The apartment is equipped with all amenities and is located in a quiet neighborhood in Minervino di Lecce, surrounded by olive groves, from which in 10/15 minutes you can easily reach the beautiful city of Otranto and shirts, not to mention the entire east coast of Salento. Francis, his brother and their parents were very kind and helpful for information on places to visit and the local / restaurants to eat good fish. If you are visiting the eastern area of Salento and have a nice apartment, clean and equipped with everything (including air conditioning, which is essential) this is the choice junta.

Francesco and his family are great hosts, warm, flexible and ready to support. The location is strategic: in a little village in the center of Salento (so is called this part of the region), very close to the most beautiful beaches and more touristic spots (like Otranto, Castro, Torre dell'Orso, Lecce, Gallipoli,...). The apartment offers all the comfort you need during your holidays, including a good WiFi connection. Very clean and quite! We will get beck there soon!

Sergio, il padre di Federica, si è dimostrato subito molto disponibile offrendosi di custodirci i bagagli nonostante l'ora del nostro arrivo a Minervino ( ore 6.30 del mattino) per consentirci di andare al mare. Gentilissimo ci ha accompagnato nel centro del paese e al market per renderci autonomi rimanedo sempre a disposizione per consigli su ristoranti, spiaggie etc. L'appartamento invece risulta più spazioso di quello che appare nelle foto e si trova veramente in un punto strategico per visitare in lungo e in largo il salento e per raggiungere le tappe della notte della taranta. Consigliato.

We are absolutely delighted with our stay in Minervino. The house, spacious and with a nice terrace, is located in a prime location, which allowed us to easily reach the main beaches of Salento. The Pierpaolo family also received us with great kindness and helpfulness! Recommended!

We were in Salento for the first time and decided to stay in the house Pierpaolo relying on the excellent reviews. The house is a very good accommodation especially for two couples, with two bathrooms, two bedrooms and a kitchen, a balcony and a large entrance. Staying here you breathe the real Salento style. Convenient location to reach the main destinations of Salento. It is very easy to park (in front of the door of the house pretty much). What we found was unprecedented hospitality. The Pierpaolo parents welcomed us with warmth and courtesy from the moment we arrived, until his departure, helping us even at a time of extreme difficulty because we had problems with the car the August weekend where everything was closed. They welcomed us into their home with love to spend pleasant moments with friends to chat and illustrate the various things to visit, facilitandoci with great advice. Thanks to Pierpaolo that even though we have not had the pleasure of meeting in person, before leaving for the Salento has provided us with valuable tips on restaurants we tried and they recommend it to others. The house is just as pictured. It is very clean, cozy and quiet. It is a few km from various points of interest, both for a holiday spent at sea, which does not.

We didn't meet Sarah but we received the keys and all the information by his uncle Francesco. The apartment is lovely, completely brand new, confortable and useful. There also was a terrace with table and seats and all the necessary to enjoy a dinner or just taking the sun. I personally appreciate the washing machine as I had to wash some stuffs. Just lovely!

The Cristina apartment is great, with everything clean and comfortable. A short walk from Otranto and the sea. Cristina also has a special woman, it is worth to stay uggiano just to meet her. I hope to come back soon!

I stayed three nights in this cozy studio located in the hinterland of Salento, a few kilometers from Otranto. Excellent value for money. I was greeted warmly upon my arrival by a nice lady, mistress of the apartment, who lived downstairs. The studio is located in a family cottage, in a very quiet, slightly out of hand at a hundred meters outside the village of Minervino. Easily accessible thanks to the information received by the landlord. Equipped with all the comforts (mosquito nets, air conditioning, washing machine), I think it is the ideal place for a stay polungato, of one to two weeks. Independent access (I was given the key to the beginning of your stay); a merit particular for cleaning the apartment, impeccable! Furniture and bathroom furniture of high quality and in very good condition. I can only recommend this place for all those who intend to stay, even for prolonged periods, the wonderful Salento!

La famiglia di Francesco era molto accogliente e disponibile. L'appartamento è molto pulito e tranquillo.

Ho passato 14 giorni molto piacevoli presso la struttura. Lo studio è nuovo e moderno, la descrizione con i fatti. La posizione è molto tranquilla, ma può essere di notte abbaiare i cani nel quartiere, e si sente il frigorifero canticchiando di tanto in tanto. Chi se ne frega, tappi per le orecchie dovrebbero averlo. La connessione internet non è sempre stabile. Il luogo è adatto per esplorare la Puglia, uno è però dipendente da una macchina. Uno è veloce sulla superstrada per Lecce. Nel villaggio c'è tra cui un piccolo supermercato e un bancomat. La famiglia di Francesco è stato molto gentile. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è molto buono. Mi sono sentito molto bene e lo consiglio lo Studio!

Ottima ospitalità ricevuta dai padroni di casa. Monolocale molto spazioso e luminoso. Tutto nuovo e molto pulito.
