Alloggio pratico e pulito, abbiamo trascorso solo una notte ma siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e premura

Io e il mio ragazzo siamo stati accolti molto bene da Betsy e suo marito. Sia la camera che l'appartamento erano fedeli alle fotografie. Consiglio assolutamente questa sistemazione, anche per la posizione, vicinissimo a tutte le meravigliose spiagge della costa del conero!!

L'appartamento è nel centro di Castelfidardo, ottimo come posizione sia se si vuole restare nell'entroterra, che se ci si vuole spostare al mare. Pulito, ordinato e con una ricca colazione compresa. Consigliatissimo!

L'appartamento è spazioso e funzionale, anche se sono presenti molti oggetti personali soprattutto in bagno e in cucina, ambienti di cui si potrebbe migliorare, secondo noi, la pulizia. Si trova nel centro storico e non ha un posteggio privato, pertanto bisogna parcheggiare nei posti pubblici vicini e portare i bagagli a mano fino all'appartamento (saranno circa 150 metri). Gli host sono stati molto disponibili rispetto all'orario del check-in e accoglienti, lasciandoci anche la colazione.

Estrema disponibilità e gentilezza. Oltre alla gestione della casa, si sono dimostrati estremamente carini andando oltre al dovuto: ci siamo dimenticati il peluche del piccolo e Giancarlo si è dimostrato estremamente proattivo per la restituzione. Numeri 1 !

Anna Maria ci ha accolti con gentilezza e calore nella sua casa, che si trova nel centro storico di Castelfidardo. La casa è pulita e accogliente. Anna Maria è stata molto disponibile e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni per il nostro soggiorno. A due passi ci sono molti parcheggi gratuiti dove lasciare l'auto. Consigliato!!

We had a very nice time here. The other guest from finland and the dutch girls where really great. It's nice to have a swimmingpool in front of the house ;-). In june the weather was really nice and hot.

Paola was more than a great host! She stayed in close contact via (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) and welcomes us when we arrived. The appartment was great. Is was pretty hot during our stay (35 degrees celsius) but the house with airco stayed cool and we loved the pool. We almost couldn't convince our boys (9 and 11 yo) to leave the place to visit the beautiful neighbourhood or the beach. We made use of the bbq and the fresh vegetables from the garden, very tasty tomatoes, onions, herbs etc. Paola made a lot of suggestions for daytrips. We visited several beaches, lovely Sirolo, Loreto, San Marino, Frassassi caves, Ascoli Piceno, Urbino and several other places. We really had a great time!

We spent a memorable week. The apartment although small is equipped to the nines and nice and the whole property with the pool allowed us to spend hours relaxing and fun. Having socialized with the guests of the other two apartments of the structure we have even used the bbq and practiced English! The parents of Paola were delicious and we found all sorts of practical and tourist information about the area.

Paola and her team were incredibly helpful and wonderful throughout the whole duration of our time there. The place is absolutely perfect, was immaculate when we arrived and had everything we could want. The location is perfect but I would recommend having a car to see everything the area has to offer. The folder in the house has some wonderful suggestions on things to do, and I highly recommend using it or asking Paola if you need any help as she is wonderfully helpful. We were highly impressed with our stay and would recommend it. We would also really recommend Marco's Way tours, which Paola suggested. The tour and Marco's company was easily the highlights of our trip.

We spent one week at Paola’s enchanting farmhouse in Marche and it was wonderful. The apartment/house looks as shown in the pictures: modern and new. Everything was very clean and it is really well equipped. Our terrace and the pool were great for relaxing and sunbathing. Paola is a wonderful host who helped us with everything from booking tables in restaurants to suggesting wine-tastings and interesting spots of the area. She even let us pick herbs and vegetables from her garden. She’s very friendly and reliable. The Marche do have a lot to offer indeed. There are beautiful villages to explore (e.g. Castelfidardo, Sirolo, Numana, Osimo), great restaurants and a beautiful coastline with very clear water which makes a boat tour a must! We also drove through the stunning Monte Sibilini on our way to Marche. Worthwhile! There would have been more to explore (Urbino, Fermo etc.) but unfortunately we only had one week. We will definitely come back and can recommend Paola’s apartments. We felt like at home.

The hospitality of Paola was excellent, not only for his kindness and availability, but also for its great organization that helps tourists throughout the stay in the house we found a wallet containing a wealth of information in the area brochure and updated on the events of the month in locations near Castelfidardo. Everything turned out in line with expectations, no disappointment indeed only positive surprises.

