Places to stay in Brighton
The Chapel Townhouse is a beautiful one bedroom townhouse, hidden in the heart of central Brighton, affording you the privacy of your own home with the romance, style and grandeur of the best luxury hotels. Described by guests as "absolutely spectacular", "too good to tell anyone about", "100 times better than a hotel", "the BEST place I have ever stayed in Brighton", "outrageously cool, perfectly located and really delivers the wow factor" and "seriously the best Airbnb I've ever stayed at".
A beautiful converted chapel dating back to 1876, the Chapel Townhouse is hidden along a private and picture perfect Victorian mews, accessible through private electric entry gates. Guests enter their own front door to find the grandest of staircases winding around an 8ft chandelier made from 300 antique crystal wine glasses, up to the Chapel Townhouse's studio room with a 15ft high ceiling, original stained glass windows, super-king sized bed, roll top bathtub and a second Victorian inspired chandelier made from black Lego bricks.......................
Despite being in the bustling heart of central Brighton, the Chapel Townhouse is so private and secluded, you'll feel a million miles away from the outside world. Hidden along a private mews, just off Church Street in the very centre of the city, you will find the Chapel Townhouse directly opposite Brighton Dome and Corn Exchange and moments from Brighton's famous Pavilion Gardens estate and the Theatre Royal. The Chapel Townhouse is also in the midst of the famous lanes and North Laine areas, packed with the best independent boutiques, restaurants and coffee shops. Brighton pier and seafront is half a mile away and we're walking distance from both Kemptown and Hove. You really couldn't wish for a better location.

  • The lodge was beautifully decorated and made for a lovely place to stay. The location is perfect - a short drive into Brighton, and in the middle of great country walks. Keith was so friendly and went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed! Would definitely come again!

    Poppy2020-03-17T00:00:00Z
  • Amazing place to stay! Keith is a lovely, friendly host and was on hand if we needed him. Cosy cabin with everything you could possibly need... and more! Hot tub was amazing and great at night time. Would definitely recommend as it is great if you want somewhere to stay near Brighton!

    Katie2020-03-14T00:00:00Z
  • What an amazing stay! Keith was brilliant and picked us up from the train station to take us to the lodge. We checked in early and left our bags and went on a lovely walk waiting for the lodge to be ready. We used the hottub in the rain (highly recommend!!) and enjoyed some Prosecco. Keith also recommended us a local pub and even dropped us off. The breakfast in the morning was sublime with about 10 different elements. Couldn’t recommend this place more for a couple who want an evening away to relax in the country side.

    Frances2020-03-09T00:00:00Z
  • It was a fabulous stay! A very warm welcome from start to finish. The cabin is lovely & cosey. Perfect for a rainy day and we hope to return in the summer! 10/10 breakfast.

    Tanya2020-03-06T00:00:00Z
  • The place was immaculate. It had every little thing that we need. The place is just extremely comfortable and makes wanna own a log cabin. The food was very delicious and hot tub was so relaxing. I highly recommend the place as it has a nice view of the mount during day time and amazing sunset. The garden at night was just magical and we had a good privacy. Highly recommend the place especially for couples

  • Great location in Brighton near some good restaurants. We were celebrating my son’s 21st at a restaurant nearby, so Calandra’s property was very convenient for us. We loved the quirky paintings and neon signs, the huge space downstairs and the master bedroom. Thank you for the chocolates and wine. I hope we can visit again.

