Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Mireille. Très belle maison et très bel et agréable environnement. La chambre est isolée avec une douche et un toilette uniquement pour nous . Le lit est très confortable. Je recommande ce logement et remercie Mireille pour sa gentillesse .

We were made very welcome and the place is magical. Too bad we were not able to take the time to discover the kingdom of old books ... The room is simply authentic and modern at once: we loved it! We hope to return to beautiful days to even better use. Finally, we admire Nadia and Henri commitment regarding entertainment, culture and nature. It has to be done !!!

We were in France on a two day house hunting trip and Nadia & Henri were extremely accommodating in giving us early access to the room and providing an early breakfast on the Sunday. The room was clean and fabulously decorated. Really quirky and very in keeping with the barn it was converted from. Breakfast was bread, pastries, fruit yogurt and coffee. Perfect to set us up for the day ahead. Our 6 year old daughter loved the animals and all the books in the room. Would recommend to anyone.

I felt be welcome because I was expected when I arrived. I was greeted pleasantly and I was put at ease immediately by Martine and Didier. The room is really the same as the picture and everything was perfect.

The house and the room are very nice and very neat. Martine and her husband welcomed with great kindness and even made us a great breakfast shared with guests on the terrace. Warm welcome and nice meeting! I recommend !

We loved to stay in this beautiful and colorfull house! Martine and Didier were very very kind with us. We loved the familiar atmosphere! The room and the bathroom were perfect,clean and bright. Outside breakfast has been a very good moment to share with them!

Jean-Paul and Françoise are very welcoming and the apartment and the garden. Little touches have affected us throughout the stay, and the place is very well equipped (and clean) both indoor and outdoor activities. Thank you to them both for their warm hospitality.

Jean Paul and Françoise would be two of the most hospitable people I have ever met. They not only opened their beautiful unit to us but their home and hearts. The area is amazing and with a car you have access to castles and the old city of La Mans as well as the beautiful country side and small villages. A highly recommended stay in our books.

We had a lovely time with Jean Paul and his family - sadly for one night but we will definitely return for longer. Their house is stunning. Loads of additional extras too: the pool, kids toys, hot tub..... Huuuuuge garden! We enjoyed some bubbles on their terrace on arrival, we talked about the area and our families. Jean-Paul brought us croissants and baguettes, with beautiful jams and coffee! We are so glad we found Jean-Paul!

Wow! Great hosts, great house, couldn't ask for more. Jean Paul and Francoise were extremely welcoming and couldn't have been more helpful. Really felt relaxed from arrival to departure. Woke to a delivery of fresh croissants and baguette. If you want somewhere to stay with a bit of luxury (hot tub and pool) that's also child friendly, with the trampoline, neighbouring sheep to feed, fruit trees (the peaches were delicious) then look no further. A short drive from Le Mans but in a very rural, tranquil setting. Highly recommended and we hope to return next year.

Very good stay. Even without the sun, we were able to enjoy all the activities offered by the garden: petanque, barbecue, swimming pool, jacuzzi, trampoline. Deposit breakfast is a good formula. Fridge and cupboard filled are appreciated too! Three days between very friendly friends!

This place far exceeded our expectations and we left, wishing we would have stayed longer. Francoise and Jean Paul made us feel so welcome, with the Icelandic flag greeting us (Icelanders) at the gate. It‘s a perfect place to go with kids – with a pool, a jaccuzi, petanque court and so much more in the garden. The apartment itself is just great, and the hosts have obviously put a lot of work into the place, thinking of every detail to make the stay as enjoyable as possible for the guests. To top things off, Jean Paul and Francoise brought us freshly baked bread from the bakery in the morning! We cannot recommend Jean Paul‘s and Francoise‘s place enough :)

Great location just off the motorway but far enough away to provide perfect tranquility and silence. Our family loved our stay and we're just sad it wasn't for longer. They have so many things to do: pool, Pétanque, football, table tennis, hot tub, trampoline and a large garden. The photos do not do it justice. The accommodation is very comfortable and they have a well equipped kitchen - which includes a coffee maker - coffee provided! Would unreservedly recommend Jean-Paul and Francoise B&B. Thanks both for a great - albeit too short - stay!

We had a lovely stay with Nicolas in the countryside near Le Mans. It was beautifully quiet, and Nicolas has set up the place like a real B&B, and provides a lovely breakfast spread. He was extremely welcoming and helpful in providing information and suggestions about things to do nearby. We would highly recommend Nicolas' place!

Great place for a stop over or to visit Le Mans. Owner Nick is fluent in English. So that is a big advantage. B&B is situated in a beautiful agricultural area. So nice and peacefull. Nick was very helpfull with finding a place to eat after we arrived late. Furthernmore they served a great breakfast with a delicious home made cake. All in all a good way to end our vacation.

We had a lovely stay for one night in this beautiful property. Out in the middle of peaceful farmland with very comfortable accommodation. Nicolas was very welcoming and we particularly enjoyed the wonderful breakfast which included home baked apple crumble.

Nice clean room and comfortable in a beautiful house, which has a garden in the surrounding fields. Quiet and bucolic atmosphere. Hearty breakfast with croissants and home crumble particular. And finally very welcome by the master of the house! We recommend if you are visiting or living in Sarthe!

Nicholas welcomed us after a frustrating battle with our Sat Nav which didn't find the address. However the location is incredibly beautiful and peaceful. Our room was perfect for our one night stop over on our journey to SouthWest France. Nicolas had kindly added an extra mattress for our youngest child and the room was very clean. The only disadvantage to this property is the staircase leading up to the rooms; we have young children so always had to escort them up and down. However the garden was absolutely what our 3 boys needed after travelling from Calais- table tennis, football goals and hammocks made for a wonderful evening in the garden! Breakfast was a French feast and very plentiful. All in all a perfect stay en route to our holidays.

Everything was consistent with the description and the house was cozy, warm and quiet. We slept great with my 3 friends and n were not very far from the circuit of 24 hours of Le Mans. I really recommend this house and this host, available and helpful.

Max and Sophie and their 4 kids are the best hosts ever, we had a wonderful time there! The house was clean, nicely decorated, had everything we needed to make our stay relaxing and comfortable. Nice extra was the fireplace in the house. Lots of outdoor games were available and even canoeing would have been possible. They were very helpful in giving tips about sightseeing and horseback riding. We definately will go back there!