We spent 10 days in this wonderfully decorated and very well located accommodation. The owner are very professional and nice, the property very well managed and at short distance from the sea, from lots of beautiful villages all around where to spent a couple of hours visiting or simply just going out for lunch or dinner...Le Marche is a very complete destination for holidays,from beach to cultural to gastronomic points of you, still very genuine and affordable.

We loved staying at Paola's beautiful farmhouse in Castelfidardo, it had everything we needed to feel pampered and luxurious. We were celebrating our 25th anniversary and were greeted with a lovely anniversary card and a bottle of Champagne. We were met by Paola's mom Maria who was a sweetheart and was available anytime we had concerns. The home was exactly as the pictures showed, the pool was lovely. The home itself was well equiped and we loved the privacy of the upper terraces. The view across the country side was breathtaking, at night there were fireflies and I took beautiful pictures of the sunrise in the morning with the roosters crowing in the background. We spent our 6 night stay visiting all the blue flag beaches we could along the Conero Riviera. Our favorites were Porto Recanti (a smooth pebbled beach) and Porto Potenza (a white sand beach). We would rent two loungers and an umbrella for the day for 10 to 15 Euro's a day and at night we would go into Sirolo or Osimo for dinner, or we would make use of Paola's amazing kitchen and buy groceries and wine to make a meal to eat on the deck as the sun went down. Paola is an amazing host with incredible communication, she always responded immediately when we had concerns or questions. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone I know that wants to visit the Marche region.

The apartment is also in reality as beautiful as it looks in the photos (practically new, very clean, modern decor, two large roof terraces, and the pool is great as well ...). Paola's parents welcomed us very friendly (as Paola was not in Italy at the time). We have felt very comfortable here. A car is highly recommended, because the nearest supermarket is a few kilometers miles and there are in the Marche region, too much to discover (Info material there are some in the apartment). Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment, beautiful terrain, quite windy, located on a very busy road (no walking possible, use the car for everything). Paolo's mother welcomed us and showed us around. She is very friendly and helpful. Aparment was good. Swimming pool was nice. Close to a lot of beaches.

Source of the Olive and 'really a small place of peace and beauty. The house and 'entirely new, tastefully decorated, well equipped and painstakingly. From the terrace of the house there is a wonderful view of basil that does see the sea. Paola and her mother are always reachable and if necessary present. Excellent location also for those with children of all ages, just open the door because they are free in nature but always in view. A few kilometers from the first village and beaches. We had a great time.

This was my first experience airbnb and was completely positive. I thought it was just a way for the host to make money, instead of with Antonio priority was given to the meeting and exchange, something really precious to me. Antonio welcomed me and my friend in a very short warning times, with considerable availability. It gave us confidence immediately (thank you !!) and practically handed the house keys in hand, with the ability to use it in full. If you have a car the place is convenient to get to the Conero quickly.

Antonio is a kind and helpful person x everything. Highly recommended. His apartment is about half an hour from all points of interest .. so it is recommended to have the car. There is a chance to park and the area is quiet. You feel at home!

I was a guest of Antonio with my girlfriend. We have not met Antonio directly as it was off for the holidays but was very welcoming phone is its companion Monia just as good to replace it physically! Thank Monia and Antonio.

Antonio was very kind and very discreet. The house is very modern, neat and clean; the room and bathroom at our disposal are spacious and well furnished. On arrival Antonio had already prepared everything, and after having welcomed us, gave us the apartment at our disposal. Great apartment, great location, gentle owners.

Two week stay in July. Spacious, enough for 5 of us. Very nice view of the sea and the basilica. The beach is within 5 km. The best: the terrace.

The apartment was great, it was clean and spacious, and the best was the two large terraces with an astonishing view of the city! It is very close to the centre, but still very quiet at night.

The property is very central and has beautiful views over the town from the balconies. It's just a short drive to the beach and other beautiful beach towns like Numana. There's an amazing restaurant just down the road from the property which is definitely worth a visit for whoever stays here, it's called Caffe Carducci Locanda del Viale, everything on the menu was amazing!!

Sergio's apartment in Loreto is a real gem! It a beautiful penthouse with fantastic views from the big terrace's - we really enjoyed sitting outside and watching the city and the glimmering sea. The apartment itself is spacious, clean and well furnished. We had a small issue with the gas system when arriving, but Sergio took care of that well. I definitely recommend Segrio's place!

