen. Wonderful beds, and the best the view to the forest. All the villages that are nearby are nice to explore, all the paths are flat so you can have such nice rides in the bikes. We visited near cities, that we also can recommend, Triburgh, Friburgh, Gengenbach. A good tip, do not miss their restaurant, next to the appartment, The parents of Francisca run it and is well known to be one of the best of the area. the food is the best we tried far better than the other ones we tried. Is also good value, with home made saussages, delicious salads etc etc. We will come back it was a perfect holiday for us and the kids.

This place is amazing! We will recommend it to all of our friends and family and if we will ever get back we will stay there again. The location is perfect if you would like to travel in the Black forest area, elzas in France and Switzerland. The apartment was wonderful,more than we even imagined. It was big (we were a family of 4) , clean ,comfortable with all the facilities we needed. It was very quiet and the view from the balcony was wonderful. Michael is a great host! I did not expect you all to such a Home! The apartment was very clean (we stayed there 3 months!) the inner it there's everything you might need. Michael holds a restaurant right across it's great practice if one night you did not want to cook. During our stay we the owners you trust it do enormous good and helped us have a good time. Black forest is a wonderful untouched place to stay in, with so much natural beauty! and Haslach is a quaint, pretty little town to spend that time. Its well connected, and the Konus card helps. Marc's house was centrally located, 2min away from station. large space for 2 people, stocked kitchen, tips in detail and lots of eateries and supermarkets nearby. Marc was always accessible for all sort of queries and gave us excellent tips around the place. Highly recommended stay!

Marc's place is really cool , if you want to visit the black forest this is for sure one good option. Besides the cleanness , the amplitude and the location of the apartment you have to add the hospitality of Marc. This village has one of the few supermarkets that opens until midnight. (alcohol until 10) Really good choice.

I did not get to meet Marc because he was out of town, but I met his sister and she was very nice/friendly! The apartment was spacious and looked like the pictures provided. It's very close to the train station, grocery store and the town pool and the neighborhood was quiet. We ate at a great restaurant in town and the food was delicious. I can't' remember the name of it! Haslach is a very cute town. We took the train (only 20 mins) to Triberg waterfalls which was a nice day trip from the apartment. If I am back in Haslach again I would definitely stay at this apartment a second time!

Marc's place is amazing, just about 3 minutes from the train station. He was very thoughtfull with everything we may need. We also got a konus card that you can use to travel around the blackforest. It was a lovely stay

We stayed at Marc's flat in Haslach for one month and really enjoyed it. The flat is a short 5-minute walk from the station and in a quiet neighbourhood. It's very near the old town and despite some busy roads nearby, we could never hear the traffic. The outside entrance is shared with Marc, who lives upstairs, and the flat is located on the ground floor. Inside, it's a studio (bedroom and kitchen in one room) with a living room in an attached room. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, utensils and the usual appliances, but no microwave. There is a small raised table in the kitchen and another dining table near the window. The dining table when we were there was a small round table, just big enough for two people, rather than the larger rectangular table shown in the photos. In the living room, there's a large sofa and a TV with some DVDs. The bed is a comfortable foam mattress. At first, we found the fridge was a bit noisy at night, but we got used to it. The bathroom is large and the shower gets nice and hot. There's a washing machine in the cellar. The best part about the flat was the garden. It's south-facing and gets sun practically all day. Marc's photos decorate the flat and there are many plants inside and outside. Internet is fine in the kitchen/bedroom area and ok outside in the garden, but not very good in the living room area. There are supermarkets a 5-10 minute walk away (Rewe, Aldi, DM and Edeka). Rewe is the most popular and is open late and closed on Sundays. There's a Saturday market in the old town and sometimes a flea market. There are many trails to explore from Haslach. The trains make it easy to explore the area - every hour there's a train going north and another going south. With the tourist tax (€1.50 per person per night), we were given a Konus card to use for free local transport on trains and buses. This was very useful for day trips or going on a hike out of Haslach and taking the train back. We also used the Konus card to get to Basel for our flight back to London, saving us about €30 each. We had a wonderful time in Haslach and we'd love to go back.

When we arrived, there were 2 beers waiting for us in the fridge, super nice! The house was beautiful and exactly like described on the website! It's a beautiful place in a beautiful environment. We really hoped we could have stayed longer! For us: 10/10! :)

Our time in Steinach was delightful. Julia and Arno are incredible hosts. We were personally picked up and dropped off at the train station by Arno. The apartment was comfortable, warm and super clean. The wifi only worked in the living room and was quite slow. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed to cook all our meals for a week. Julia showed us around in detail, set us up with a Konus card, and gave us plenty of information on the surrounding area. The trains are easily accessible and there is plenty to see and do. We highly recommend staying here.

Very comfortable apartment in a small village which is ideal for touring the Black Forest area. Free bus and train transport for visitors an added bonus. Hostess is welcoming and hospitable and looks after guests very well.

