Alojamiento perfecto y muy bien situado. Todo muy limpio. Isa y Erwan son una pareja genial y servicial, que te reciben con los brazos abiertos. Para repetir.

En allant dans le studio d'Isa, vous recevrez un accueil chaleureux mais pas envahissant, vous pourrez profiter de la terrasse, d'une entrée privée, et d'une très bonne localisation dans la ville de Vitré qui a plus à offrir qu'on ne peut s'en douter !

Avons passé une nuit dans le studio d'Isabelle, logement très confortable et très propre, dans un quartier calme, ville très sympa avec des beaux endroits chargés d'histoire, et chose très importante un accueil très chaleureux, à conseiller Magali & Hervé de Loire Atlantique

Studio bien agencé et clair en plein centre de cette ville médiévale. Isa est vraiment aux petits soins. En voyage professionnel, c'était très agréable d'avoir l'impression de rentrer chez soi le soir. Je reviendrai! A noter: pour le petit dej, Isa met à disposition café instantané et thé + madeleines mais il y a trois bonnes boulangeries + un resto à moins de 100m

Le studio, entièrement rénové, est très agréable. Idéalement situé, à 2 pas du centre historique et du vallon de la vilaine. La cour intérieur est un vrai havre de paix. Et l'accueil d'Isa est des plus chaleureux. Merci pour ce séjour, je reviendrai bientôt.

It takes just 1 minute from the train and the studio was cleaned and comfortable. Michèle prepared some tea,coffee and towels!!! I really liked the studio. Me and my friend stayed very well. It is adequate for staying two people.

Vitré was a quit and beautiful town. We enjoyed our stay there and at Michele studio. She met us at the station and was very helpful. The sofa-bed is small but OK for two people for 1-2 nights.

A delightful small studio flat on the top (3rd) floor right I the centre of town. We arrived much earlier than anticipated but after a phone call Michele arrived within a few minutes to greet us. This was much appreciated. She was happy for us to store our cycles inside the lobby which meant they were under cover and secure. This also was much appreciated. The studio had all that we needed, including a sofa bed which was extremely comfortable so we had a good night's sleep. Michele also provided several items for our breakfast. The shower is excellent. All in all very good value.

Wonderful apartment, my wife and I had such a great time! The location couldn't have been more perfect, the apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. When we arrived there was milk, orange juice, butter, rolls and coffee waiting for us which was a very nice personal touch. We would definitely recommend this apartment to others!

Easy to locate and super convenient to access, the host has thought through every step to make it possible to arrive on your own schedule which simplifies matters greatly when you are not sure of your arrival time. Très bel appartement en duplex, confortable, vraiment dans l'hyper centre ville, à 2 minutes de la gare SNCF et de toutes les commodités, ce qui est très pratique ! Gilles a été très réactif et facilement joignable, tout s'est bien passé.

J'étais tout seul pendant mon séjour chez Gilles mais je peux dire que l'appartement est parfait pour 4 ! Très spacieux et modernes, rien ne vous manquera. Gilles se montre également disponible et à l'écoute. Vous serez également à quelques minutes de la gare de Vitré et au cœur même de la ville. Je recommande en tout point ce lieu.

Bel appartement bel emplacement

The new spacious apartment was very comfortable and quiet with modest decor. The windows offer great light and the blinds darken for a great sleep. It has all the basics for cooking. Conveniently located for walking to the old town multiple times a day. The washing machine came in handy for our long trip but there was no manual for it in the binder compiled with other info. You have to turn the water on for the washer. The retractable clothes line above the machine worked for us. The off street parking is right in front of the apt windows for easy access and security. It would be easy to spend a week or longer in this apartment. Jean-Paul was very cordial.

The apt was far beyond our expectations, it's really spacious, clean and equipped with everything you would use at home - including dishwasher and hairdryer, etc. The owners are really sweet, they don't speak english but we managed to understand each other anyway. It has a big parking space and its very close to the town on foot (it's actually in the old town). Vitré is a beautiful, cute and calm place where you can chill and breathe history in too (tipical french town). It was the perfect place to stay! Warm recommendations.