Hanna and her mother Donatella were very friendly, helpful and welcoming ... the apartment is clean, maintained and equipped with every comfort and ideally located for visiting the nearby Sanctuary of Loreto is to go to the beach or in the surrounding area. In the neighborhood you can find restaurants, supermarkets and other conveniences. The panoramic view from the balcony is breathtaking !!! Absolutely recommended.

House situated in a great location for visiting Loreto, easily accessible from the highway. Recanati and the sea are just minutes away by car. The house is brand new, very clean and nicely decorated. The apartment is also equipped with all the accessories needed during the stay. Highly recommended, I hope to return !!

The apartment is tastefully decorated and exceptionally comfortable way: compared to other accommodations from more spartan character, what is striking about this AirBnb is its taste of home, from large sofa to rest after walks to the beautiful Loreto kitchen full of accessories. The house is ideal for those who want to visit the city and the neighboring ones - Recanati, Osimo, Castelfidardo, Potenza Picena - or, in summer, down in the car to the seaside resorts along the coast. E 'with a parking area and is about a 5-10 minute walk from the city center: the Basilica of the Holy House with the sea is one of the two luminous faces of the house, while the other pours the Marche hills. The stay was short but very pleasant and if I go back in the Loreto would not hesitate to choose it again. A greeting! Giorgio

Everything perfect: disponibilissima host, apartment clean, spacious, well furnished close to the center of Loreto. It seems silly but the idea of hospitality: we had croissants, coffee and breakfast for the days of the reservation. I highly recommend it to those who need a good footing to visit the Marche or just stay in Loreto!

The house is really beautiful, exactly as in the photo. Beautiful views on the shrine and across the valley, is also very bright. The only flaw is the lack of an elevator, so beware if you have heavy suitcases, you consider that the top floor. The host, Donatella is very nice and helpful. Parking on site with no problems. Also convenient to go to sea in that area, it is located within a 10 minute drive from P. Recanati, near the highway. We will definitely return. THANK YOU!

I went to this pretty apartment for a weekend on the Conero Riviera. Very cute and colorful. Convenient to reach the sea. I also recommend a visit to the town of Osimo.

The stay in this modern beautiful apartment in the center of Osimo feature was very nice, with all the comforts. The courtyard is really a highly recommended place even in winter, for those who want to carve out a break in a quiet place and close to the sea.

The place was perfect!! Really warm during a really cold period in Osimo. Amazing bathroom, really comfortable real bed. Everything was very clean and brand new. It's a pleasure to cook in the kitchen that has all the necessities and even more. Everything that I asked for. It was also very nice that I was picked up from Ancona station and brought to the apartment. The apartment is just a few minutes walk from the centre of Osimo and since it's a small town everything it's within a very short walking distance. The neighbourhood was very quite and safe. A brand new and beautiful apartment, great location if you want to spend a holiday in the Conero, in approximately 20 minutes. The Mr Mihalis was very kind and immediately in requests / responses. The Mr Sergio who greeted us upon our arrival is a wonderful person, met us on arrival in Osimo, gave us valuable information on traffic / parking in Osimo and how to reach the beaches of the Conero, also it suggested some delicious restaurants where you can taste the typical Marche cuisine. We will definitely return in the future.

The apartment is very nice, recently renovated, cared for in details and comfortable, even more than I expected. The location in the historic center of Osimo is really beautiful, plus there is a nice inner courtyard and a handy laundry. There are no air conditioners but I have not heard of the lack of air circulation in the house!

Upon our arrival the host was not home but left us all the information needed to start our stay quietly. The description is fairly accurate and the tavern is located in a quiet residence at 5 minutes from the sea.

Highly recommended destination. Nice, quiet, beautiful scenery, good food and plenty to discover. The house is very well located near all there to visit. Clean, cozy, simply decorated tastefully and with everything you need to stay. It is this very cool indoors so that in summer is ideal to reach the sea and the sun. Paola very attentive to everything you might need. Is always available for whatever you need and gives you the best recommendations to enjoy the place, from getting to the most beautiful sites, which are the best times to go, where to eat well with good value for money and always with the utmost cordiality and respect. I advise you to ignore your advice. In addition to reaching the house you have a wide range of brochures with all the information and maps of the site so you can locate. You can get without having read anything quietly, with indications of Paola and all the material you have enough leaves to know the area well. We were very well. Surely we repeat !!!! Ah! And do not forget the garden where you can sunbathe, read and relax to lie quietly. Ah! That's right! Take a good mosquito repellent, because there are very large!

