***THIS IS NOT A BOAT TOUR*** An exclusive tour of the most hidden and unknown beaches of "Coast of Gods": We start the tour going to "Gabbaturco Beach" a magical place that few people know. It has white sand beach located under a cliff high above 80 meters. It's little corner of paradise set in the Coast of Gods reachable doing a small trakking with a spectacular view. Here we'll do an unforgettable snorkeling ùù After eating some fresh fruite we go up, heading to "Petra Mulino" beaches, a top secret spot reachable through some stairs and waliking on some rocks. You will have the impression to be in the castaway's movie set, an incredible location with turquoise water and many colorful and tropical fish. After having a great snorkeling and lunch on the beach we start to walk to discover the other secret beaches. There is possible to swim and visit the "Skeleton Cave" (No Spoiler) and snorkeling in super clear waters full of fishes. at the "Paradiso del Sub", a little corner of paradise set in the Coast of Gods reachable doing a small tracking with a spectacular view. In front of these Caribbean-toned waters we will relax with lots of fresh fruit and who knows... few drinks! The idea is to take you to visit some of the most beautiful (but unknown) alleys in town, as well as let you take marvelous pictures in the most outstanding places in the city, avoiding crowded areas and offering you a different perspective from what you normally see on the Internet. You will be involved through questions and curiosities, and you will be transported in a suggestive atmosphere throughout the journey, which you will immortalize with wonderful photos and videos. You will be able to get to know Pizzo through some tips and notions that you ignore which only a local guide can explain you properly. Moreover, you will be called to confront similarities and differences with your country of origin. Interaction is the basis, and only through an experience rich in humanity you will take this Calabrian jewel forever with you.

The path starts from the great cork of Feroleto Antico, 400m above sea level. We will follow the ancient road, at times dug into the rock and at times dirt, which in the past the local populations used to reach the villages and work places located further upstream such as Serrastretta (850m.s.l.m.) Along the way, wide views open onto the Gulf of Sant'Eufemia and in particular to southern Calabria. In fact, as Giuseppe Isnardi wrote, "the Reventino (1416 m asl) is one of the three first-rate viewpoints for a vast panoramic contemplation". Towards 1000m.s.l.m there is the possibility of meeting the local shepherds with their herds of Nicastrese goats. We will cross the sub-mountain landscape, which alternates wide plateaus with strips of woods of Neapolitan alders and Turkey oaks, including large ones such as those of Cozzo dei Tinghi. Here we will observe one of the engraved rocks of this part of the Reventino, presila merid .: they should be ancient testimonies of the religiosity of the Neolithic man. From Cozzo dei Tinghi we will reach Case Serre a very small village in the municipality of Serrastretta at m. 1000.s.l.m. Here we will meet Paolo who lives and works here producing chestnuts, walnuts, apples ... With Paolo and his donkey Margherita we will walk through the ancient fruit chestnut groves until we reach the top of Monte Condrò (1100m.a.s.l.) in about 1 hour.

Visit a small family owned winery netled between the sea and the rolling hills in the hearth of Calabria region. You will discover the autochthonous vine such a Ciro’ Doc, produced with organic methods. Start the journey walking through the vineryard, learning about the gaglioppo e greco bianco variety. The wine maker will tell yuo about the production methods while visiting the cellar. Toast with friends and family tasting 3 wine paired with local delicacies. Get ready to live an amazing experience!

It is 9 o' clock in the morning and we reach Monte Poro to visit a family of shepherds. The companies are small, family-run, but they produce one of the best cheeses of Southern Italy: pecorino del Poro. My shepherd friends prepare breakfast with ricotta, pecorino cheese, nduja (another renowned product), olives, bread and red wine. We will now walk through a forest of olive trees, one the most beautiful of the whole Calabria, untouched after centuries: that will be an unforgettable memory. We continue to the historic center of Nicotera where you can enjoy a superb view of the Gulf of Gioia and the Strait of Messina: it is the ideal place to enjoy cremolata, a special granita made with wild strawberries, strictly handmade. Other things to note My routes are unique experiences because they always take place with very few participants, like a trip with friends, and this allows me to establish a personal relationship with each visitor, and they take place in non-tourist places, mostly known only by the locals.

Al Porto di Scilla saliamo a bordo su una barca e salpiamo, iniziando con il racconto delle feluche che tutt’oggi praticano la pesca del pesce spada nelle acque della Costa Viola e tante altre storie e aneddoti che solo noi, nati e cresciuti qui ti possiamo raccontare. Costeggiamo lo Scoglio di Ulisse, il Castello Ruffo di Scilla, il quartiere "sutta u chianu", che osservato dal mare prende la forma di un presepe. Si prosegue costeggiando Marina Grande (spiaggia principale di Scilla), il Costone Tre Croci e Capo Pacì dove ammiriamo le Villette costruite sulla roccia che si affacciano sulle acque dello Stretto di Messina. Torniamo indietro per andare verso Chianalea, quartiere di pescatori, spesso chiamato la piccola Venezia del Sud, si costeggia il borgo passando vicino alle case bagnate dal mare. Ti farò vedere la finestra da dove pescavo quando ero bambino. Continuiamo fino alla spiaggia dell’oliveto e dopo qualche minuto di navigazione si arriva alla spiaggia di Favazzina dove facciamo una sosta di circa 25 min per nuotare nelle acque cristalline, dopodiché rientriamo al Porto di Scilla. Se avremmo fortuna, la natura ci potrebbe far vedere qualche delfino o manta!

"Scialati" è un modo di dire Pizzitano quando vuoi invitare qualcuno a godere, divertirsi e gioire. Ci troveremo in un luogo di ritrovo che può essere la Piazza della Repubblica o il Lungomare Cristoforo Colombo di Pizzo. We will leave the harbor of Vibo Marina heading to the open sea to search for dolphins - please note that we cannot guarantee sightings as they are wild animals in their natural habitat. Afterwards we will head back to the coast, where you will have the possibility to swim and snorkel in the cristalline Sea.