It is difficult to add anything to the accounts already given. Julia and Arno are genuinely very friendly and helpful hosts, and the appartment is well equipped in every way. The friendly atmosphere added greatly to making our vacation enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay at Julia's apartment in Steinach. It was more than we expected. The apartment is very spacious, clean and comfortable. We were met at the station and Arno gave us a quick guide of the town and where to find everything we needed. The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood and the station and shops in Steinach are within easy walking distance. From Steinach you can easily reach all popular and interesting places in the Black Forest by train or bus - the Konus Card is a real bonus! It is the perfect place to stay for a holiday in the Black Forest. We strongly recommend Julia's place!

This was the second time to visit Julia’s apartment. As we wrote before, the apartment was spacious and equipped with everything we needed. Julia and Arno were always very friendly and hospitable so that our 10 nights stay has passed so quickly. If Germany is not far away from Japan, we would definitely like to come back the Schwalzwald and Julia’s apartment again. Thank you for everything.

I've had lots of airbnb experiences before, but this one was one of the best! Her house locates in local area, very easy to explore not only Germany, but also France and Switzerland :) Host is really friendly and warm hearted person. They were always ready to help us. She and her husband welcomed us very warmly. Extremely clean, warm, quiet, quite big house for 3 of us! Thanks for everything again. Elenora was a very gracious hostess. She welcomed us personally and facilitated access to the house, which, at first, it is hard to find. We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is clean, very large, and has a fully equipped kitchen. Eleonore even left us a present for Easter - thank you Eleonore! The view from the house is beautiful and it is a short drive to the shops. There are plenty of beautiful walks in the area to do. We will definitely be back to stay here!

Eleonore guided us to the apartment which would have otherwise been difficult to find. Her friendly welcome and the little extras on arrival were much appreciated (thank-you Eleonore!). There was plenty of information about what to do in the area, including a list of places to eat. The ground floor apartment we rented was spacious. The furnishings were basic but adequate. The beds were very comfortable, and there was constant hot water available until 22.00 hours. The main shower (ensuite to the main bedroom) was very good. The kitchen was equipped with most things you would need apart from a freezer and a microwave. An added bonus was the hairdryer! The views from the front of the apartment were superb, overlooking the valley and the deer park. It was lovely to watch the sun go down in the evening from the seating area here. The rear of the apartment is set into the hillside(URL HIDDEN)

We felt in the wild panorama very well. The apartment was enough for our needs and expectations fully. And the warm welcome is also worth mentioning. Who wants to be accessible mobile while holidaying necessarily, should first check with their provider, if that is possible in the area. I had no reception at all, my daughter in full. This is perhaps the downside of the idyllic surroundings: very very relaxant and recommended!

We received a warm welcome from Eleanor and had a very pleasant stay in the apartment Wildpanorama. It is very spacious and the equipment satisfies us. The terrace and the view have enchanted us, calm and perfect breeding deer delighted the kids! All for a very affordable price. We will return with pleasure in this rental.

Eleonore was great. The farm is very well located with stunning views not to mention the deer! The apartment itself was clean but cold. Most of the rooms face a wall in the dark, I think we had the apartment the least enjoyable of 3. Additionally we were 6 and 2 bathrooms was blocked in the first shower so hard. .. But Eleonore was nice enough to apologize, offered us a bottle of champagne. In any case very good experience, I probably would reiterate to visit the area!

Everything was great. Have felt very comfortable. The accommodation was well equipped and maintained. There were also many information about the tourist potential of the region. The apartment Wild Panorama was due to artisan work, however, currently not available, so this review will be submitted for another apartment of Eleonore, in which we have instead used to.

Beautifully located, centrally located in the Black Forest. Ideal for Ausflüsge. Beastly good neighbors, sun until late and lots of stars visible in the night. A small mistake at the beginning has been solved by Eleonore courteous and excellent! We would not hesitate keen on visiting again .... possibly even in winter. PS: top views from the loo!

Eleonore is a great host. She was very welcoming and in fact took great pains to make sure we were properly directed to the house despite arriving quite late in the evening. The house is quite far from the main road in the middle of the deer park and children had a great time feeding the deers. Also the location provided the right opportunity to experience Black Forest in all its beauty..

We spent a wonderful time in Eleanor's apartment. With 3 adults + 2 children we had absolutely sufficient space + each of the three bedrooms is equipped with a private bathroom. It is clean, and Eleonore very nice and helpful. The location is located in the middle of nature, a wonderful game reserve in front of the house everything!

A very nice stay in a beautiful location. A big apartment with character especially the cozy kitchen and balconies to enjoy the view. We loved watching the deer in the fields around us. Very comfortable beds and a bathroom for each of us! The location is charming and central to the Black Forest region. Walks start from the doorstep and we will come back to do more. Loved it and thanks to our hostess Eleonore for being so pleasant throughout the booking process and our stay.

Veronika is a very reliable host. In case we did not use the loft itself. We have rented for, who were invited to a celebration. Unfortunately, they have smoked in the room, what Veronica has also rightly criticized. We apologize to this point again. The loft is particularly geeigent for short stays, because it has only one room. The ambience of the whole house is sensational. Tradition and modernity are great together. Highly Recommended.

