Garden house in beautiful surroundings

The garden shed is seperat from the main house in a quiet location. Small but fine with its own terrace and sunbathing area. The cottage is lovingly furnished and offers a way to recover from everyday life and its hustle and bustle. The lower floor consists of kitchen ,to reach the upper floor via a chicken ladder(100Kg). Here you will find an oasis and also a starting point for excursions and cycling in the beautiful surroundings. An organic farm with about 30-40 cows is at the end of the street.

Sägemühle Eschachthal apartment, Kreuzbach

The house was originally an oil mill, later a sawmill before it sank into slumber for the last decades. In 2018, the core renovation and conversion into a residential building took place. Fortunately, the character of the old saw could be preserved in particular by the reconditioned visible beams. The house is located at an altitude of 900m, so the climate is a bit rougher, but still very sunny in the summer. The location on the Eschach, which invites you to swim in the summer, is special.

Apartment is renovated in 18/19. It has a separate bedroom and in the living room there is also a sofa bed. There are an infinite number of recreational opportunities here:-) We are happy to inform our guests on site. Right next door is a golf course, in winter there is a cross-country ski trail and a winter hiking trail. Lakes, hiking trails (including jakobsweg), great bike trails and various ski slopes are not far away. Boredom does not come up!! Looking forward to seeing you soon!! 💞

Hi ! The flat is suitable for up to 4 people or a small family with 1-2 kids. We renovated the flat completely in 2019. You will have access to a terrace and as we are placed at the edge of Kempten there are plenty options to do sports in nature or relax in walks. The bus line stops directly vis-à-vis our house and shopping possibilities are right around the corner. For insider tips in the area just ask! We use a camera at the entrance area for surveillance. We rent out our beautiful “Waldhäusschen” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large property with a forest panorama, you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The creek is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing sound and lapping can be heard in the garden. Kempten is the metropolis in beautiful Allgäu. The light-flooded apartment is situated in the northern city center. It is 5 minutes to the Basilica of St. Lorenz. There's the beautiful weekly there twice a week, Wed. and Sat, the beautiful weekly market. Here is also the residence of former monastery and today's dish with its beautiful gardens. Our place is barrier free. You have your own entrance and large parking spot in front of the door. There is a separate garden piece for you to use, which offers beautiful shade from the trees in summertime. You can start directly from your accommodation walks or bike rides.
