This magical, eclectic retreat is only a 10min. drive from the historic district and 15min. from Tybee Beach! I've been hosting Airbnb from the very beginning, and it is my pleasure to share with you my spacious, yet quaint, nature-lovers paradise!

The space

"He’s the kind of guy who can find something in common with just about everyone." -Seth Kugel New York Times.
ALL ARE WELCOME! If you're Gay, straight, transgender, African American, native American, anything you want, speaking any language you prefer, dressing any way you want! Come stay in my home! We believe in equal rights for all!!!
Trump voters, you can stay as well, however I must say that the midtown hotels are a pretty good deal. Also, there aren't any TV's here playing Fox news! And you may have to share a bathroom with a man in a dress. We think that's cool!

The Dogwood Room. This room features incredible natural lighting, Professionally decorated, with windows facing the South & West displaying the beautiful view of the Dogwood tree in front of the house that blooms white flowers every spring. This room has a full closet, dimmable lighting, natural floors, vintage desk & chair great for working and or relaxing in case you want to stay longer :) This room is very large, airy, open, and comfortable.

Cool Air Conditioning & Fast Wifi

This house is perfect for people who enjoy relaxing in the hammock, listening to birds, feeling the sea breeze, and reading a good book :) If you would prefer blaring TVs, and convenience to the airport, this is not the place you will enjoy. I'm very easy-going and happy to share many fun activities:

**Bicycling -- I have a Tandem you can use!

**Beautiful Running Trail -- Completely safe, high-end neighborhood.

The house has two guest rooms, sharing 1 very nice upstairs bathroom. You're more than welcome to use the kitchen. I love having great conversation while making dinner or breakfast with new friends from around the world. There are many fun activities, and great eats in Savannah, and close to Mi Casa! I love being a host and sharing tips and ideas with my guests! I love to keep this house full of laughter and good vibes, this house is very peaceful and magical. I'm a traveler myself, and I love the opportunity to show this amazing city to other travelers enjoying the journey of life.

Interesting Facts of this House:
This is a beautiful tree house built in 1932, making it one of the oldest houses on Whitemarsh Island. This house has been recently remodeled to show off its original all-wood charm and keep you feeling like you are high up in the island forest.

**Next door to an Native American Mound
**Also next door to a civil war battery (there's a moat besides the driveway remaining)

Cute house, comfortable and clean stay. Off the beaten track location, but good if you want to split your time between the city proper and the beach. Never saw a host, but all amenities were provided. All in all a fine stay.

This house is magical. The artwork, the breakfast, the rooms, and the host are all incredible. I don't think there could be a better place to stay in Savannah. And if there is one, I bet it's Jonathan's

The Dogwood room was just as described! It was a beautifully decorated room, comfortable bed, and fun atmosphere with a shared space. As I don't usually like to share a bathroom with strangers when traveling, it was perfect for 1-2 nights. Jonathan opened up his home and welcomed every guest with his generosity. It was fun to go downstairs to find other guests chatting in the kitchen, enjoying breakfast and sharing backgrounds and recommendations of surrounding attractions. It was about a 10-15 minute drive to downtown Savannah with parking to not be a problem. Just remember where you parked your car because all the blocks look alike! Would definitely recommend this room and house.

We had a great time during our stay! The DogWood room was beautiful and Jonathan's home was very welcoming. We loved that the house was in a quiet neighborhood and just a quick $10 uber drive from downtown.

(URL HIDDEN)G!!! Hands down an all around great place to crash. Not only does Jonathan know how to decorate a home but also makes you feel welcomed! Plus he's working on a sweet backyard project (nothing that would effect your stay) that I'm planning to return to check out! Take the opportunity to stay here for yourself!
