Relax after a day at work in front of the theater-quality projector for a cozy night in at a quiet oasis in the midst of one of the busiest neighborhoods in San Francisco. Home automation so sophisticated it feels magical, from motion-activated lights to whole-home sound, makes this space a true delight. You'll be able to get some work done, too, with two 5K monitors, a 65" TV, sit-stand desk, and lighting fast internet. Open wooden shelving, trailing plants, and woven fabrics create a bohemian feel.

I first came to San Francisco in 2011 after years of traveling the world (mostly with Airbnb!) I fell in love with the city, and in 2018 became a home-owner and began hosting as a way to re-connect with the nomadic community. As both a host and a guest, I enjoy sharing stories and local tips with those I meet. Having lived in 9 countries and traveled to many more, I strive to be the sort of guest that can fit in anywhere and the sort of host that can make anyone feel at home. During my travels, I studied foreign languages extensively, and though I'm quite rusty these days I always enjoy getting the chance to practice. These days, I get a lot of pleasure from constructing creative integrations between technology and design -- both in my home and in my handmade converted camper-van (#VanLife). When I'm not working, I travel around in the van with my dog, a mini Australian Shepherd named Azuli.
