Come with me on a intimate tour with a nice mix of history, architecture, fun anecdotes, a few jokes and really, really, tasty food (Not the mainstream, cliché, touristy food!). We'll start at the Plaza Mayor and then make our way through the old village, stopping at a local market to enjoy some entrees and drinks. Then continue our historical journey through the most ancient and interesting parts of the old town, to finally end before the majestic Royal Palace. After putting aside the history we’ll finish the tour at a really classic local restaurant where you'll get to taste different, mouth-watering food and local drinks. Of course, aside from the food goodies, we will get an opportunity to chill, know each other better and share some laughs. Come and see Madrid through my eyes, I want to make you feel as if you're walking through the city with a bunch of friends but one of them happens to know a lot about it and is more than willing to share the knowledge with you! We'll learn how to make a special brava sauce, and the potato tortilla, which you can't miss at a tapas table and it's great with the brava sauce. To complete we will taste some artisan cheeses from Madrid. Drinks are included, beer, wine or soft drinks, water during the cooking workshop and during the tasting. It is an ideal workshop for all kinds of public, because in our school we do many courses and we know how to adapt to their interests and tastes.