Paola è stata gentilissima per tutto il periodo che siamo rimasti. Il mio ragazzo e io abbiamo apprezzato molto il tour iniziale che ci ha fatto fare in auto, permettendoci di conoscere il circondario e utili parcheggi gratis in Sirolo. La "taverna relax" è spaziosa e accogliente, anche se essendo interrata rimane un pochino buia, specie nel soggiorno. La camera, invece, è più illuminata e arredata in modo molto personale. È veramente grande e comoda. Il piccolo giardino è fornito di tavolo e stendipanni. Noi ci siamo armati di tre zampironi, messi una mezz'oretta prima di sederci a tavola, e non abbiamo avuto problemi di zanzare! Inoltre, per chi sia amante dei gatti, ne girano diversi lì intorno, tutti dolcissimi :) Se volete passare qualche giorno al Conero, questa soluzione offre un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo!

Paola è stata gentile e disponibile abbiamo trascorso una bella (URL HIDDEN) taverna era esattamente come descritta, perfetta per la nostra vacanza in due adulti con un bimbo di 3 anni. È risultata molto fresca nonostante la calda estate, è bastato accendere i ventilatori a soffitto nei giorni più caldi, volendo c'era pure il condizionatore. In posizione collinare un po fuori dal centro di Numana in zona tranquilla, ma comunque comoda per raggiungere le spiagge più belle del Conero

Paola è stata un'host fantastica! molto elastica per il check-in e gentilissima nel darci le varie indicazioni che le abbiamo chiesto. La casa è effettivamente molto buia, ma rifornita di tutto: dalle tisane agli asciugamani, dai condimenti a shampoo e balsamo!!!

Paola przywitał nas serdecznie! Ona geszeigt z komunikatami głosowymi i wideo dla nas sposób - czy w dniu przyjazdu lub najlepszych opcji i kosztów, aby dostać się do plaży. Super słodka i uprzejmy - zawsze dostępny! Dała nam cennych wskazówek restauracja (mamy dwa doskonały obiad w jedną noc). Dla naszych chłopaków wysiadł na książki dla dzieci z ilustracjami. Wszystko zostało zakupione nowe i dobrze wyposażone! Bardzo uprzejmy! W ogrodzie jest zielona oaza, z którego mogliśmy wziąć sałatkę i przyprawy do gotowania. Niestety dla nas „piwnicy” nie miejsce na relaks. Jeśli ktoś nie brakuje nieobecnego światło dzienne, jest zdecydowanie zalecane opiekuńczy charakter Paola.

Don't be put off by thinking that Osimo is difficult to get to or that there is nothing to do once you are there. The journey is relatively pain-free and, once you are there, it is a great town. Very beautiful with some wonderful views. Stefania, the host, is so kind and concerned that you enjoy yourself. Right from the moment we booked the room she was in touch and made me feel very welcome. A few days later I was sent a comprehensive list of restaurants, shops and bars that were worth visiting. There is something for everyone on Osimo. I had sent the pictures of the apartment on the Airbnb website and thought the place looked pretty great. When I arrived though, it was even better than I expected. The whole place just speaks of quality and tranquility. It is minimal yet homely, spacious yet cozy and formal yet very relaxing. The apartment has high ceilings which makes it feel even more spacious than it is, beautiful exposed brick walls and very modern lighting. In fact the whole place has the latest in gadgetry so I didn't miss any of my home comforts. The kitchen has every conceivable piece of equipment you might need (I didn't bother cooking but I could have made anything there) The apartment is well located right in the centre of Osimo old-town and just below is a wonderful coffee shop and an excellent pizzeria. I highly recommend a visit to Osimo and a few nights in Stefania's home. My only regret? I only booked for three nights - I think five would be better

Great stay

Very good welcome from Siria and her husband. The weather was bad on arrival, they gave us advice on how to visit the area And we were not disappointed (especially as the next day the sun was back in the game). The accommodation is ideal for a stay in the summer because located 5 mins walk from the beach and shops.

I stayed 2 nights with my husband and a high torque of friends. We had a great time and the hospitality of Syria is spectacular. Helpful and polite, just a nice person. The house is perfect nothing is missing including parking. I can only adviser this accommodation. We will be back as soon as possible. Thank Syria

The Syrian apartment is really lovely, we spent a weekend and we loved it. It is very close to the beach, in 5 minutes you get to walk comfortably and is only 10 minutes from the famous beaches of Sirolo. Nearby also it has a restaurant, a supermarket and a pastry shop, really an excellent location

Syria has been very kind and helpful. The house is located about ten minutes walk from the beach and Marcelli is also quite convenient to visit all the area of Conero drive. The accommodation was clean upon our arrival and I find that it can be perfect for a longer stay (we were only two days), being "equipped" and furnished in a more than complete: you feel at home.