Totally independent guest suite. Unparalleled location affording complete privacy on Brighton’s historic Regency seafront + huge rooftop hot tub King sized bed + ensuite wet room with fabulous waterfall shower. TV, towels, robes, hairdryer, WiFi, tea & coffee facilities Stunning private sitting room with amazing sea views, sofa, TV & fridge. Huge roof terrace + the only frontline hot tub in Brighton Perfectly located just 10 minutes to Palace Pier, the world famous Lanes & The Royal Pavilion
You will enjoy a stunning frontline penthouse suite with a huge hot tub and roof garden on Brighton’s historic Kemptown seafront. (If you are coming by car we have access to a guaranteed off road parking space that’s 90 seconds from our front door. Please check availability at the time of booking as parking in Brighton is at a premium throughout the year) The perfect escape for discerning guests. Extraordinary. Breathtaking. Private. Captivating. Beguiling. Exclusive. Relaxing. Revitalising. Value. All words used by our guests to describe their experience. Come and stay and add to the list. Try to come for two or more nights if you can. Every guest who stays for one night wishes they had stayed longer. It really is that special. So much so that many guests who originally came for one night come back for two nights or more. Staying with us is expensive. We know that. That said you’ll be staying in a guest suite in a £2m+ penthouse, not an impersonal hotel. Many of our regular guests were devotees of The Grand or The Hilton until they found us. If you want something totally unique, even by Brighton standards, the penthouse really is the perfect place to make you feel very special and totally privileged in a way that will leave you relaxed and reinvigorated with the desire to return time and time again. Whilst we are here during your stay think of us as your neighbours. We’re there if you need us. You’ll even have your own private front door into the penthouse. The Airbnb space is so private we often don’t get to meet our guests if we don’t do the check in personally. What you will find when you arrive at the penthouse is a gem, a one off, a totally unique space with facilities unlike anything else you can find anywhere in Brighton and Hove. Sitting in the hot tub looking straight out to sea and sipping a chilled drink whilst being gently massaged by the various jets quite simply does something to your soul. Please take a moment to read the kind and generous reviews. When you sit in the hot tub or on the roof terrace looking out to sea or up at the stars with the reflection in the sea from the lights of the pier you will appreciate that you are somewhere very, very special. You may have seen our penthouse on TV as it was featured on Sarah Beeny's Property Ladder. The penthouse has also been featured in Real Homes magazine. Location, location, location. Ours is simply the best. Wait until you see the views. You’ll agree. Apart from affording you unlimited* use of the only frontline, sea view, hot tub in all of Brighton and Hove you also get the following... A comfortable, stylish and generous double room with a king size bed enjoying an ensuite wet room with a fabulous waterfall shower. We provide huge bath towels, a hand towel, bath mat and fresh robes. The bedroom also has a TV with Freeview. There is a hairdryer, hanging space in a lovely period wardrobe with a full length mirror, an iron and ironing board and plenty of drawer space. There is a razor point plug and a plug for USB charging cables. There are also tea and coffee making facilities. Whilst the room is centrally heated there is a fan heater so you can always have the room at the temperature that best suits you. The main lights are on a dimmer switch to enable you to set the mood to your preference. There are also bedside lamps. You will also enjoy a private rooftop sitting room** housed in a 'glass box' with direct, breathtaking, unparalleled sea views. This room has a TV, a fridge to chill your drinks for the hot tub a Lavazza espresso machine, complimentary still mineral water and a comfortable sofa where you can relax, unwind and marvel at the astonishing panoramic sea views. The lights on this room are also on a dimmer switch to enable you to set the mood. There are 'love' blankets if you wish to snuggle up on the sofa. This room leads to the stunning roof terrace with quite simply the best sea views in all of Brighton. Glance to your right and you'll see Brighton's Palace Pier, beyond it the remains of West Pier and in the far distance Worthing and on a clear day the Isle of White. Glance to the left and you'll see Brighton marina, the largest man made marina in Europe. The roof terrace has a table and chairs so given good weather you can sit and relax with a drink or a morning coffee and simply marvel at the ever changing views. You will have unlimited use of the roof top hot tub***which also boasts direct, uninterrupted, sea views. The hot tub has 100 jets, lights and Bluetooth so you can enjoy your favourite music whilst you relax and unwind. Relaxing in the hot tub with the sea and Brighton Palace Pier as the backdrop has to be experienced to be believed. We will explain how to use the hot tub. Swimwear must be worn in the hot tub at all times. If you have long hair we ask that you kindly tie it back. It important to shower BEFORE and after using the tub. We do not provide breakfast. You are spoilt for choice with all the excellent local cafes and restaurants. We will gladly recommend our favourites. As an example, the highly regarded Corner Cafe serves breakfast/brunch/lunch from 8.30am and is a three minute walk away so you can have a lie in and never miss breakfast. Their coffee is lovely and they are always happy to amend their menu to suit you. Needless to say you are not obliged to go to there. It is however my absolute favourite cafe in Brighton. Whilst we cannot guarantee the weather we can say that we were in the hot tub on Christmas Day last year...Don't think of Brighton as only a summer destination. The winter sunsets are outstanding and the starling murmuration over Palace Pier is a wonderful sight to behold. Your rooms are entirely independent of our living space so you will never feel that you are intruding in someone else's space. Our airbnb rooms are only used for guests. You’ll never feel as if you’re in someone else’s home. Think of it as your own. In essence you will have a duplex penthouse with bedroom, ensuite, sitting room, roof terrace**and hot tub. There is no access to a kitchen but there is a fridge to chill drinks and ample tea and coffee facilities including an espresso machine. You’ll also have complimentary mineral water. The penthouse is WiFi enabled. *The hot tub can be used between the hours of 09.00am and 11.00pm **Access to the roof terrace is via the glass roof terrace sitting room. We may therefore need to go through this room for access to the terrace to service the hot tub. If that is the case we will always warn you that we need access. ***If you have a fake tan you cannot use the hot tub. We respectfully ask that you do not book our penthouse in the hope of using the hot tub if you have a fake tan as we will have to refuse you permission to do so and we will not offer a refund. This is simply to ensure the hot tub is available for the next guests. Fake tan discolours the water. We simply want every guest to have an exemplary experience. We will do everything possible to make sure you do. We very much look forward to welcoming you.
Our extraordinary penthouse, which featured on Sarah Beeny's Property Ladder, is located on Kemp Town's historic seafront spanning three traditional, frontline Regency townhouses. Location is critical when booking accommodation. Our location is unparalleled. The restaurants and bars of St. James and Kemp Town are within a five minute walk and offer a diverse choice to suit all tastes and budgets. We are happy to offer recommendations. It is a ten minute walk to Brighton Pier, Brighton's Royal Pavilion, the world famous Lanes and the North Laine area which is packed with over 600 independent retailers selling everything from antiques to vegetarian shoes. We have access to a guaranteed off street parking space that’s 90 seconds from our front door subject to availability and payment. Please enquire. We are located approximately ten minutes by taxi (around £8) from the main train station.
  • Couldn’t recommend any higher. Beautiful self contained penthouse with hot tub overlooking beautiful Brighton beach and pier. Communication in a very difficult time in the build up was superb with all queries answered immediately. Apartment was spotless and made for a perfect weekend away.

  • Dean is a super host!!! He’s so quick to reply, easy to communicate with, friendly and overall goes above and beyond to make sure you feel at home. The penthouse is lovely- it’s a nice break away from our busy city life and the hot tub was the icing on the cake. We will definitely be going back

  • Stayed at Dean’s for my 50th birthday What can I say fantastic views, fabulous apartment and the hot tub was the icing on the cake. Will certainly recommend to anyone wanting a special night away. The only disappointment was having to leave!! Thanks again Dean

    Wayne2020-03-02T00:00:00Z
  • Very warm hospitality from Dean, made us both feel exceedingly welcome. We hope to return soon. The only thing that could have been improved was the weather, but it was February after all! Spectacular views from the roof terrace. Close to town and perfect for exploring Brighton. Additional car parking also extremely convenient. A highly rated stay :)

    Rob2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • Really enjoyed our stay, highly recommend Dean’s place for anyone looking for nice getaway. No matter the weather you can still enjoy the amazing view and the cozy hot tub. Can’t wait to come back!

    Nhung2020-02-24T00:00:00Z
  • Thank you very much Dean! I treated my mum for her 60th birthday, we both had such a fantastic time! The views are just stunning, even with cloudy skies and a strong wind, this was just a superb experience. The hot tub was an added bonus to the beautiful setting. We enjoyed it with a bottle of Moët (in plastic flutes) and oh my what special memories we have taken with us. I knew what to expect in terms of the lack of kitchen as I’d read the description/ rules and reviews. It’s a lot of money, but totally worth it! I’ll be going again later in the year with my partner. Thank you so much!

