Located 5 Minutes walk to the city center, 15 Minutes walk to the beach and close to a small square with many food shops, house of 65m2 with shared garden. 40 m2 apartment on the 1st floor. Renovated located on Rue de Mer close to shops and the port. One bedroom with quality bedding (140 x 190) A quick sofa bed with a real mattress (18cm). Very bright.