L'alloggio è molto pulito e funzionale con arredi in ottimo stato e funzionali. E' vicino ad un supermercato e ad un parco giochi. E' una buona sistemazione per fare escursioni al mare e visitare anche l'entroterra che offre bellissimi luoghi da scoprire e visitare.

Sono stato presso la casa di Tito durante le vacanze estive (agosto) con amici e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo! La casa si trova in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla e si gode di una bellissima vista sulle colline marchigiane. E' dotata di elettrodomestici in perfetto stato funzionale, di quanto serve per un soggiorno davvero confortevole e anche di tutto l'occorrente per svolgere la pulizia finale. Nelle immediate vicinanze, raggiungibili anche a piedi, si trovano un supermercato, un bar e una caffetteria/panetteria. L'host è una persona molto accogliente, molto precisa che non lascia nulla al caso ed è estremamente disponibile. Con l'auto si raggiunge in 15 min il mare e in 10 minuti Loreto.

Si tratta di abitazione in centro storico, tenuta bene ma penalizzata proprio dalla sua posizione. Non è adatta per persone che amano il silenzio

L'appartamento è molto spazioso, la casa è arredata con gusto con mobili di legno, la cucina è ben fornita ed è presente anche la lavastoviglie. La posizione è ottimale e centrale, ma il luogo rimane comunque silenzioso durante la notte. Per raggiungere l'appartamento inoltre è comodo arrivare in macchina nella piazza alla sua destra per scaricare le valigie, mentre un parcheggio custodito di trova a pochi minuti a piedi. La posizione è perfetta da utilizzare come base sia per visitare i dintorni sia per raggiungere il mare che per l'entroterra. Marilena è davvero disponibile e cordiale, in definitiva l'appartamento è fortemente consigliato.

A very nice, clean and neat apartment with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The location in the small town of Osimo is very nice and quiet. In the surrounding area within walking distance, there is a bakery, a grocery store, restaurants and a small town center with some small boutiques. The beach and other attractions can be reached by car in about 20 minutes. The house also has a garage, the entrance is however very narrow. Otherwise, there is absolutely nothing to complain about. Beautiful apartment .... Definitely recommend.

Fantastic location in the heart of Osimo. Close the beaches of the Riviera del Conero and the various hilltop cities of the Marche. Sergio was a great host and went out of his way to pick me up from the train station.

L'appartamento è in una posizione centrale ed è anche vicino al punto in cui arriva l'impianto di risalita del maxiparcheggio di Osimo. La casa è carina e confortevole. Stefania e Marika sono state molto gentili e disponibili.

Bellissimo appartamento nel cuore della città. Mi sono trovato molto bene, consiglio vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque dovesse venire ad Osimo.

L'appartamento è davvero centrale, pulito e in ordine. Abbiamo trovato tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno, e Stefania e Marika sono state gentilissime!

Casa molto carina...pulita, confortevole e ordinata, a 10 min (a piedi) dal lungomare di Marcelli. Consigliatissima...

Gianluca è stato gentilissimo e cortese. Ci ha aspettati oltre l'orario di check in previsto perchè eravamo impossibilitati ad arrivare prima. Aveva già organizzato per noi i riferimenti e le cose da vedere.. ciò è stato per noi molto utile! Casa carina, tranquilla e molto pulita! Consigliata vivamente! Con una stradina e 12 minuti di cammino si arriva tranquillamente al mare senza spostare l' auto... veramente bello..

Ciò che più mi è piaciuto soprattutto è stata la pace durante il giorno e il canto dei grilli la notte. Lo spazio esterno è ben curato e ottimo per mangiare all'aperto. La distanza da tutte le più belle spiagge è minima, 10 minuti in macchina o 10 minuti a piedi se si vuole raggiungere la spiaggia di Marcelli. L'ospitalità impeccabile.

It was a great pleasure to stay at the Casa delle Prugne. Even if it is located close enough to Osimo center to reach attraction, bar + shops In few minutes by foot it is so quiet that you feel like staying in a rural area. We felt very comfortable and our hosts were always taking care that we were enjoying our stay. Thanks to all of you for your hospitality and affection.

Virginia, Vittoria and especially Viviana made our holiday truly special: they are great hosts! The apartment is large, clean and well equipped. It is just 10 minutes walk from the center of Osimo and 20/25 minutes by car from the sea.