This bright and contemporary double room (including continental breakfast) with digital TV and free WIFI, is located on a quiet street in the popular Kemptown area of Brighton. Just 2 minutes walk to the beach, close to shops, bars and restaurants.
.....To get you in the seaside mood I offer a quiet beach themed double room, on the ground floor of an Edwardian building very close to Brighton seafront. My aim is to provide all my guests with a clean, comfortable and reasonably priced place to stay in a fantastic location, to use as a base to explore wonderful and exciting Brighton. A continental breakfast of croissants, yoghurt, cereals, orange juice and tea and coffee is included in the price of your room. There are tea and coffee making facilities and a toaster within your room. Please let me know if you are vegan or gluten free as alternatives can always be provided. In the room there is a flat screen digital TV, free fast broadband Wifi connection, a fridge and there is a hairdryer in the bedside cabinet. This room is a good size so it can accommodate up to 2 people comfortably, also there is a wardrobe so there is more than enough storage space. As you can see from the photos there is a dining table where you will be able to sit and enjoy your continental breakfast. Next to the room there is a clean and contemporary bathroom with a shower. All towels and bed linen are provided, should you require them there are laundry facilities and use of an iron and ironing board. The apartment is located on a very quiet, friendly street just 15 minutes bus ride from Brighton station. Take the number 27 bus (approx £2.40) towards Saltdean from Brighton Station, bus stop B. Get off the bus at the Burlington street bus stop on the seafront at the bottom of my street (Burlington street) The beach is only 2 minutes walk away. If you are coming by car please see the 'getting around' section, this will explain how the parking near to my place works. The city centre and the popular Lanes area are only 15 minutes walk. Here you can find the cosmopolitan cafe culture or browse the quirky and colourful independent shops and boutiques that make Brighton famous. This area is also where you can find Brighton's best known landmark, 'The Royal Pavilion', here you can also find many theatres, bars, restaurants and other places of interest to visit. Brighton's world famous Pier is 10 minutes walk along the seafront, here you can enjoy roller coaster rides and all the fun of the fair. If you go in the other direction along the seafront, about 20 minutes walk or 5 a minute bus ride you can find Brighton Marina. This is a great place to visit as here there is a lot to do and see. Why not take a drink in one of the bars and restaurants on the board walk overlooking the harbour and yachts? There is also a Casino, a Cinema and a Ten Pin Bowling and Kiddies Games Complex. Every Sunday morning there is a car boot sale, so there is definitely something for everybody. I look forward to welcoming you to Brighton, Gary
....I love living in the Kemptown area of Brighton as it has a village feeling. There are many coffee shops, traditional English Pubs (where you can enjoy a lovely Sunday Roast Dinner), restaurants, antique and other independent shops. It is only a 2 minute walk to the beach and the city centre is just 15 minutes walk away.
  • We had a mix-up with our dates and Gary was nice enough to extend our date to the new one for no extra cost. His location was walking distance to all the hot spots in Brighton. His place was very clean, had all the amenities and he even provided croissants, bread, cereal and orange juice for breakfast. There were more than enough pillows and towels, a tv and a memory foam bed. More than most Airbnb hosts offer! He also replied promptly and had many brochures with local places to visit.

  • Lovely and quaint place in Brighton. Perfect for a little get away to the coast! I would highly recommend staying with Gary and his extraordinary service and warm hospitality he provided.

  • We had a lovely time staying at Gary's place in Brighton! The room was clean and cute, with a small breakfast table and all the breakfast amenities (toaster, milk, juice, coffee, sugar, plus some continental breakfast items to prepare in room). There's a TV with cable, an adjustable heater, an iron (and board) and a small fridge. The bed was comfy, and big enough for two! Gary is a great host and was very welcoming. He took the time to walk us through everything we could need, plus gave us some tips for exploring the town. Gary is a seasoned host and has taken everything into consideration. We'd be happy to stay with Gary again :)

  • Gary responded very quickly and greeted us upon arrival. The flat is very well laid out and clear instructions around so you know what to do. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was good. A nice gesture with a continental breakfast, was well stocked up in the fridge. Overall a very comfortable stay and will be back.

  • Comfortable room, only 2 minutes walk from the beach. The room is quite central, although located in a quiet neighbourhood with. good amount of bars, restaurants, pubs only 5 minutes walk. The room and bathroom were clean, and the added breakfast was much appreciated. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Brighton.

    Guillaume2020-02-21T00:00:00Z
  • Gary is a lovely person, he helped us a lot. The room was very clean and the common spaces too. The breakfast is very good. If I returned to Brighton I would repeat without a doubt.

    Lara2020-02-11T00:00:00Z
  • The room was very clean, the location so convenient to reach the beautiful beach. Gary explained everything well so that I could use them comfortably without questions. Also, Gary was absolutely nice guy as he took me to fun places in Brighton in person and we've had an enjoyable conversation over some beers in pubs.

Centrally located one bedroom flat in converted Victorian house. Great location, only 10 minutes walk to the train station and the centre of town. Flat has high ceilings, some period features, kitchen, living room and one bedroom. The bathroom has a freestanding bath and separate shower. Situated in the Seven Dials area of Brighton, with great neighbourhood pubs and restaurants at the end of the street.
Beautiful Victorian one bed flat, located on a sleepy tree-lined residential street, very close to all amenities. Just 10 minutes’ walk to the centre of Brighton and very conveniently located for Brighton’s main rail station. The flat has very high ceilings and large windows letting an abundance of light in. It has a calm and relaxing feel. It is on the first floor of the building and has a kitchen, living room, one main bedroom and a bathroom coming off the bedroom. The bathroom is very spacious with a free-standing bath tub and also a standalone shower. The living room has a wood panelled wall. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and preparing meals, so it is suitable for those guest that may want a night in. Virgin Media cable TV is available with 150 channels. The flat is in the Seven Dials area of Brighton, there are fantastic neighbourhood restaurants and bars at the end of the street where you can mix with locals. The flat would best suit couples wanting a relaxing break in Brighton or business / solo travellers who would prefer to stay in a home rather than a hotel.
The flat is in the Seven Dials area of Brighton, or "The Dials" as it is known. It takes its name from the seven roads that branch out from the main roundabout. It is only a few minutes walk to the centre of town, but a little ecosystem of its own with a number of great restaurants, cafes and pubs. Here you'll get a chance to mix with locals kicking back after work or on the weekend.

  • It was a very comfortable and homely hostel. The park on my way out of the house and on the way to the sea was also very good, and above all, I was reluctant to take this trip as the city is a city, but the owner of the house, Mike, was always nice to me. He was also very kind and brought me everything I needed. The puppy at home was also very cute. The schedule was twisted so I couldn't go to Seven Sisters, but when I was at home, I was very comfortable and healed. Next time I go to Brighton, I am willing to make a reservation. Super cozy and comfortable. The host mike was super kind and those road to beach was wonderful. Recommend for everyone who is planning to visit brighton. Thanks.

