Michele is a fantastic host! He prepared the apartment as their own hosting friends! The communication was super efficient, the really excellent reception and a luxury real welcome surprise (Prosecco, raspberries and cheese!). The house lacks nothing and Michele provides everything you need for breakfast (coffee, tea and herbal teas ..) - and even more! In the house you will find all the information needed for nice trips, and if you want to know more than please do not hesitate from asking! Really recommended, we will return soon ! - ENG - Michael is a terrific host, we felt like staying at our friends'! Apartment recently renovated, functional and well equipped, well placed for visiting the lake by car: easy access to Varenna, and from there to Bellagio and Menaggio. We were very well received by Michele and we took the opportunity to comfortably 2 couples. Very affordable, excellent value for money, justified in terms of benefits, but also the laborious Neighborhood, (warehouse) that may prompt you to not linger in bed and exploring Lake Como early enough!

Michele's place was just more then perfect! It was near the Como lake and the view from the window was outstanding! Apartmen was very clean and bright, and actually very big and looks even more better then in photos. It has everything what you need, even small things for italian breakfast! We enjoy our stay very much and we will come back here for sure! We are higly recomending this place;)

Beautiful view of Lake Como! The house isn't actually in Dervio but the small town just north. We got super lost looking for it. The apartment was perfect for our needs. We ate dinner at the restaurant across from the apartment and climbed the hill behind as well. The town is very small but it was fun to explore.

The apartment is spacious, clean and has beautiful view of lake Como. It has good location and free parking space nearby. In summary it is a very good location for exploring lake Como and nearby mountains.

Beautiful new modern condo with a beautiful view Lake Como & old castle. No WiFi. Parking is not convenient but it was free. Restaurant right across the street. Overall an excellent choice to stay in Dervio.

Laura was extremely hospitable and helpful. She was able to accommodate our late check in, greeting us with food and a beautiful apartment which is much better than the pictures!! highly recommend for a comfortable stay and a great location!

Laura was a fantastic host, she was incredibly welcoming and helpful despite the language barrier. The flat was exactly as described and the area was a wonderful place to stay, very quiet and close to the beach but with easy access to the other towns/attractions around the lake. Dervio is a town that didn't appear changed too much by tourism, so are stay there felt very authentic. We were very happy to stay at Laura's place and would happily stay again.

Laura was a wonderful host. She greeted me with a homemade lunch as I had not eaten. She made herself available for anything I needed. She offered me a bike to use. Photos and descriptions are accurate. Wifi works great. Room and bathroom are with him in private. Direct neighborhood is not very interesting, but Dervio is the ideal location place for boat trips (Varenna), 2 minutes the train station. Directly above Dervio is the highest mountain Monte Legnone. It's a beautiful hike. I highly recommend accommodation u Laury.

Laura waited for us to arrive, even though we were coming late in the evening. She was very kind, she explained the house rules to us, and offered us a home-baked cake! During our stay Laura was around whenever we needed help, but at the same time she gave us the freedom possible - in our studio we were independent from the rest of the house. Laura is a smiling, open, and very friendly person, so if you have any questions about what to visit or where to eat in the area, don't hesitate to ask her!

Laura was very friendly. You enpfing us warmly and had a bowl of fruit for us. The apartment is small but adequate for two. It's right in a small village but one can well reach the lake by ferry or train to other locations on Lake Como.

Since Laura was during the holidays, I was Lorena, your sister, put in a warm receiving. The studio is equipped with everything you could wish for, and is very well located. It is beautifully and lovingly furnished and decorated. And really very clean. In addition, milk, coffee and something was ready for breakfast. Next are brochures on with various excursions. Lorena has explanatory me everything, showed me where to shop and where to find what. She was also at any time there for me when I had a question. I recommend to all Laura's studio, traveling to Dervio. Thank you for everything Lorena and Laura and I am looking forward when I can come into your studio by Dervio again.

Corrado welcomed us personally and gave us a parking spot very near the apartment. He makes sure you know your way around the town, even has a map with all spots marked and many folders. He even got my flat bike tire fixed. It's a neat apartment in a small town. It's not overwhelmed with foreign tourists like some other towns, most tourists in Dervio are Italian.

