Please note: Tourist tax: 3,30/2,20 €daily, not applicable for business stays. Small but nice studio on the 3rd floor (with elevator) of a villa from the turn of the century. 30 sqm freshly renovated with 2 single beds , which can be converted to a double bed on request, a cozy sitting/dining area, flat screen (DVTB), radio, CD player. New kitchenette with all necessary cooking utensils (dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer combination, microwave, coffee machine, senseo, toaster.....) Completely renovated bathroom with shower and toilet. In the entrance area there is a spacious built-in wardrobe. The house is situated in a quiet but central location in the so-called poetry district, a few minutes walk from the spa park and the world-famous Art Nouveau spa, as well as from most of the many clinics and spa facilities for which Bad Nauheim is known. Train station and downtown are also only about 10 minutes away on foot. The extensive spa park with the large pond offers the opportunity to rest and relax, but also to play minigolf and chess. During the season you can skate in the adjacent ice stadium or visit one of the exciting ice hockey games of the "Red Devil Bad Nauheim". By the way, Bad Nauheim was the residence of Elvis and his family during his army time in Friedberg. For this reason, there is an Elvis festival every year in mid-August, which is now very well known and well attended in relevant circles. Try to rent a room during this time in Bad Nauheim....! In addition, the spa administration offers a variety of lectures, guided tours and events. The surroundings invite you to hike (Taunus and Wetterau) and numerous other interesting places (Frankfurt /M. - city and airport, Friedberg, Bad Homburg, Wetzlar, Saalburg, etc.) can be easily reached after a short drive.
