Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti, which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 10min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths right behind the house as well as two good restaurants.

Sans Souci OG, with lake view

The Chalet Sans Souci is situated on the sunny hill of Arosas and has an unobstructed view of the beautiful upper lake and the imposing mountain panorama of Arosa. In winter, the chalet is ski-in and it's only a few minutes far to the lift (Prätschli) with the free Arosa bus, as well as to the Weisshorn gondola and the train station. It was built in 1948 by the entrepreneur Arthur Frey (Kleider Frey), an Arosa guest and patron.

The newly renovated studio is located in the best location in the heart of Arosa. Shopping and the bus stop are right in front of the house. The property is ideal for two people. The apartment is also suitable for a small family with one to two children. The two freestanding sofa elements are transformed into a large bed (240x200). There is no parking at the house. The "Brüggli" parking garage at the ski school is best suited.