This place is absolutely perfect. The apartment is really spacious and very comfortable. We were able to use laundry facilities in the apartment had hot water, and great water pressure too! It is very close to the train station and a short walk to the lake where you can catch a boat to anywhere. I would recommend staying longer than a couple days as it is an excellent jumping off point for tons of places and activities. If you are looking for a bustling town with a busy nightlife look elsewhere. If you are looking for a relaxing get away with options to be active then this is your spot. Be sure not to miss the last boat back to Dervio around 5:45 (from Bellagio). Corrado was very helpful and gave us a wealth of information including maps, timetables, and food recommendations. Overall a 5 star stay!

Corrado's place in dervio is just magical!!!! It's close to the lake and some beautiful hiking trails make it a wonderful place to relax with nature. His place was clean and spacious and he was very helpful when checking in. I highly recommend this place!!!!

Came with my girlfriend for a 3 days romantic getaway. House well equipped with any useful tool, very clean and super cozy! Corrado was a great host: very discreet and flexible with our check-in and check out times (he let us stay till 13:30 of our last day). House very close to train station, supermarkets and lake (10 min walking). Basically close to everything! Very very happy with Dervio and Corrado's apartment!

The appartement corresponds to the description. Appartment was very clean, and Corrado's mom gave us the key as soon as we arrived. Corrado was very helpful host. We had a problem with WiFi and heating, and he arrived very fast to help us. Special thanks for a well-equipped kitchen with all attributes of Italian cuisine. Appartement is located in a village very close to Varenna only 10 minutes by train, and there are trains each hour, or two depending the day. So it was a little limited.

Corrado was really polite and funny guy. We got excatly what he has promised, the photos are totally correct and the apartman was clean. There are some things which are a little out-of-date, but who cares when everything is working properly. The value/price rate of this apartman is really good. All in all, it is highly recommended!

Gianluca and his mother were excellent hosts. Gianluca even came to pick us up from the station because it was raining. He was also very helpful beforehand in answering my questions about availability of local grocery stores, as we were arriving on a public holiday. The apartment was just as in all the photos. It was very clean and tidy, well-kept, spacious, and quiet. (Note that because it is next to a stream, you can always hear the water rushing past, but it didn’t disturb us at all). The apartment is very well equipped, and the kitchen had all equipment that we wanted for cooking as well as basics like coffee, tea, sugar, oil, and vinegar. We were even able to bake a pie with the wild blackberries we picked while walking on the Sentiero del Viandante! Like many Italian homes, it didn’t have a kettle so we used a saucepan to boil water for tea.

We stayed here for 10 days with our 7 month old son. It is a spacious apartment in a quiet neighbourhood, a few minutes walk to the beautiful lakeside and a children's park. It is about a 10-15 minute walk into town where there are some shops and the train station. Gianluca and his mother were very helpful during our stay.

Gianlucas apartment was perfect. It had everything we needed, a great kitchen and a balcony to sit on with a wonderful view of the mountains. The apartment is next to a stream flowing into lake como, and you can hear the water when it's quiet, which was beautiful! A 5 minute walk to the lake where you can paddle board, windsurf and canoe. There is a supermarket ten minutes walk away and the train station is 15 minutes walk. We took a tour of the lake with (URL HIDDEN) Eugenio - it was a highlight of the trip. Enjoy!

We had an amazing stay here. The apartment is perfect! Clean, spacious, great location, great view. Everything that you could want. Simone is so helpful and kind as well. Told us lots about the town and even came to pick us up at the station. He was great with contact and there was a small problem with hot water and whithin 5 mins him and his Dad were over to fix it. Derivo is a really nice little town right on the lake that is really easy to get to by train. There is everything you could need and the pizza shop down the road is incredible! We would HIGHLY recommend this place. Perfect for two people and such a great stay

Simone was a great host and upon my arrival to Dervio, was quick to show me around the apartment and the area. The apartment is pefectly located in Dervio with bakeries, pizza places, grocery stores, and other restaurants within a couple minutes walking distance (as well as the train station). The apartment itself was beautiful, and simple. The kitchen was perfect to cook in, and was well stocked with appropriate kitchenware and we made almost all our meals inside the apartment. One thing I especially liked was that previous guest's had left behind the basics like coffee, sugar, olive oil, salt, etc, so it was nice to have the basics there when we arrived. Dervio is located away from the busy atmosphere that some of the other Lake Como locations provides, and was one of the most relaxing town's we have ever traveled to. If I come back to Lake Como, I will stay in Dervio, and I will stay in Simone's apartment. Thanks Simone!

Lerena and Abramo were very helpful and provided us with everything we needed for good holydays. The appartment is very cozy and tidy. It is realy near train station and super market (just 2-3 min.). We enjoyed our time there. Our best recommendations!

