Apartment at the city park

Beautiful apartment half under roof overlooking the park. Parking lot at the house. The approach from the highway is super easy. Located in the middle of the countryside and yet only a 10 minute walk to the city center. Planetarium, Starlight, stadium, Bermuda triangle, Catholic train station (cultural site), playhouse, shopping - all within walking distance. There are a few close to recommended restaurants. For jogging, walking, pedal boating or visiting animal park, you only have to cross the road.