I recommend staying at the Plum House, comfortable and spacious, with a beautiful garden overlooking the typical landscape of the region. The reception was very positive too, so it could not have been more time left.

Siamo stati gentilmente e perfettamente accolti dalla nostra ospite. L' appartamento e spazioso, pulito e molto confortevole, il giardino ha una bellissima vista. Ci si sente e si respira l' aria di campagna e nello stesso tempo si e' vicinissimi alle mura del centro.

We stayed for 5 days in a wonderful holiday home with stunning sea views. The house is superbly furnished, very tastefully decorated and it's all there, what you need. Our hosts welcomed us exceptionally nice and even escorted us to the supermarket! Thank you very, very much, the Benedetta has entrusted us with their wonderful house. Thank you, thank you, grace !!!!!

We have rented the house for ten years, but never have I been so welcomed that of Benedetta. She showed the house in detail, told us about buses, restaurants, swimming pool in the neighborhood, etc. The refrigerator was full of necessities and she had even baked cookies and mini pizzas to us as a small gift. Benedetta left nothing to chance and we did not contact her for a single question throughout the week. The house boasts an unbeatable location with a lovely terrace which has sweeping views of the sea, close to Numana and Sirolo makes you come to town in about ten minutes at any time of the day. No problem to stay five people when there is plenty of room for everyone. There was always parks nearby when we lived with Benedetta.

We enjoyed very much our more than 2 weeks stay at Benedettas appartment in August 2016. The view over the sea from the terrace is incredible. Benedetta and Roberto welcomed us on sunday and gave us an introduction to the appartment as well as restaurant tips. The fridge was even filled with essential as well as a bottle of local Frizzante. Great. The communication with Benedetta via Email/SMS was very easy and fast. The neighborhood is very quiet and we felt totally safe. We could even park our mountain bikes in a shared garage (Monte Conero has some nice and challenging trails). To go to the Numana beaches there is a scheduled free shuttle bus service leaving 50 Meters from Benedettas appartment, so you need no car. The walk to the beach takes 20-25 minutes. A Tennis court is available within 10 minutes walking distance. The washing machine was very useful for our family. In the middle of our stay Benedetta brought clean linen. We enjoyed our stay.

Blessed welcomed us very well. The house was clean, and equipped with every comfort to aprtire milk for breakfast to platelets for mosquitoes! The apartment has a spectacular sea view, the terrace is in the heart. The house is well positioned with respect to the main beaches of the Riviera del Conero. Too bad there remained only two days! But I am returning!

A beautiful apartment, originally used as a summer house of the family, therefore, very lovingly and tastefully furnished with really everything you need. Everything so as documented in the photos. Especially the balcony with the fantastic view over the town the sea is incredible. Sometimes it can be a little windy but there. The house is easy to find (what in Italy would sometimes not so easy) and the (pebble) beaches are only a few minutes by car. Benedetta has received us warmly and everything exactly explained and demonstrated, there were even a homemade cake and drinks and fruit ready. Small note: The electrical outlets in the apartment are old Italian manufacturers. However, mobile phone recharger could not be easily plug in our toaster (in the home does not exist). So eventually bring an adapter if you have other electronic devices should be connected.

Best balcony in Numana This was the first trip we used Airbnb network and it was perfect The house was exactly what was promised and I'd even say that it was better in reality then it looked in the photos. It was clean, warm & comfortable located in a quite neighborhood 8 minutes drive from the beach Benedetta & her son were very nice , easily accessible on SMS , not to mention the wine and cake that were waiting on the table when we arrived On top of it all was the Balcony, Spacious balcony with a nice table & chairs , 2 deck chairs and a view that was worth the whole trip

Three wonderful days in a house warm and hospitable with a terrace overlooking the Conero Riviera and truly unique setting ... Thank Blessed for its exquisite hospitality that made us feel right at home!

La zona è molto bella, l'alloggio è piccolo ma c'è tutto quello che serve e situato in un luogo silenzioso e tranquillo. E' un'ottima base anche per compiere escursioni da Ancona a Macerata. Francesca è molto accogliente e premurosa.

Il soggiorno è stato molto breve, una notte ,ma l'ospitalità di Francesca è stata più che ottima. Persona molto accogliente,umile che ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio!!!La casa è pulitissima comprensiva di tutti i comfort e arredata simpaticamente .....insomma da vedere e (URL HIDDEN) spiaggia dista a pochi minuti a piedi.