Emma very kindly accommodated my request for unperfumed laundry products on the bedding which was a great relief. Super place, very handy for public transport, and also parking car outside which I needed. Thank you <3

Bathe in the wellbeing touches and positive affirmations that have been carefully selected to make this a truly relaxing and uplifting break just for you. I have enhanced the cleaning regime in light of recent events and accept longer bookings. Oblique sea views if you cant venture to the beach.
The apartment is right next to the sea front and with its seaside decor is a perfect coastal retreat. As a blue health coach who uses the ocean to help people clear their minds and allow their creative mind to come into flow - I can not express enough the wellbeing benefit of being able to watch the ocean. I have designed the apartment to bring a bit of the wellbeing aspects of the beach and the ocean inside.
It is a quiet cul de sac. So perfect for a break away from it but also in the midst of all the city has to offer.
  • Everything went above and beyond our expectations! We can't wait to be back!

    Holly2020-03-27T00:00:00Z

A delightful one bedroom self contained apartment set in the heart of Brighton. Light and bright and close to all things you will need for your stay. A fabulous patisserie and a co-op are right at the top of the road and the beach is at the bottom of the road with great cafes and views ! With the current situation, we are also happy to offer a more flexible option of weekly or monthly bookings.
The apartment is located right in the middle of Brighton and Hove. The whole flat is yours to make it your little home for your stay. The lounge is minimalist but has a sofa and coffee table to sit and chill at. The TV is cable and there is also wi-fi if you wanted to watch your own devices for Netflix. The wi-fi is good and strong. The kitchen has a microwave, a hob and an oven. Kettle and toaster are also there. There is tea and coffee in the cupboard for you. There are also enough utensils for cooking, lasagne dish, baking tray, saucepans and frying pan. If you don't fancy cooking you are close to lots of restaurants either in Hove or Brighton. There are also plenty more restaurants down on the Seafront. The bedroom has a comfortable ( often commented on ) double bed with bedside table. A hanging rail for your clothes, a hairdryer and an iron. The shower room is a large fully tiled shower cubicle with an electric shower. The Beach is 500 metres away. Restaurants of all cuisine tastes are very close by. Brighton Station is exactly 1 mile away with regular buses serving the nearest bus stop to the apartment or a taxi will be £5.00. Parking is resident permit only although there is pay and display parking available in nearby roads.
Located 10 metres off the bustling Western Road there is an array of coffee shops, a favourite being the Real Patisserie at the top of the road, about 1 minute walk away ! Fresh Pastries and great coffee are always essential on your mini break ! Why not wander around the corner to Brunswick Square and enjoy the lawned gardens with the sea just at the bottom of the Square. Or take a stroll along the Seafront to the Pier. As you hit the seafront below the apartment you will see the Meeting House Cafe open from around 7am for that first cup of coffee.

A lovely bright, cosy but spacious room at the back of our friendly and welcoming home. If you are thinking of booking please don't click 'request to book', instead scroll down till you find 'contact host' and send a enquiry that way AND NOTE WE DON'T TAKE BOOKINGS MORE THAN 7-10 DAYS IN ADVANCE! Thank you xxx PS The bed in this room is slightly narrower than standard (at 2"6' rather than 3") but it is standard length and a superior quality mattress so you will have a great night's sleep! x
A small but pretty room in a lively family house. The bed (slightly narrower than standard) is very comfortable. It can easily be converted into a double - either for two guests or lots of sleeping space. There is a desk, free WiFi and access from the room to a decked area and a garden. This room is on the ground floor of a spacious double fronted family house in Brighton. It is light and airy. You will have use of a modern, well fitted bathroom on the first floor that has a bath and a shower. Our family won't use this bathroom but occasionally you may have to share it with other guests as we have other rooms that we let out sometimes. We are a friendly couple who enjoy visitors. We will be able to help you during your stay by providing local information.
This is a residential area but over the road is a small food shop which is open from 8am to 8pm everyday. Down the road there is a pharmacy, florist, pizza take away, off license, fish and chip shop, family run cafe and delicatessen. Just up the road at Fiveways there is another fish & chip shop, a post office, sweet shop, a well stocked fruit and veg shop and a few restaurants. There are several good pubs within easy walking distance and just around the corner on Lowther Road there is a lovely cafe with delicious home made cakes called The Old Bakehouse. Brighton is famous for The Pier - fun rides and excitement day and night, The Pavilion and its amazing architecture and well known across the world for its artistic and free thinking community, buzzing night life, great restaurants, magical winding Lanes and quirky North Laine shops. You will never be bored in Brighton, there is always something to do here, but when you come back to the house you will relish its tranquility!
  • This is a very special house that has a very peaceful atmosphere. It's a pleasure to stay here; surrounded by interesting and beautiful objects and art.

A quiet, cosy apartment in the eaves of a North Laine building you couldn't be more central! A mere couple of minutes walk from the main high street and shopping centre, and less than two minutes walk to the North Laine shops, cafés and Royal Pavilion Gardens. A perfect hideaway for those looking to be amongst the hustle and bustle of Brighton but don't want to catch the bus everyday to find it. Simplicity is the key here!
On the 2nd floor with no lift, the flat is in the eaves of the building as the pictures portray. The copper and wood themed bedroom is romantic and cosy, with a low double bed and chest of drawers for storage and bespoke clothes rail. Subtle lighting rounds off this room to ensure you have a perfect retreat after exploring the city. PLEASE NOTE: The bathroom is an en suite, therefore if a third guest does stay access to the bathroom is through the bedroom. The living room has a corner sofa(bed), dining table and TV with NowTV box, Netflix and Sega Megadrive. We have provided a surprisingly comfortable airbed as an alternative for those who don't enjoy fold-out sofabeds. The kitchen has the basics for cooking, including toaster, kettle and pots and pans, not to mention electric oven and hob and compact fridge with freezer compartment.
Situated in the North Laine area of Brighton, you'll have everything that makes Brighton great on your doorstep. The area is famed for it's independent shops, cafés, restaurants and more... Walk 8 minutes South and you'll find yourself on the beach! What more could you ask for? As for recommendations... There's too many! Send me a message outlining your tastes and I'll happily give you some ideas.

