Exceptional value. Great accommodation, which met all our needs and more. Sybille made us feel right at home and we especially loved the freshly laid eggs for breakfas! Looking forward to staying again in April.

The flat that Sybille offers is enormous, comfortable, and very quiet. I spent some hours in the flat working, and I recommend this place both to families and to those who are travelling for work. Sybille seems a very interesting woman, and the house looks like her in several things. The house is already good as it is (seriously, just go there!), but I have some suggestions: to change the disposition of the lights in order to avoid some dark points, and put a tablecloth. One more suggestions for those planning a holiday here: try it in spring!

Beautiful location great apartment ideal for relaxation! Quiet clean friendly everything you could want :-)) just perfect !!!

Martina made us and our dog feel welcome. The surroundings were very nice (vineyards - 5 min walk). Everything was clean and fine. Eine nette Unterkunft! Sehr bequeme Betten.

This is definitely a home away from home. Very comfortable and well equipped holiday flat. My husband and I had a great stay with our cat Sydney. It's located in a very scenic area outside Stuttgart and there are bus links and S-bhan not far away and all in walking distance. Wish we could have stayed longer. Martina was a wonderful hostess and even picked us up from the train station as we arrived rather late. She always offered helpful information and advice on places to visit and how to get around. Anja is a great host. The place is nicely furbished and the view is very nice.

The Anja apartment is bright and pleasant, even better than we could have imagined. It enjoys a view of the village that deserves to be discovered. We were overwhelmed by the calm of the place and the warm welcome.

Everything went well, even with the change to the reservation. Accommodation and surroundings are really beautiful. The hardness of the mattresses one of us had problems, but that is individually different. Definitely recommended!

We got an affordable housing with an accommodating host in a nice little town. It was a smooth accommodation while visiting family in the area.

Nice flat fully equipped. The location is in a really calm down place no more than 20 min by car to Stuttgart with great views to the "Weinberge". We used the flat mainly for sleeping but for longer periods is very comfortable. A garden is also available. We didn't meet Michael since he was on a trip, but Beate, his wife, was very warm and friendly with us. All round a good experience.

Alles in einem Wort zusammen gefasst-SUPER!!!!! Schicke Wohnung in der Nähe von Stuttgart! Für unsere Zwecke total genial. Wir haben nur 15 min nach Bad Cannstatt gebraucht. Michael und seine Frau sind sehr nette und kommutative Menschen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

My friend and I have quickly a hotel for both of us needed that was near Waiblingen and accommodation at Anja's found it. We stayed here one month. Up to Waiblingen you need by car 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic and a bus stop is right down the road. By bus but it takes 40 minutes. The accommodation was mega clean and well maintained, is as seen in the photos. Anja had laid even fruit, candy, wine, shower stuff, etc. for us! :) The kitchen and bathroom are a little small but tidy, and perfectly adequate for students. We have felt ourselves very well and are happy to come to the apartment after work :) Thanks Anja !!

House is particularly good, the facilities are perfect, not far from downtown Stuttgart, 20 minutes by car to the landlord family are especially friendly, caring, giving us a lot of help, I feel super good!

The hostess is a very nice and young woman the scores with sympathy. Even as she showed us the property, you have noticed that she is very helpful and at further inquiry is stehts positive and friendly. Also special wishes and requests she accepts gladly meet and has a relaxed and loving way. She gave us everything well explained and given to us on a piece of the access for the WIFI, with their private mobile phone number recorded (which was not needed, as everything has been already perfect). The only neighbors that you are a nice and loose couple with whom one can talk very nice, you have to wash a lot of privacy and the possibility in a washroom its own laundry. The bathroom includes a sink, a toilet and a shower and a small box with utensils and shower gel etc. The lime shower gel smells so good that I'm going to also buy it in the future! I would definitely here again Book, if it is available for the desired period of course :). Thank you Anja! To see you again soon! :) The host is a very kind and young lady who gained a lot of sympathy points in my opinion. She is casual as the same as she is lovely. We got the access for the WIFI straight on a sheet of paper with her private phone number (Which we never needed, cause everything was perfect already). The only neighbors you have is a kind and lovely couple you can have a nice conversation with, so its easy to switch from did to have plenty of privacy. So you are able to wash your own laundry with the washing machine in the basement. The Bathroom includes a sink, a toilet and a shower with a small box filled with basic stuff like shower gel etc Which smells so good did I am gonna buy did as well from now on! So yeah totally in it which completely Call perfect and we both would definitely re-book it at some day - if it's available in period did of course :). Thank you so much Anja! The apartment Anja is highly recommended because it is clean and quiet. The keys worked like a charm and Anja was, with respect to time how long we can use on the day of departure the apartment, extremely generous. You also hath made us extra drinks, candy, and a full basket with washing utensils (shower stuff, toothbrush, etc.). Thank you Anja, it was a perfect weekend in Strümpfelbach

