Dream house with home cinema close to vineyards

Welcome to the Black Forest! This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. The approximately 50 sqm large attic apartment with living room, open kitchen, bedroom and bathroom is completely covered with oak parquet or old plank floor.