This is a beautiful spacious one-bedroom apartment set in a stunning Regency building on the historical Old Steine. It is directly opposite Steine Gardens and fountain. Being in an elevated position from the pavement, you still have nice views but not loads of stairs. Rooms have high ceilings and large windows, a lot of light and air. This apartment is ideal for couples but can accommodate two more guests on a high quality memory foam sofa bed in the lounge (£+). Windows in lounge are double-glazed so it is very quiet for sleeping in or just chilling out in front of the TV. The large bedroom is at the rear of the building. There's a UK king size bed and lots of cupboard/drawer space. It’s an ideal room for parents and baby as a cot can easily be placed at the bedside (we can provide cot and high chair for your little one). We provide hotel-quality bed linen and two towels for each person. In the bathroom you will find cosmetics from the "Simple" range. So no need to bring anything except your clothes if you booked in a hurry! There’s a separate eat-in kitchen with modern appliances and utensils for cooking and baking. If there’s anything particular you need, just ask. I love decorating and sourcing quality, stylish furnishings that are a little bit different. All my apartments are designed with flair and comfort in mind. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.
There is something for everyone in Brighton. Whether you've come to Brighton to experience the nightlife, culture, history or shopping, everything is right on your doorstep. The Palace Pier is less than a minute walk away. Then why not visit the Sealife centre just across the road. You can try the new Brighton Zip – go along the beach front on a zip wire. The Royal Pavilion is a 5 minute walk away and is open to visitors on a daily basis. There might be something interesting on at the Dome Theatre – a concert, play or reading perhaps. The i360 rotating viewing tower is 15 mins walk along the seafront – well worth a visit. You can book online or just turn up on the day. You may like to take the No. 77 bus from the sea front to Devils Dyke where you can experience panoramic views of the Downs. There’s very good pampering here – massages, holistic or beauty treatments are all in close proximity. Everyone has different tastes, so have a look at the Trip Advisor best spa lists to see what others say. There’s a lot of nightlife close by too. From chains like Wetherspoons to individual old-fashioned pubs, micro-breweries, wine bars, gay/lesbian/trans, shisha lounges and ice cream parlours… everyone is catered for.
  • Love this spot! Easy walk to great restaurants, pubs and beach front. Super clean apartment and staff was A+

  • Jo’s place was in an extremely handy location with quick easy access to all we wanted to visit during our short stay. Amenities and comfort were excellent with support readily available if needed. It was a bonus being on the ground floor and not having to deal with too many steps. Noise was not a problem for us. It was great to be provided with two sets of keys. Communication was speedy and efficient. A great property to stay at in Brighton. Thanks!

Stunning self-contained 1 bedroom garden retreat on the outskirts of the city. Close to several green parks, Hollingbury golf course & the South Downs, but still with easy access to the City Centre. Perfect for city visitors, golfers, cyclists and walkers or those just looking for a place to unwind and relax.
With its own private entrance, Foxes Retreat promises a touch of luxury with the opportunity to truly relax and unwind. Furnished with 5000 sprung pillow topped mattresses as either twin beds or a sumptuous super king size bed. A breakfast basket, along with tea and coffee are included. Have a soak in the outdoor hot tub with a glass of fizz, or stay in, watch movies and have a home-cooked meal bought to your door. For a truly relaxing experience, book a massage or treatment with our local beauty therapist or a 1-1 pilates, yoga or personal training session. Well behaved pets who don't mind children are more than welcome here! With the owners living in the adjacent property, you will be given complete privacy with help close at hand if needed.
Our local area is in my opinion, the best area of Brighton! It ticks all the boxes. We are close to some beautiful green open spaces such as Stanmer Park, Hollingbury Park, and Preston Park. The South Downs is on our doorstep, popular with walkers and cyclists. We are moments away from a popular golf course and a lovely array of local shops, including cafes, pubs and gift shops. Being just outside of the centre we enjoy free parking, peaceful surroundings and fantastic views. All this and we are still only a 10 minute drive or 30-40 minute stroll into the city.
  • Foxes Retreat was a magical space! My sister and I stayed to celebrate a birthday and not being able to go out was no hardship at all. The hot tub was always on, the fresh pastries for breakfast were delicious, Hygee games and Jenga were well used and an excellent selection of classic DVDs. So close to parks to walk the dog for fresh air and a short drive away from beauty spots like Seven Sisters and South Downs. Jo's family were lovely and their communication was excellent. Jo even surprised us with a special birthday banner and breakfast. 5 Stars all round, Airbnb at its finest! Thank you for a lovely break.

  • Stayed here for two nights with my girlfriend for a quick getaway and was exactly what we needed. Brilliant hospitality and Jo was always quick to answer any questions we had. The room was lovely and the breakfasts and hot tub were a great addition

  • This was our first time using air bnb and it didn't disappoint. The garden room is stunning, the bed was very comfy and the shower was great. Spotlessly clean and a lovely surprise to discover that Jo had stocked the fridge with milk and orange juice, along with lots of tea and coffee options. The star of the show was the hot tub, it was lovely to relax in there after a long day with a glass of wine. We will definitely visit again!

  • An excellent place to stay whilst in Brighton. It was only a short bus ride away from the hustle and bustle , which were very frequent. This place is sparkling clean and provided everything we needed for a short get away , including toiletries and hairdryer. Our host Jo was friendly and very attentive, providing lots of information on how to travel and places to visit. She made sure we had everything we needed and brought us delicious fresh croissants in the morning. The hot tub was very clean and secluded with some ambient lighting to help us relax. Very enjoyable stay indeed!

This Good sized double room in my 3 bed modern centrally located apartment has a large separate Bath and toilet, there is a good shower. Its brilliantly situated for all public transport, buses & trains alike, & really close to all the best shops brighton has to offer.
The Location is Great, within easy reach of the main parts of Brighton and all the Main bus routes, and the Main Brighton Train station.
The area immediately to the south of the apartment is called the North Laines, and is the best part of Brighton, full of Great shops, Cafe's, Bars and cool restaurants, this leads you to the centre of Brighton and the seafront about 10 mins away. The area is generally pretty quiet and calm. If you are driving there is a car park very close called "London Road Car Park" which is quite reasonable.
  • Fantastic host, great location and completely make you feel like home! Highly recommend. Grateful for him being able to work Kirk around my check in times.

  • Lovely, clean room hosted by a very helpful Jamie. Tip: ask nicely and you can see the dog.

    Elliot2020-02-15T00:00:00Z
  • I popped into Brighton for one night, Jamie was very accommodating for me arriving late (about 11pm). Very convenient location to the train station! Instructions were clear but for those relying on Google Maps try deleting most of the address so all that remains is the post code and that should take you right there (Google Maps couldn’t find the location from the copy/paste function) - post codes are assigned to each property. Great place to rest my head and pat a gentle old pup! Jamie upgraded my room to the en-suite which was very generous. Would certainly stay again if I’m in Brighton in the future!