The coordination of the arrival has worked wonderfully via (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN). Room and bathroom were very clean and tidy. I had a private car park and the Wi-Fi was also great. The only drawback is the lack of kitchen, but it was also referred to in the advertisement and in correspondence, that this was known in advance. Haslach is also a beautiful town and Veronika sympathetic hostess. Conclusion: I would definitely say a confident ENTIRE recommendation for Veronica lowered!

Our stay was amazing! Veronika was extremely friendly and helpful and we were more than comfortable staying here. The bedroom is very large and guests have their own full bathroom that is clean and modern. The train station is maybe 2-3 minutes away walking, which was perfect for us. I contacted Veronika on a very short notice at the same day we wanted to stay there. She replied very quick and confirmed the reservation. Communication was very smooth and she seems to be a very kind person although we have not talked much face to face because we arrived quite late. thanks for her flexibility in that case.

Everything was clean, Veronika was there to hand off the keys, and everything went smoothly. The accommodations were spare - only a room, a bed, and a bathroom; no use of any kitchen facilities was a bit inconvenient - but for the price, all was OK and essentially as advertised. WiFi worked like a charm, always a top requirement for me.

My parents and I had a wonderful stay! The home and the surrounding area were beautiful and it was close to the Black Forest train which also offered beautiful views. Definitely would love to come back!

We had a very good stay at markus. The accommodation was very large and clean. The landscape and the surroundings very beautiful. We do not speak very good English and the host does not speak French did everything to make us understand.

We loved our stay at Rommelehof!! We got to see the wood oven right away and told that fresh bread was on the way! Our room was amazing and had a wonderful view of the area and the farm and the farm animals. Breakfast is recommended and included fresh bread, homemade meats and homepressed applejuice!

What a great apartment in the Black Forest for a great price! Our family had a wonderful time staying outside in the country side but close enough to the little towns. Everything we needed was within 10 minutes of the apartment, it was very clean and cozy. We would recommend this to our friends and family!

wow this place is amazing not only for the location, the scenery, the nearby shops open 24 hours (REWE), so you have many places nearby Black Forest, Basel and Strasbourg, the price is accessible, comfortable facilities, clean, viable for large groups and COOLEST Eleonore unparalleled service that gives you. In 15 days of her stay in Germany we had the best care and warmth!

Because of traffic delays we ended up arriving an hour later than originally planned. Eleonore was very accommodating and patiently waited for our arrival. She provided us with lists of restaurants, grocery stores etc in the area, and gave us a quick tour of the apartment. Everything you need is there (towels, bed linen, kitchenware). Only comment is that the beds (mattresses and pillows) are somewhat worn down resulting in a somewhat uncomfortable night's rest. But the view you wake up to quickly makes you forget about it. The house is situated on a hill next in the middle of a part of the forest, next to an enclosure with deer, looking out over another hill. Absolutely spectacular. There is also ample place for around 8 people. So if you want to break away from the city and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the Black Forest, this is indeed to be recommended.

We would like to thank Eleonore for her warm welcome although we were arrived late from the time we promised. We were lost , our Gps connection was lost. Hope we will come back one day !!!!

Out of all the places we have stayed in the Black Forrest, this place is definitely one our favorites! Spacious rooms, quiet atmosphere, in close proximity to the grocery store and train station, and the fresh strawberries that Eleonore brought by were delicious! We would certainly choose to stay here again!

The appartement was very spacious, clean and tidy. It has just bin on Airbnb for two months en we felt like we where the first guests :-) Sandra was friendly en helpfull, she lives downstairs. There is a lot of information (folders/brochures) about everything to do in the area. We would highly reccomend this apartment!

An all-round feel-good experience :) Sandra welcomed us even late at night after our trip, unfortunately it took longer. They greeted us warmly, showed us the apartment and was always helpful for any questions because on all days. Whether tips for hiking, a forgotten cigarette lighter or a little conversation in between, we felt very well cared for. But that's not all because the apartment was stunningly beautiful furnishings, with many small lovely details, beautiful, relaxing colors and very spacious! Of course, everything was very clean and tidy. Particular highlights were the large bath, a walk-in shower and a Jura fully automatic espresso machine. Me and my boyfriend stayed at Sandra's apartment for one week and it was great! The location is perfect to explore various hiking routes, also Strasbourg, Freiburg and Baden-Baden are within one hour car drive. The apartment is super clean and spacious with comfortable beds. And well... Sandra is indeed a superhost! She welcomed us, showed us around the apartment and was always there when we needed her. We would love to come back one day :)

We were initially greeted very warmly by the host. This showed us then also immediately, the very beautiful and spacious apartment and also helped us even when carried up the luggage. The description of the apartment was taken exactly. There were even more things available than indicated. The dining table was welcome even a bouquet of fresh roses. The apartment was very clean and there was nothing missing.