Very good hosts. The apartment is way better than what it looks on pictures. It's clean and fully equipped, with very spacious washing room and living room. The location is fantastic that we feel we are living in the mountain... Have parking space.

Un hébergement tout à fait confortable et neuf et des propriétaires très sympathiques . Un quartier tranquille et la possibilité de garer sa voiture dans une cour. La proximité de la Vilaine et de ses chemins de randonnées, mais aussi la proximité de la vieille ville, des restaurants, du château où l'on peut aller à pieds rendent le séjour agréable pour qui veut visiter.

Beautifully appointed flat up a funky spiral staircase, very tastefully decorated. A well stocked kitchen, washing machine and tumble drier. Right in the beautiful historic centre of Chateaugiron. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely two nights stay in this beautifully presented and individual apartment. The interior design gave us a real treat! So many details to observe and admire. The spiral staircase to enter the apartment was a challenge so we left our bigger bags at the bottom of the stairs.... not a problem for two nights. The bedrooms and bathrooms were excellent. Parking in a very local carpark was easy and with space to unload and load at the door. Patrick showed us around and was the perfect host. He was just around the corner in his fascinating shop, L'Atelier Baroque.

We loved the apartment, compact and very comfortable - exactly as described. It is close to the centre of Vitre, in an attractive location full of character and atmosphere. Gilles was very helpful and attentive, and the housekeeper Adeline was also helpful and friendly.

Once again, another lovely stay in Vitre. I normally stay in another property owned by Gilles, but it was booked. This one is much the same; smaller, but very quiet, clean and comfortable. Excellent wifi, and no surprises.

Gil wrote several charming and helpful notes in French to us by email. The town is lovely. But unfortunately our plans changed the day before we were due to stay at his apartment. We will be travelling this way again next year and we hope to book the apartment again, it looks lovely.

Really good experience. The apartement is exacly like in the photos and really next to the train station. The manual was precise and absolutly complete about what to do.

The host was present when I arrived. They help me with my luggage. They showed me my room and bathroom. The towels were already prepared. They proposed to have my towels renewed during my stay. The bathroom was not en suite. it was to be shared with the host. The host was present during my stay so I did not use the other amenities. The surrounding is very safe and it is really in the center of Vitre. Very cool host. Toilet at the ground and first floor separated from the bathroom which is good. Note that there is a cat. So people needs to like cats or not be allergic to them.

A really nice Appartment in the beautiful old town of Vitre. The owner of the appartment has been very helpful and flexible, a very host. The appartment itself has all you need for a relaxed stay, a living room with a big TV screen and a fully equipped kitchen and the fridge is full of food/drinks, you just pay what you use. Hihg value for money, will come back for sure!

It was a real pleasure to stay at Gilles place. Very organised and tastefully decorated. Beautiful view of the castle and just a short walk from the town centre. We would definitely go back again!!! :-)

We had a lovely time in Vitre. Gil's apartment is comfortable and homey. He has thought about all a traveler needs. The apartment was very clean, well-stocked with additional foods that could be purchased. This was very handy as shops were closed when we arrived. We hope to return to Vitre and we will look up Gil in the future.

Logement très bien situé à 2 min des grands axes mais en campagne idéal pour être au calme. Accueil super, un logement propre et bien agencé de façon à s'y sentir très vite comme chez soi.

Logement bien situé au calme à 10 minutes de Rennes. Le cadre est confortable, tout est fonctionnel. On n'a pas vraiment eu le temps de profiter de tout à cause de notre très court séjour, mais on recommande.

Accueil très sympathique et chaleureux, même avec une heure de retard à l'arrivée. Laurent est venu nous chercher depuis Brécé. Lieu aéré, et très conforme à ce qui est annoncé, plus les fruits dy verger sur la table de la cuisine, beaucoup d'espace et le plus de l'odeur délicieuse des draps de lit et serviettes de bain, on s'est sentie comme à la maison! A recommander!!!
