We didn't meet the host as she was away but received clear instructions for finding the apartment prior to arrival. The apartment was fabulous, quiet location in a lovely neighbourhood 20min walk from Stratford. Clean and tidy and relatively spacious with easy parking would highly recommend.

Jane ensured a hassle free check in. The accommodation was very nice. It is surrounded by greenery and very near to Shakespeare's birthplace, to see which we had chosen to book with her. Though the weather was grey, we had a good time.

Although Jane wasn't there to meet us she provided good communications and hard copy information in the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped and the dining area was good. The bedroom was disappointing in that it was only possible to access the window side of the bed by crawling over the bed. The bathroom was OK but the shower lacked pressure control and the screen did not keep all the shower water within the bath. Lack of an extractor fan meant that the window had to be left open! The parking area was crowded but with luck a parking slot was found. The apartment is up 2 flights of stairs.

Jane was very welcoming and helpful. Her place is in a great location - just near enough to Stratford and all it has to offer while set in lovely peaceful countryside. There was also handy village shop.A lovely place to stay. I wish we could have spent longer there.

Jane's flat was a delight. It looks slightly unpromising from the outside, but inside it is stylishly and tastefully decorated and has a very welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The bedroom was very comfortable, the bathroom was spotless and had excellent shower pressure, and the kitchen was beautifully equipped. It is located down a quiet lane in the village of Tiddington, and if you're not driving then it's a short bus ride (catch the X18 outside the Nat West bank) from Stratford's centre - you could even walk it in about 40 minutes if you're feeling energetic! We didn't check them out, but Tiddington village (4 minutes' walk from Jane's flat) has a pub, at least a couple of restaurants, and a small supermarket. We've visited Warwickshire before, but this was our first time in Stratford and we loved it. All in all, Jane's flat represents great value in terms of completely self-contained accommodation within easy reach of one of the most delightful and culturally rich holiday destinations in the country.

Lovely flat. Good range of facilities and equipment. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Jane is lovely and welcoming. Location is brilliant for getting into Stratford. Views out of the windows were great and a beautiful sunset was laid on for us.

Jane was very nice and quick to respond when we had issues with the apartment however, timings on heating should be adjustable for visitors. We were cold in the evening and I had a cold shower on the first night. Thank you for the dinner recommendation. Lamb was a really nice place to celebrate a birthday.

Jane made us really welcome and even picked us up from the station saving us a cab fare to the flat. The flat itself was perfect for our needs and we felt really relaxed. Lovely quiet neighbourhood and building. Would definitely stay at Jane's again.. it's a real home from home and plants and flowers everywhere make it very cheerful and welcoming. All in all.. pretty perfect.

It is a great location to relax & enjoy the Warwickshire Countryside. Henley in Arden & Stratford on Avon are close enough but not too close so can be very peaceful at night. A Wonderful Property & Wonderful Host. I would recommend to anybody.

Sally is a lovely host. She greeted us upon arrival and made sure we were comfortable. She gave us advice about places/pubs/& restaurants to see. The place was immaculate and nicely decorated. Nice quiet area about 15 min walk to the city centre. Would highly recommend!

The house was lovely and we had a great stay here. Would definitely recommend it, was in central location. Sally was a wonderful host and was great to meet her!

Sally's apartment exceeded our expectations. The apartment is clean, warm, and has everything you need for a short stay in Stratford. Best of all, it is a short walk from the railway station, grocery store, and all of the major sites. Sally and Graham have taken a lot of care with this space and their knack for hospitality shows. Definitely would return!

Such a lovely apartment and a nice walk to town. Sally met us on arrival and is just delightful. Warm and comfy place, would definitely come back again which is quite likely given the RSC is not far away.

Sally's flat is perfectly lovely! We were able to walk to restaurants and shops quickly and easily. Lots of menus and maps to help guide us. Very clean and nicely furnished, everything we needed was right here. We even ran into Sally and her husband our first night here out in a local restaurant.

Great little flat in a quiet road a 10 to 15 minutes walk away from town. It was just about the right size for the two of us. Sally was a really helpful host. I would definitely come here again.