    Jessalyn2020-02-04T00:00:00Z

Stunning apartment right by Brighton beach! One bedroom apartment available in the heart of Brighton to rent for business trips ,short weekend away or long stays!Sleeps up to 4 people. (For bookings longer than one week ,the maximum number of guests is 2). Fantastic location just within a few minutes walk of the Brighton Pier, seafront, i360 and only a 3 min walk to the famous Brighton lanes. News-Double glazed windows have been fitted so the level of noise has dropped drastically!
Smart TV.1large bedroom with double bed.1 double sofa-bed in the lounge.
Weather you're come to Brighton to experience the night life,History or culture, shopping everything is on your doorstep from my apartment. As the apartment is right in the middle of the centre with bars and restaurants all around, note that it can get noise sometimes.
  • We had a great weekend for my birthday visiting my son in Brighton.Sylvia's place has a great location just yards from the lanes and sits above a quiet cocktail bar but also about 20 yards from the great pub The Walrus which is comfortable and lively ,plus does a renowned Sunday lunch ! It was mentioned previously that this location is quiet but we did not notice that and all slept well. The furnishings aren't as modern as is the cases in some accommodation but was fine for our needs and the place was very clean. The water from the boiler is very hot -but there are warning signs and Sylvia pointed it out in her intro so we managed this fine. There is no outside space as such but on a weekend with 45 mile an hour winds -that didnt bother us -this is ideal for a stay between Oct-March when you want to be bang in the middle of town. Maybe in the summer you might look for somewhere different -although you can be lying down on the beach within 5 minutes -so whats the problem there !

    Mike2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • Sylvia was very nice and welcoming. The apartment was very clean, and filled with all the things you could need. The bathroom was stocked up, with toiletries and towels. As well as the kitchen, it was filled with all the necessities. There was cable tv, and it was a smart tv. Overall I really enjoyed my stay, and I would recommend it to anyone.

  • Exceptional stay experience!

    Sean2020-01-31T00:00:00Z
  • Silvia’s flat is an ideal place for a break in Brighton. Location-wise it’s ideal - a short walk from the train station and right in the middle of things. Very close to the seafront and the Lanes for shopping and food / drink. Very clean and tidy, good bed and shower. Only things I’d mention is there’s a fair amount of stairs - no problem at all for us, but worth considering if you struggle with this. Also no free parking nearby. Again - no issue for us (and truthfully, likely to be the case anywhere in central Brighton). Those points aside, would have no hesitation in recommending.

Brighton is the most vibrant seaside resort in England. Just an hour from London, it is a thriving, cosmopolitan city with a Bohemian spirit; home to an exuberant gay community, a dynamic student population and a healthy number of ageing and new-age hippies, as well as traditional candyfloss fun. Brighton is a fantastic city and See Saw Sea really is in the thick of the action. There are great bars, clubs and restaurants on your doorstep. Brighton is famed for its nightlife and the LBGT and straight communities can be found seamlessly mixing right across the city. If it's exclusively gay you’re after, Brighton offers some of the best lesbian and gay bars and clubs in the country. From hard house to camp classics, you’ll find something to get you going every night of the week. Most of Brighton's alternative clubs and bars are located in the city's ‘Gay Quarter’ in Brighton’s Kemp Town – a compact strip of pubs and clubs just moments from See Saw Sea. The house is close to the many things to do in Brighton. Try to include the following in your trip: The Royal Pavilion is the UK's most eccentric royal residence. Its Indian-style domes and minarets look as outlandish today as they did when it was built nearly 200 years ago by John Nash. From November until January there is an ice skating rink in the gardens of the Royal Pavilion. Brighton Palace Pier still has all the old-time delights of the English seaside – fairground rides, candy floss and rows of striped deckchairs. Set in the Royal Pavilion's stable block, the Brighton Museum & Art Gallery has a glittering horde of 20th-century art and design, including a Dalí sofa modelled on Mae West's lips. The i360 gives you a magnicent view of the city and the South Downs. A sunset "trip" is definitely recommended. The Brighton Sea Life Centre is the world's oldest working aquarium. Its 150 marine species include sharks, which you can see from below, thanks to a clear-walled underwater tunnel. Once a fishing village, the maze of narrow streets and alleyways that makes up the Lanes is today home to jewellers, gift shops and boutiques selling everything from antique firearms to designer shoes. The shopping gets even more diverse as you go further along Bond, Gardner, Kensington and Sydney Streets into the North Laine shopping district. There are great bars, clubs and restaurants on your doorstep. If you're looking for somewhere quirky and funky you can't do better than Bom-Bane's - it's about 6 streets west of the apartment on George Street - it has the loveliest, craziest tables (lift the pepper pot on one of them, press buttons on another to light up a beautifully-built fully-lit pier complete with waves under a glass table, other tables do secret things) and the nicest lady Jane Bom-Bane runs it. Mucky Duck on Manchester Street - again towards bottom of St James's, on your left hand side - has great art, is very dark, usually good DJ Friday and Saturday. Black Dove is your local - it's at the bottom of Devonshire Place, turn left and it's on the corner of St James's and Rock Gardens. It's a Brooklyn beer bar, is very busy, has a funky DJ downstairs and candles that look like they've been there a hundred years. If you like real ale - the Hand in Hand is Brighton's oldest brewery - cross over from Black Dove and continue down St George's Road and it's on your right hand side after about 5 minutes. So if you like pub crawling you could start in the Hand in Hand, then heading towards town: Sidewinder, Black Dove, perhaps nip left for a cocktail at Brighton Rocks, Block, St James's Tavern for a Tuaca, Mucky Duck, Plotting Parlour - and you're still less only a 5 minute walk from home! Eating-wise - there's so much choice. 64 Degrees in the Lanes - nouvelle cuisine, sharing plates (10 mins walk from See Saw Sea). The Set, within Artist in Residence, Regency Square, Hove - best meal I've had in Brighton (20 mins). Ginger Group - there's the Dog in Kemp Town - 5-10 mins walk from Kemp Town Loft; the Pig is in Hove near King Alfred Leisure Centre - good food The Salt Room near i360 - good fish restaurant (15 mins). Riddle & Finns - best fish restaurant - there is one in the Lanes and one on the seafront. I prefer the one on the seafront (10-15 mins). Red Roaster at the bottom of St James's has just reopened. Headed by a Michelin chef, it has brunch food during the day, and 6 course and a la carte menus in the evening as Pike & Pine. I’ve had a couple of breakfasts which were good; the 6 course meal I found too delicate for my taste but beautifully presented. The decor is lovely http://www.redroaster.co.uk/ (3 mins) Bus Stop - Caribbean food, great curry goat (8 mins) The place to go to at the moment is Etch in Hove - I’ve not been, but heard very good reviews https://www.etchfood.co.uk (20 mins). The Ivy has just opened on Ship Street - the decor is divine (10 mins). Buses are fantastic in Brighton, with numbers 1, 2, 7 and 18 all stopping at Devonshire Place. The train station is just a number 7 bus ride away or a 15 minute walk, and trains to London are regular and take an hour. Ferries to France from Newhaven (8 miles away) are regular and take 4 hours. We hope you have a memorable, wonderful time.
The apartment is close to the many things to do in Brighton. Try to include the following in your trip: The Royal Pavilion (5 mins walk) is the UK's most eccentric royal residence. Its Indian-style domes and minarets look as outlandish today as they did when it was built nearly 200 years ago by John Nash. Once a fishing village, the maze of narrow streets and alleyways that makes up the Lanes (10 mins walk) is today home to jewellers, gift shops and boutiques selling everything from antique firearms to designer shoes. Cocktails/nice bars: Bohemia http://www.bohemiabrighton.co.uk/bar.htm - next to 64 degrees. Artist in Residence has a nice "cocktail shack". Merkaba in My Hotel, Jubilee Square http://myhotels.com/brighton/food-drink/merkaba/ - it's where all the Brighton "beautiful people" go so it's a bit posy and very busy (12 mins). Bar Valentino is a minutes walk away from Merkaba above El Mexicano, another cocktail bar www.elmexicano.co.uk/valentino.html (10 mins). Hotel du Vin is nice https://www.hotelduvin.com/locations/brighton (12 mins). Cool bars: Black Dove (1 min walk), Brighton Rocks (both do cocktails - 1 min), Block (nice garden - 2 mins), Plotting Parlour which is hidden away down Steine Street off St James's Street is another cocktail bar which is usually a little quieter - http://brightonandhoveindependent.co.uk/a-jewel-of-a-cocktail-bar-where-hours-are-easily-lost/ - it's only a 4 minute walk from Kemp Town Loft. Cocktail bar ideas including what I've suggested here http://www.brightonvisitor.com/top-10/brighton-visitors-top-ten-cocktail-bars-2014/ This place on the seafront is fun - you drink in caves - it's near Regency Square towards town, busy and loud though (12 mins) http://www.designmynight.com/brighton/pubs/beachfront/the-tempest-inn. My favourite for quirky is Bom-Bane's (4 mins). https://bom-banes.com/ The loveliest lady Jane Bom Bane runs it - they have tables upstairs which do different things (I won't give away what they do - you need to work it out!) - it is often shut for private events so do double check. She does cocktails, very strong Belgian beer, food - it's really close to Kemp Town Loft on George Street which if you're walking down St James's Street is before you get to Morrisons. So my pub crawl to get there would be - go to the bottom of Devonshire Place - take a quick left for a cocktail in Black Dove, another in Brighton Rocks as you head into town, then Block, then St James's Tavern for a Tuaca (it's a-naturally flavoured brandy liqueur first imported into the UK in Brighton) then Bom-Bane's. Another place, that I've never been to, but it sounds wonderful if you're into tea and royalty - The Tea Cosy https://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/ShowUserReviews-g186273-d1127978-r33484359-The_Tea_Cosy-Brighton_East_Sussex_England.html. On a Sunday at 4pm you have for rise to the national anthem. Clubs: There's a burlesque club called Proud Cabaret - http://proudcabaretbrighton.com/ - it's in what was a mausoleum for the Sassoon family modelled on the Pavilion so it's very beautiful but I find the evenings there sometimes a bit hit and miss. If you do venture up there it's a 10 minute walk from See Saw Sea heading east - there are various pubs on your way - I would recommend Brighton Rocks, Black Dove, Sidewinder, Metro Deco for vintage and quirky - they do cocktails and the most excellent cake and tea so definitely recommend for during the day aswell, Hand in Hand (old brewery, tiny pub, ties hanging off the ceiling), Thomas Kemp. The i360 is worth a "flight" - sunset is lovely.
  • Such a wonderful little place to getaway from it all. Marina is a great host, and created the most amazing retreat. Well recommended.

