Sophie is a very friendly hospitable woman. You may use the kitchen, there is no breakfast but supermarket / bakery in the area. You share the bathroom with other closets, all sleep in Sophie's house. That's why the door is always open. The house is on the road to the beach so you walk to the beach, you are also in porticcio, ajaccio and at the airport.

ideal, despite a late arrival at the airport (0100), Geoffrey picked us up and helped us. The apartment and its large terrace perfect for outdoor living, has stunning views of Ajaccio Bay. Porticcio and its magnificent beaches, ask Geoffrey who will be happy to assist you. This makes us discover his family, water activities, Geoffrey again, for advice. This stay will remain a great memory for large and small, and Corsica will always beauty of the island.

Charming welcome and airport to be guided up to the apartment. A plate of local produce was welcoming us. The time taken to answer our questions and our expectations, and with a smile.

There were four (2Erwachsene and 2 boys) for almost 2 weeks in the apartment. Geoffrey is very personable, made us feel nice and immediately cared if we had any questions or requests. The apartment and especially the super terrace exactly match the description and photos. Everything was very clean. On the terrace there is one, especially after bathing very useful water connection with hose and shower (cold). For swimming and snorkeling we have mostly chosen the nearest small beach, as it was not so crowded there. The road is short but continues along a busy road. A little further away there is a huge but very busy beach. We can recommend the hotel without reservation. We are a family of 4 (parents with two children) and stayed for almost two weeks in the holiday apartment. Geoffrey is very nice. After a warm welcome he Showed us around and answered all the questions we had. He therefore recommended what to see and do in this area of Corsica. The apartment is Exactly the way it is Described in the advertisement. It was tidy and clean. The terrace is great. There is so much space and you can choose where to sit, in the sun, in the shadow. The view is awesome, love especially by sundown. The additional outside shower is very useful to get rid of the sand from the beach. The way to he nearest beach is short, about 5 minutes walk. You have to cross a very busy street to get there. This bay is ideal for snorkeling. We recommend shoes to protect from sea urchins yourselfes. There is another beach in about one kilometer distance. That one is big, sandy, nice but so very crowded. We enjoyed staying on Corsica and we can warmly recommend this apartment.

We stayed three days in Geoffrey's apartment. The setting and the terrace make it an ideal little corner of paradise to enjoy a dinner at sunset. Everything is very functional, clean and fresh it's nice. Geoffrey is an extremely helpful host, smiling and good advice. We are delighted to have met him and next time we hope!

I highly recommend this accommodation very clean and functional for 4. In a holiday residence with swimming pool, small convenience store and bar, boules court and mini golf. Magical setting and beach of cupabia (photo site), beautiful. The area is very beautiful, wild and preserved. Ajaccio in 50mn and Propriano in 25mn in car. The apartment is nice, clean and photographs correspond to reality. But, coming home you have to descalzar, you can not put the suitcases rolling on the ground to not annoy the ground. It explains the bathrooms, but tells you that you have to dry the walls and faucets, clean water, teaches you cleaning products ..., to walk carefully in the kitchen, seal the fridge ... it makes you feel uncomfortable. Then you sleep in your room it will surely be, as in the closet is your clothes and sleeping right in the next room.

Martine and her husband were an extraordinary welcoming couple. The room and the flat were very clean and cosy. We gladly come back soon again.

We really recommedant this places for staying. We both felt us like home and safe. The welcoming was really lovely and open. Martine is a nice and sympatic host.

Martine's appartment is in a nice old building, with seaview! Martine is very kind and gave us information about the surroundings. The room is perfect and big, a little warm at night but it has a window. We were conversating in french, or at least we tried to do so :). The sea is just around the corner. There is also a shop, bakery and such nearby. You can easily walk to the centre of Ajaccio, and the airport is 40 minutes away if you take the bus. We had a great time at Martine's!

This was so far the best accommodation I ever stayed with airbnb. It is a wonderful, very clean and modern little villa. The hosts are absolutely lovely and helpful. They even drove around to search for us when we got lost. Their hospitality is superb. If we ever go back to Ajaccio we will definitely stay with Rachida again.

A little away from Ajaccio, fortunately Rachida took the lead in contacting us directly. Otherwise, all new and very nice accommodation. Full of little touches for the tenant. The welcome is warm. Over time, this accommodation will only get better in terms of equipment.

It is one of the best properties I have ever stayed in. Nicely located in a picturesque and serene location, the house looked way better than pictures. Our Host Rashida had taken care of everything for our stay. She and her husband ensured we feel welcome in Corsica and also helped us etch out our travel plan. I will stay there again on my next visit.