The AirB&B is in a great location to see all the sights around Stratford upon Avon. It was so handy to walk to all the Shakespeare houses and so close to the train station. Sally went out of her way to make our stay memorable.

Compact, nice and cosy, have everything you need. Was deeply impressed by the lingering sweetness of incense, the decorative flower and clean, fluffy rugs. Sally's a great and considerate host as well. Definitely recommend it!

This is a lovely secluded apartment in a beautiful little village. Amazing walks right on your doorstep as well as a couple of village shops and nice pubs. Perfect for a few days away from the hustle and bustle. The apartment is really well equipped and homely.

This is a great self-contained unit with everything you need. My wife and I loved every minute of our stay. It is located in a great little town in walking distance from a store and several restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent Stay

The loft was in the centre of Mickleton with easy access to the pubs, restaurants and shops. It was very quiet and had plenty of space for two people. There were some lovely walks to some spectacular pubs. We especially liked the Ebrington Arms in Ebrington. It was a very cold weekend but the loft was lovely and warm. We made several meals and found the kitchen very well equipped. Katy left us some valentine chocolates and a bottle of wine, which were very much appreciated.

Lovely and romantic hideaway just the tonic for a mid winter getaway. Super position with pubs and restaurant on the doorstep. Would definitely recommend.

Great apartment, good communication with Katy (the host) and wonderful little village. The apartment had everything we needed and is a great little space. We cooked meals and went out too. Bought ingredients from the local butcher and veg shop and there's also a little village shop for anything else you might need. We ate one evening at the Kings Arms which is a short walk from the apartment - food and service was superb and prices were very reasonable. Plenty of National Trust places in the vicinity if you're a member and lovely little villages too - Chipping Campden was lovely definitely worth a visit. All in all a great stay!

Cosy single room in a convenient location. Siobhan was laid back and made me feel very welcome in her homely flat.

Excellent room accommodation! It's the perfect room to stay for a lovely weekend in Stratford-upon-avon. It's a short walk to the main areas and an even shorter walk from the train station!

Fantastic location. Flexible and kind host. Everything was made really easy.

I had a short stay at Siobhan's flat, but it was a wonderful stay! Siobhan was very accommodating and was very easy to reach if I had a question or issue (but I had no issues). The flat is in town, but the walk was farther than I thought if you're spending a lot of your time near the RSC theater like I was, but it was still easy and doable. The water pressure in the shower wasn't very strong nor did it get very warm (which I like) so don't expect the shower to be great. Other than that, it was a great place to stay for just a quick weekend getaway.

Perfect room and location for what I needed

A lovely flat in a perfect central location. Flat was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Susie was a very welcoming host. I would happily stay here again.

We stayed at Susie's flat for two days as we explored beautiful Stratford, and it was just what we needed. We used the flat primarily for sleeping, showering, and a tea break or two, as for the most part we were out in town. It was comfortable and convenient as can be--the parking space right next to the flat was valuable to us, as was the location of the flat itself. We were in walking distance to everything we wanted to explore. Highly recommended.

The communications from Susie were very good. The place was really nice too, cosy, quiet and central with high quality finish in the kitchen and bathroom which adds to the experience. Having a parking space in central Stratford is also very useful. I would happily stay again. Thanks!

Location, location, location! We have just spent two days in Stratford with tickets for an RSC performance. You can actually see the theatre from the front door! The studio apartment is very clean, compact, light and tastefully decorated - perfect for our needs. The location is so central and the car parking place is a wonderful added bonus. (You certainly don't need to drive to explore Stratford from the house). The bench at the back of the house was a perfect place to watch the world go by, literally, on the canal, late afternoon and early evening and such a sun trap. Perfect for our needs.

Communication with Susie was great. We were able to check in early with short notification. This apartment is nice and the location is beyond great. There was also a bench outside to sit along the canal which we used in the morning to have our coffee. Stratford is a lovely place and you don't have to be a Shakespeare fiend to enjoy it. I would definitely recommend the apartment and hope to stay here again if we get back to Stratford-upon-Avon.

