Our newly renovated holiday home with two apartments is located at 1300 m in the picturesque Walser village Schmitten in the middle of Graubünden: The world-famous ski resorts Davos, Lenzerheide and Savognin can be reached in 20 minutes each, St-Moritz can also be reached all year round by the Albula cable car in 1 hour. Schmitten is located on a sun terrace above the Landwasser viaduct, the landmark of the Rhaetian Railway, in the "Park Ela", Switzerland's largest natural park with unlimited leisure opportunities.

Heaven on earth in (sport) mountain paradise Davos

(Für Deutsch: please scroll) Rustic, quietly located house where you hear the sound of rippling water, from the Chummerbach and from a small source next to the house. Beautiful view of the mountain peaks, meadows, pine trees and larchs. From the house you can make wonderful walks to the Maienfelderfurga, Schwifurga, Bärenalm, Stafelalp and Wiesen. Alpine skiing and mountain biking is also fantastic here. The house is located opposite the Rinerhorn, you can easily walk or drive to the ski lift .

Small but nice! Centrally located, but absolutely quiet. The studio has been newly created and set up. The room is bright, with a beautiful view of Brämabüel and Jakobshorn. The comfortable sofa bed can be opened and closed with a handle, so that a comfortable and cozy living room is available. Coffee maker and kettle are available in addition to a stove with oven. Microwave and freezer in separate room. The garden can also be used.

Very well equipped apartment (32m2) on the top 4th floor with kitchen, two folding beds, dishwasher, nespresso coffee machine etc. The house is equipped with an elevator. Nice studio for 1-2 persons in a very quiet location in the center of Davos. 2 min. from the congress and cross-country skiing centre. 1 minute to the nearest bus stop (Hertistrasse).