  • Marina has a very stylish space, it is within walking distance of everything seafront in Brighton and was easy to find using directions. It was stunningly clean and looked after. the bathroom was excellent with a brilliant rainfall shower. would not hesitate to come back in summer when the balcony would be more useful!

    Dan2020-02-04T00:00:00Z
  • Fantastic little hideaway, perfect for two. Marina has though of everything and the house has so many thoughtful little touches. Right near the peer so within walking distance and as the bedroom is in the basement you cant hear the mad Sea Gulls when trying to slewp! We will definitely be booking again and if you are thinking of booking definitely do!!!

A light, spacious high-ceilinged romantic Edwardian balcony apartment 3mins walk from centre & less to the beach. The open-plan kitchen has exposed brickwork. The wooden floored living room has 2 sets of double doors to a balcony you can watch the world go by from. En suite bathroom has a roll-top bath, shower & underfloor heating. Last month we celebrated our 4th engagement at the flat. #Ask for longer stay prices. COVID 19: As per guidelines, flat thoroughly disinfected between bookings.
This regency flat has been lovingly refurbished. The open-plan living room has a beautiful wooden floor with sumptuous regency coving (restored by the same craftsman who worked on the Harry Potter movie sets) and a chandelier we love. There is a table seating four (it can open up for six), a comfy sofa and a flat-screen TV. Two double wooden doors open out onto the balcony with its table and chairs to sit at and watch the Brighton world go by. The modern kitchen, with an exposed feature wall, has a washing machine, microwave and dishwasher. The large bathroom has underfloor heating, a beautiful roll top bath (with overhead shower) more ornate coving and an exquisite exposed brick feature wall and designer sink. The carpeted bedroom has a large wardrobe and a hotel quality mattress. We know you will love it. The apartment is always warm and cosy and you are less than 200m to the sea and a three minutes walk into the centre of the city, while Waitrose is at the top of the street. And a host of great restaurants are easily walkable such as the Gingerman. It’s proved such an idyllic setting we are proud to say four couples have got engaged here during weekend breaks.
Brighton is unique. Wear what you like, say what you like - we live and let live here on the south coast and are not surprised by much. Just ask Disco Pete, the old guy approximately a million years old who turns up at any outdoor gig in the city come rain or shine and dances silently and joyfully by himself. I always think he embodies how Brighton people feel about their city - if you're happy and not hurting anyone - go for it! The house itself is on Sillwood Road a minute or so from the sea. There are some fantastic restaurants within easy walking distance including The Set on Regency Square and The Gingerman just off Norfolk Square. The new i360 viewing pod is a couple of minutes away and the pier is around a 15 minute walk. The famous Laines for the great shops are even closer.
  • This is a charming flat, in a fantastic location. It is well stocked and comfortable - with a beautiful bathroom.

