Cocktail Bar
“Second best place to go get your drink(s) on in Aarhus. Very chill place that plays a lot of hip hop tunes in a low key environment. P.s. no dance floor, so this is mostly for sitting, chatting and enjoying the drinks!”

“DOKK 1 is located nbext to the harbour by the sea side. enter the stairs to the first floor (outside steps) and you'll find a gret playing garden for your children, and a good view point for you at the same time. DOKK1 is a pubvlic library but there are outdoor activities interated on the first floor terrasse that goes al around the building, which you may check out. Very Danish way of thinking play ground for the children. next by on ythe ground floor is a fountaine which you can run barefooted in between during summer time. ”

“If you are here a Sunday you should try their Sunday brunch! It’s fantastic! It might seem a bit expensive (225kr) but it’s a buffet where they make fresh egg dishes, pancakes, and all drinks (coffee, fresh orange juice and cremant) are included. The staff is really relaxed and friendly and sometimes they ask you for help to sable their cremant. (Remember to book a table in advance). Their dinner at evening is typically French. Jægergaardsgade 65.”

“Aarhus Theater is located at Bispetorv and just the facade of the building is beautiful. In the big scene the ceiling and balcons are decorated with angels and gold, and the furniture are old and with green velvet seats. If you don't understand danish, then maybe see if they have a "theater concert" which they're known for - they've made them with both Beach Boys, Bob Dylan, Leonard Cohen and many more international artists! Or maybe just go and enjoy the show, and see if you'll catch up on bit of danish ;-)”
