Forest
“You can access the forest from the bottom of my lane. A huge forest with bicycle hire and walking paths for all abilities. A lovely cafe and visitors centre. Also has a ‘Go Ape’ activity centre which is great for children and adults of all ages!”

Natural Feature
“Frensham Common is a large expanse of heathland and a site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI). It covers 922 acres and consists of dry and wet heath, woodland and ponds (the Great pond being the largest). It serves of great importance for heathland insects, reptiles and birds, such as the Nightjar, Stonechat and Whinchat. It's ideal for walking especially the circular route around the great pond (take your swimmers if it's warm) and perfect for a picnic on the beach area.”

Nature
“Alice Holt is a lovely place generally, with play parks and cafes. But there is also a high ropes and obstacle course for big kids and adults. It costs upwards of £40 for the high ropes, but you can also just view the area which has natural red woods too. ”

“The Rural Life Centre is set in over ten acres of garden and woodland, housed in purpose-built and reconstructed buildings including a chapel, cricket pavilion and school room. Numerous events are held throughout the year from donkey days out to the annual Weyfest music festival... Rock-on and well worth a visit.”

Bar
“We love this pub as it does great drinks (we like a bitter union in the gin and tonics!) and you can bring your dog! Great for kids, couples and groups. If you're going with your dog, how about a walk up to Farnham castle first?”

Restaurant
“We love this Tapas Thai place, we would recommend their lunch tasting menu as it’s more affordable (around £10 for four tasters). They do a great set menu/bento box with lots of thai tastings. It's the same menu in the evening just a little more expensive. ”

Pub
“"....This popular old roadside inn oozes bonhomie. And, though the food is the driving force, the small bar heaves with upmarket locals in for a pint of Adnams Broadside or a glass of pinot noir. Smart and cosy it is, with its gorgeous black wood ceiling beams, striking wall timbers and warming winter fires; and service is both friendly and upbeat. Chefs lengthy repertoire should please all, with its classic and modern dishes, and seafood a speciality. Blackboard specials complement a main menu that covers all. A front terrace, a big back garden and a private dining room upstairs complete the happy picture...."”