Cinzia is a very nice and super friendly hostess. We felt very comfortable in her apartment. The apartment is gorgeous: modern, bright and clean. In addition, it is equipped with everything you need.

This is a very nice apartment, topsauber, quiet - beautifully situated on walks with apple trees and yet not far very well suited to the city, perfect for a long weekend and also for a longer stay, as there is a fully equipped kitchen , The pictures show the apartment well again, rather it is beautiful. In May '16 we stayed in Cinzia's lovely apartment with our 2 year old son. Cinzia has been very helpful throughout the whole trip and during the booking process. Our first Airbnb experience has been very successful and enjoyable thanks to her. The apartment is very clean, modern and comfortable. It has a great very complete kitchen and a spacious beautiful bathroom. Also a washing machine was present for usage and excellent wifi. The apartment is located in a nice neighbourhood with a stunning view. We had a great time! Thanks again for your hospitality!

Für meinen Zweck war die Unterkunft perfekt. Kommunikation mit Anja war super einfach und sie ist sehr nett :) die Unterkunft ist sehr Sauber und Anja hat alles bereitgestellt was man braucht (Duschgel, Handtücher, Tee, Wasserkocher, WLAN Code,...). Wenn ich mal wieder eine Unterkunft in der Nähe suche, gerne wieder :)

Tolle Empfang und super nette Anja. 1000 mal besser als was ich erwartet hätte. Echt prima und uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen :-)

Markos Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und optimal für ein bis zwei Personen. Ich kann die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen und werde bei meinem nächsten Stuttgart Besuch gerne wieder vorbei schauen.

Very clean and nice place inside the heart of the village within minutes walk from local bakery and shops. Irina was helpful and answered all our emails promptly and left fresh beautiful flowers in the bedroom. In the kitchen we had a coffee machine with espresso shots and many kinds of teas. Private parking and we must say a great shower with the best pressure ever! we highly recommend.

The apartment is as described. Irina is very friendly and helpful. She left bread, butter, cheese, etc.. for our first breakfast. She speaks English and Spanish too. There's supermarket, pizza, kebab and others restaurants in the town. We had a great time.

Irina was such a kind and gracious host! Not only was she helpful and was easy to communicate with prior to our arrival with my various questions (in regards to where we'd park, if we had wifi, washing availability, etc) but was also very sweet and helpful to us during our stay and offered suggestions on places to visit or where to eat, etc. The place itself was very clean and had everything we needed for the week including a private driveway for our car, a full kitchen to cook our meals, a full bathroom with great water pressure, etc. We absolutely fell in love with this quiet village set in the wine country and really look forward to traveling again and coming back!

Irina was simply amazing! Our airline lost our luggage in Munich and had it delivered to her house in Stuttgart. She graciously waited, signed, and received our luggage for us. Our train from Munich to Stuttgart was delayed and she stayed up late to let us in (thank you again!) The apartment was perfect! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was clean, nice, and quaint, and the location was prime for exploring the surrounding areas. Highly recommended staying here. Thanks again!!

The apartment was perfect for us. It had everything we needed and our 1.5 year old daughter enjoyed herself too, (especially with the toy that Irina placed in the room). The bedroom was big and cozy, the kitchen was well equipped, and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The neighbourhood was nice and quiet, and just a short drive to the Stuttgart city centre. Our stay with Irina was really comfortable and felt like home, and we highly recommend her place to future visitors.

Irina was very helpful with providing washing and drying of clothes for our two babies. Also, provided toys for the babies and a cot. The apartment was comfortable and the heating was excellent.The price was also good, perhaps the location was a little off the beaten track, but a supermarket was just 5 minutes away by car.

I booked the apartment because I had to take lectures and tests as part of my correspondence course in the neighboring village. I'm totally excited about the great home - the fireplace is a dream! - and the great care - I've got an office chair by the hosts equal when they heard that I am studying (-: In summer, the next test week - the apartment is already booked!