  • A lovely place to stay whilst in Brighton. Close to everything with it being very central. The flat was clean, modern and felt so open. The windows on to the balcony really lighten the place up. The flat also has a huge bath. You can hear the neighbours sometimes, but they’re not noisy, usually only when someone is coming or going. Great experience and would recommend.

    Kai2020-01-16T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely place in such a good location. The flat was really well located and the host was really quick to respond. I booked last minute and Ben made it super easy. He also included a super useful binder with loads of local advise which was really helpful. Great experience.

  • Bens apartment is stylish and modern. The location is great. Literally 5 minutes from beach next to the i360 tower. Couldn’t ask for a better location. There were some lovely touches including a complimentary bottle of wine and chocolate. How thoughtful. The bathroom is amazing! Especially that bath! Me and my family had a wonderful stay and would stay here again for sure. Thanks Ben again.

  • The flat is perfectly placed in the centre of Brighton - a few minutes’ walk from the Pier, the Lanes and the Brighton Centre. Very smooth check-in process and great response times. The flat itself is beautiful - large rooms, great facilities and exactly how it looks in the photos. I wondered whether it may be loud at night given it is so central but it wasn’t. I would recommend this as a great place to stay in Brighton.

    Jo2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • Fantastic location so close to everything you want to see in Brighton either walking or close to bus stop. Lots of privacy with two separate bedrooms and bath separated by a large entrance. Lots of nice touches such as the electric fireplace, large bathtub, and efficient and well stocked kitchen. Also having the parking was fantastic since parking in Brighton can be a challenge.

    Carol-Lynn2020-02-29T00:00:00Z
  • Superb apartment very well located in Brighton. The equipment is perfect, the owner very responsive (little problem with the switch reported late at night, someone came to see the next morning).

  • Great place to stay, nice and secure and a great location to be able to walk everywhere. The car parking makes this a great place to stay. Loads of bedding and well looked after and clean. Weather didn’t allow us to use the balcony but I’m sure it’s great in the summer. Highly recommended it.

Lovely light and airy comfy double room with your own private bathroom.
Originally built in 1895, the house was completely renovated in 2011. It maintains its classic period character whilst providing for all modern living needs. The guest rooms are situated on the second floor with the kitchen/breakfast room on the lower ground floor. The house is large enough to offer you your own space so you won't feel crowded and you'll have as much privacy as you like.
This distinctive Victorian red brick terrace was originally built to house the academic staff of the prestigious Brighton College. The six storey house overlooks the playing fields and college, beyond that towards the sea. The Terrace is a nice quiet residential street, quiet enough to provide a relaxing stay but very convenient if you want to access the evening and nightlife that Brighton has to offer.
  • Stayed here for three nights and the hospitality was first class 👌 Thanks Mark

My dogs name is Sonny he is a lovely calm old boy, please note he is a dog and although I do try to keep the doggy smell at bay sometimes there may be a slight doggy smell...
  • The location is superb. Really near the station and a short walk to the lanes. The room was clean and tidy. Very good value for money.

  • Fantastic location, close to the station and Laines. Jamie wasn't there during my stay, but he kept in good contact, and made check-in very clear and easy. Will definitely be staying there again.

  • Amazing location - close to the train station and town. Stylish space with thoughtful touches. Quick communication from Jamie too! Can't wait to stay again.

  • Wonderful honor. Nice access from the station. So comfortable to explore Brighton

    Makoto2020-01-24T00:00:00Z
  • Great room very central and a couple of minutes away from train station. I was in Brighton for work headed to Bristol the next day and Jamie was super helpful and flexible with check in and check out. Great vibes, would have loved to get a chance to chat properly but unfortunately I was around only briefly as I’m travelling on business. Bed is comfy and had a superb nights sleep. Recommended and would love stay again when back in the area!

A classic, English holiday home is filled with natural light and modern decor, with luxe textures that honor the house's Victorian structure. Neutral hues are offset by jewel tones and cosy accents; from the roof terrace, take in surrounding Clifton Hill.
Located in a peaceful yet central area of Brighton, Clifton Hill, complete with sea views and easy access to the train station, seaside, Laines, and more.
  • Easily one of my favourite homes I’ve ever stayed in! The house has a fun mix of modern and vintage elements, and it is brimming with charm and character. We felt at home immediately. Eleanor is very helpful and responded quickly to inquiries during our stay.

  • Eleanor’s house was so lovely, would definitely recommend!

    Sophie2020-03-18T00:00:00Z
  • Three friends and I stayed for one night in Eleanor's beautiful home in Brighton. She sent comprehensive check-in details ahead of time and we found it easily. It is in a fantastic location, with pubs and shops with in a 5 min walking distance. The home itself is lovely with original features and comfy beds. I would recommend this stay. Thank you!

  • Elle’s house is just beautiful and so well located. I can’t write highly enough of it - the living room especially is such a lovely space. AirBnB at its absolute best!

  • Beautiful, light and stylish property. Spolessly clean. Ideal lication as only about 10mins from Brighton Dome. Really lovely. Hope to stay again one day

  • We stayed in Eleanor’s place for one night and it was wonderful. It’s situated in a quiet part of town, about a 15 minute walk to the seafront or to the Lanes and 3 minutes to Seven Dials, so perfect if you want a base to explore different parts of town. The house was clean and comfortable, and had all the amenities you would need for a short or long stay. The shower isn’t great but this is made very clear in the description and also in the signs in the house so wasn’t a problem for us. Eleanor was super helpful and responded to messages straight away, kept us up to date at all times and made our stay so easy. Excellent host, beautiful house and ideal location!

  • Housing very well located (10 min walk from the beach, 10 min from the center), quiet, neat decoration. Eleanore was very attentive. We will come back.

What a lovely house you guys have, such a perfect location. The flat was sparklingly clean and every little requirement was thought of. Lovely place and we’ll be back.

  • Perfect little studio for a peaceful break so close to Brighton. Communication was really easy and the place is really beautiful, quiet and modern. Thanks Kevin and Richard.

    David2020-02-18T00:00:00Z
  • A lovely studio, clean and stylish. Kevin and Richard gave very clear instructions and we loved the additional touches, like the bagels. The location was perfect for us, only a short taxi ride/drive to the marina or into the town centre and being out of town meant it was very quiet and peaceful. We would definitely recommend.

There are several good pubs within easy walking distance and cafes both up and down the hill.