Rachida is a very welcoming host. The house it offers is of high quality. Very spacious, clean, which offers a beautiful terrace with a view of the mountains. Beautifully decorated, fully equipped and with a parking lot inside the garden. Near Porticcio and Ajaccio. I recommend it.

A beatiful and new appartement with a lot of comfort. Rachida was so friendly that she guided us to het appartement.

The apartment is modern and spacious. I feel needs curtains or blinds. Couldnt find any spoons other than tea spoons. No kettle but used a saucepan. It is very near an industrial area but it is 5 minutes by car to airport. Our taxi cost €20. Sofia was very helpful with helping us licate the apartment.

We had a short but nice stay at Sofia and Jean Francois' apartment. Thank you for being helpful with instructions and flexible on our arrival time. It is super clean and feels very much like a business apartment. The balcony would be a great place to enjoy a drink and some sun on a warmer day :) We were happy we had a car to go into Ajaccio center for dinner, and free parking on the property was great. It's s short ten minute drive to the airport which was fantastic for us to catch very early flights. I would suggest buying food to make at the apartment for meals given there a nice and well equipped kitchen, and a balcony to sit on. There are not any restaurants as far as we could tell in walking distance so you will need to drive into the center if you are going out for meals. All in all we had a nice and cozy stay at the apartment. Thanks Sofia and Jean-Francois for having us on our last night in Corsica :D

Very nice house. You will need a car though. Propriano is few minutes drive. You will enjoy the pool, but if you prefer beach then there are many options nearby.

Juste une route à traverser pour accéder à la plage, bien situé par rapport aux commerces et proche d'Ajaccio ! Couchers de soleil sur les îles sanguinaires visibles tous les soirs !La petite terrasse est très appréciable le matin pour déjeuner mais également le soir ! Nous avons apprécié aussi la climatisation ! Un Aménagement plus moderne du studio serait un plus ainsi qu'une douche plus spacieuse.

J'ai eu un très bon contact avec M. PILLET à la location. Je le remercie d'avoir bien voulu nous louer son logement du mardi au mardi car il est le seul propriétaire a avoir répondu "oui" pour nous permettre quand même de partir quelques jours en Corse. Il nous a donnés les informations nécessaires pour une bonne prise en charge à l'arrivée par "les agents de la conciergerie". Son logement est fonctionnel, la petite terrasse agréable pour le petit-déjeuner où règne le calme. Nous remercions également Alexa pour son accueil avec toutes les infos pour les visites des différents sites de l'île de beauté en fonction de notre court séjour. Merci aussi à Victoria pour l'intérêt qu'elle porte aux locataires, c'est une jeune femme pleine d'enthousiasme qui ne compte pas ses heures pour rendre service, elle aime son métier, on lui souhaite une belle réussite professionnelle, on apprécie beaucoup de rencontrer des jeunes qui se donne à corps perdu pour leur jeune société. Pour résumer : UN GRAND MERCI A TOUS LES 3 pour nous avoir permis d'apprécier les beaux paysages de la CORSE.

Avons passé un superbe séjour ! L'appartement est fonctionel et idéalement situé (à 30m de la plage avec une terrasse côté jardin calme et ombragée, petits commerces à proximité et accès rapide à Porticio et ses activités). Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Victoira, la Consierge, qui a su nous conseiller et nous informer sur les différentes sorties et activités possibles. Nous recommandons cet appartement!

L'appartement est bien situé à proximité de la belle plage d'Agosta, et proche de petits commerces sympas. C'est un petit appartement mais avec une grande terrasse qui est appréciable. Bien équipé avec machine à laver et climatisation. Nous avons été bien accueilli par la Concierge qui nous a donné des informations sur les différentes activités aux alentours. Petit bémol manque de propreté des lieux à notre arrivée.

Ce studio est bien situé, près de commerces de proximité. Il est confortable et très bien équipé. Les plages sont accessibles à pied et offrent de nombreuses activités : baignade, jet ski, plongée avec ou sans bouteilles, parachute ascensionnel, ...

L'appartamento è molto piccolo. Vi abbiamo soggiornato con le nostre figlie di 11 e 14 anni. C'era poco spazio per le valigie e per muoversi in generale. La pulizia della terrazza e dei mobili del giardino non era stata fatta, così come era sporco il Valter del bagno. L'appartamento affaccia su un piccolo giardino comune con odori molto spiacevoli durante tutto l'arco della giornata e poco fruibile in quanto sempre inondato dal sole, se non per la cena. Non c'è traccia della vista mare. Di sicuro l'appartamento è molto tranquillo, Vista la strada a grande traffico lì davanti, attrezzato con aria condizionata. ottima la posizione per raggiungere Ajaccio, il centro di Poeticcio, ottima la posizione per raggiungere Ajaccio, il centro di Porticcio e le spiagge più belle.