Lovely flat in a great location, literally a hop away from everything. Be careful about the parking space, and make sure you park literally right next to the flower beds/grass area (can't remember if there were small bushes or not) ! We were happy with our stay until a situation with an aggressive neighbour we were not warned about, due to the parking space, which was not communicated or made very clear in the parking description!!! He claimed we were in his space, which we weren't, we were just slightly over into the next space, but the parking spaces aren't numbered or clearly marked, apart from a yellow post in-between each space. This situation has happened before with previous people who have stayed there, as he was unnecessarily furious and angry about this happening all the time, and when Susie heard about it she urged us to be sure we had parked correctly (I'm assuming because she knows of his behaviour). Due to his harassing us, we did not feel safe and had to report him to the police, so just make sure you are clear about the parking if you are bringing a car!

Lovely apartment - so central! Fantastic location. Susie was very helpful and overall our stay was great.

A pleasant stay

This was a bit of a surprise really, as we booked mainly for the location (which is great if you want to be in central Stratford) and convenience. What we hadn't expected was a newly decorated, very plush apartment (lovely bedding!), with all sorts of little extra conveniences like a phone charger and a Bluetooth speaker. It's super-comfortable and very smart, all helped along by Simon who was very helpful when booking and giving us advice on finding them/parking etc. It really couldn't have been better for us and we will definitely book again.

We were made to feel very welcome, with a fantastic welcome pack including cake and wine. The studio apartment was really well presented, with everything we needed for a great stay. Surrounding areas and attractions kept us very busy. Definitely somewhere we will return to.

Staying at Percy's Barn was a wonderful experience for us. Karen made it even more special as it was a birthday and she arranged for my missus to have a home baked cake, wine and decorated the barn beautifully with balloons and all sorts. The barn is such a treat and is incredibly cosy - it's one of the best we have stayed in with a welcome pack with bread, cereals, eggs, croissants, juice and milk etc which you simply don't get places you go to. It's warm, cosy and well laid out and around 10 minutes drive from Stratford upon Avon making this really ideal. Karen was really communicative and gave some great tips and made this stay memorable - we will be returning again! Thanks so much again Karen!

We had a fantastic stay in this unique and picturesque cottage! A stunning location only 10/15 mins away from Stratford! The cottage has everything you need for a self catered vacation and was so well equipped! We would definitely return!

A good place to stay.

Thank you Karen for a lovely weekend in Percy's Barn, we loved it. Arriving to a basket of goodies that kept us going all weekend was a complete surprise and such a lovely touch. The kitchen cupboards are stocked with all the basics you would normally have to take to a self-catering accommodation, plus breakfast cereals, tea and coffee. The barn is cosy and warm with a very comfortable bed, modern kitchen and gorgeous shower room stocked with lovely body lotions, hand creams and the most amazing smelling room atomiser, I am going to have shop to find one for my own bathroom now! The barn is a very short walk to the river which we walked along and through the fields to The Four Alls pub at the edge of the village. Our favourite pub just five minutes walk away, was the The Bell Inn, it serves fabulous food with great service from all the staff, book a table in advance and you won't be disappointed. Lastly Karen made us feel so welcome, even messaging me one night just to see if we were warm enough, just lovely! Thank you for making our rare weekend away together so comfortable and wonderful. Airbnb every time for us now!

This is a great place, very comfortable and lovely touches including the offer of a glass of wine and breakfast provided for you to enjoy in your own time. Ideal- very highly recommended!

Perfect snug for a weekend getaway. Plenty of things to do a short drive away and if the weather is not so great, a warm, comfortable place to chill out and watch Netflix! Lovely walk along the river right outside the door. Highly recommended!

Private little place, in a lovely setting, was clean with everything we needed. Although might be easier to have a bath than a shower if you are tall. Good location, a short drive away from Warwick and Stratford upon Avon in the car . Simon was very friendly on arrival, gave us some good information about parking when going sightseeing.

Simon is a great host & made us feel welcome. He was very friendly, & provided good information about the area. The loft house was clean, and very pleasant. The surrounds are rural, with lovely views & quiet. Though it's a rural location, it's not far to shops, restaurants, pubs etc. If we are welcome, we would definitely stay again.