It was a cozy room near the railway station. Very clean, new. The ceilings are low so if you are very tall might be an issue. I am 185cm, but managed nicely. Nice location near the waterfront, rail station, and grocery store.

It was a beautiful and great stay at the apartment of Lorena and Abramo! The apartment is to be recommended by us to 150%, and deserved more than the 5 *****. The apartment is really nice, spacious, extremely clean and lovingly, to the last detail, decorated. It's all what you need, and many more extras - both in the kitchen and bathroom or in other housing. In the living room area in addition to a TV with lots of movies and music is also a PC available. In addition, a variety of tips, information and brochures regarding excursions or restaurants are available. Towels for bath and beach are provided. Lorena and Abramo have also given us their own beach umbrella and mats for our Visitors. We were super nice Welcomes got many tips and have therefore gathered and settled in really fast. A lovely apartment in peaceful Dervio. Abramo was very helpful and met us on arrival. Great to have movies to watch, kitchen enough to cook meals and washing machine was very handy. Lots of stairs up to the loft but this was OK for us. Being a loft, can't stand upright in many places so just need to be aware of that. Good views from the window. Nice walks along the lake close to the apartment. Nice cafes close. Thankyou for a great stay!

Abramo and Lorena were great hosts! Our stay was smooth, the apartment is exactly as in the pictures. It was very clean and well furnished. Our hosts aids us even with pain killers from when it was my girlfriend not so good, we wrote an SMS and barely half an hour later there was a knock at the door. Super! Abramo and Lorena’s attic apartment is delightful. It is well-equipped and inviting, and beautifully decorated. The bed is really comfortable, and we appreciated having kitchen and laundry facilities in the apartment. There is also an Apple Mac in the apartment for guest use. We enjoyed watching a massive thunder-and-lightning storm through the attic window! Abramo and Lorena are a lovely couple, very helpful with what to do in the local area, and the best way for us to drive to Germany, as snow disrupted our original plans. While our Italian is almost non-existent, and their English is limited, we communicated really well over email with the help of (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) Translate. Would we stay there again? Absolutely yes! Thanks Abramo and Lorena.

Serena was an ideal hostess. Our flight was canceled and rescheduled 2 days later and she bent over backwards to accommodate us by arranging with a neighbor to stay in their spare bedroom 1 of the extra nights (at no extra cost). She is very sincere and made us at home. The flat is lovely with all of the conveniences including a terrace with fragrant flowers all around. I will daydream about our stay in Como and plot our return in the meantime.

We had a fantastic, relaxing stay in this apartment. Sere & Beppe really made our first AirBnB experience really enjoyable. From giving us lifts with our luggage, to the welcome pack in the fridge, to helping with our search for someone showing the football on the tv, they really could not have been any more welcoming, helpful and patient! The apartment was spotlessly clean, looked even nicer than the photos and we enjoyed eating and drinking on the huge patio outside whilst enjoying the amazing, ever changing views. With the fresh air, blackout shutter and comfortable bed we had some excellent sleeps too! The apartment was just the perfect distance to stroll to the village in a few minutes. Even in the off season there were plenty of options in Dervio to eat out and everywhere we went everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Our only issue was that a week just wasn't enough - we would have loved to have 2 weeks there :)

Wonderful view on the lake. We enjoyed riding the bikes to the lake and to drink italian wine looking at the sunset :-). The appartment is very well equipped - from orange juice in the fridge up to washing powder. Dervio is a city where you can enjoy surfing, kiting etc or walk in the mountains. Anyway if you look for a place to go swimming, there are more eligible beaches on the west side of the lake. We enjoyed meeting Sere&Bepe!!!

My boyfriend and I stayed for one week at the apartment. It was a very nice stay and we would recommend it for couples. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed, they even had some milk, orange juice, tea, cookies and water already there for us. The apartment was clean and just like the pictures show. It is very nice that there are informations and broschures about the area and towns, restaurants, sightseeing and Dervio, so we could get very useful informations for our stay. The hosts are both very nice, helpful and solicitious with everything. The both speak very good english and were always there if we had any questions. But they also left us alone, so that we had our privacy the whole time we were there if we wanted. The apartment is within walking distance to the lake and has a beautiful view. The shower is big and the bed comfortable. We were there in April, so we needed heating, because the apartment keeps it pretty cold inside. But with heating it was no problem. For the summer the cold would be very nice. The bikes are also ok. Just to get down to the village. We enjoyed our stay very much!