This apartment is cosy and in a great location for visiting Stratford and Warwick. It is clean and is very quiet at night. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and it was nice to have a sitting room. We were using data for Internet and found service to be sporadic. We would stay there again if we ever came back to England.

We enjoyed our romantic break in this cosy and well presented garage loft conversion. The views are beautiful out back. It's an ideal place for one or two people looking for a relaxing retreat or romantic break. It's well placed for trips around Stratford and Warwick. We particularly enjoyed visiting Charlecote Park, a local National Trust property.

Throughout arranging my visit, Ashley resopnded promptly to queries and we were in communicatino by text on the day, when I was give clear instructions by text for finding the rear of the property, with Ashley there to meet me on arrival. The neighbourhood was very quiet but with everything you need just a short way up the road. The flat is comfy with everything you need for a few days or more, as per listing.

I have stayed a few times when working in the area. The flat is ideal as it close to travel links. Ashley and Natelie are always very welcoming.

Had a great stay at Ashleys place. it was as described and any questions i had were answered quickley. I would stay here again.

Welcoming from the start to the end of my stay. A beautifully decorated flat with everything you need. The location is ideal both for exploring the area or in my case using it as a base to work in Birmingham for a few days. A 5 minute walk to the station and a regular (and cheap) service to Birmingham made it a great alternative to staying outside of the noise and bustle of the city.

The annexe was a lovely and cosy stay over our stay. It is very open plan, which helps it feel spacious and comforting. The hosts were lovely people, providing us the privacy you need, whilst always being ready to help with any queries. They were also very quick to respond to any queries and very clear and concise in doing so. Well worth a stay and would recommend to anyone!

Area is very peaceful and not far from the station making it easy to get to Birmingham. Near Redditch town centre so good for getting into town. Nice private place away from noise and disruption. Good hosts willing to help when necessary, would recommend to others.

The Tack Room is a pleasant little set-up with a decent kitchen with all the equipment most could want and a comfortable living room with responsive central heating. Upstairs follows suit with a lovely bathroom and a decent double bed and firm mattress. The Tack Room is a pleasant walk from town and if you hop in the car it's a short trip to any of the local supermarkets.

I can't recommend the Tack room enough, what a super place to stay. It's cosy, very clean, and just a relaxing place to stay. We loved it! Close enough to town to walk to the many places to visit . Anne Hathaway's cottage is just up the road so you can pop on the tour bus there, you can buy a ticket on the bus for the tour and the 5 places to visit, it's a great saving.

Our stay at the Tack Room was lovely. We didn't get chance to meet Phillipa but the place had everything we needed. Was a great stay and she was kind enough to give us directions and our arrival and departure were smooth and hassle free. We were a stones throw away from Anne Hatheways cottage and it was a pleasant walk to the town centre to see some of the other Shakespeare sites. I wish I had longer in the property... highly recommend!!

The Tack Room is perfect for a couple wanting a quiet retreat in Stratford. A very pleasant fifteen minute walk from the town, it's an incredibly well designed, immaculate place to stay with everything that you need.

A wonderful place in a beautiful location. Our only struggle was the bed as we are used to a king size, but other than that I would recommend this place to anyone.

My boyfriend and I had the most wonderful weekend in this cosy B and B. Everything had been thought of. The bed and sofa both extremely comfy, the perfect place for a relaxing weekend. The area was beautiful and we really enjoyed the food both at their local pub and at the boot in lapworth under Trudi's recommendation. Thank you Trudi, your beautiful home really made our weekend.

The flat is lovely and in a great location. It has everything you need to have a comfortable stay, fantastic shower, comfortable bed, and cosy sitting room! Trudi is a great host and nothing was too much trouble for her when I needed a cafetiere and a hairdryer. Ireally enjoyed my week at the flat and would have no hesitation in returning.

The flat was really lovely, very clean and had all of the amenities that we could possibly need. The shower room was great and the bed very comfortable. We had a fantastic stay.
