The apartment (37 m²), refurbished in 2021, is located on the 2nd floor of a building on a quiet street, 2 steps from the Ourcq canal and close to shops. Metro, RER and Tram are a 5-min walk. Ideal for exploring the capital! You are also right next to Parc de la Villette.

The space
This is my own apartment in which I live. It can accommodate up to 4 people (1 bedroom and 1 sofa bed) but the ideal is 2 visitors due to its size.

It has a spacious living room with a large sofa, dining table, desk area and fully equipped kitchen. It also has a bathroom with a shower, toilet and washing machine as well as a bedroom with a very comfortable double bed.

I welcome you with all the necessary comforts and hope you will have a pleasant stay. I ask you to respect my space, my privacy and my neighborhood! Don't expect to see an empty apartment because I'll leave my books on the shelves ;)

The metro is a 5-minute walk from the apartment on line 5 (Hoche stop).
You also have access to the RER E from Pantin station and the tram, which will take you to Saint Denis (Stade de France and Olympic Pool).

Located in the golden triangle of Pantin, the apartment is a 3-minute walk from local shops, the market (3x/week) and restaurants.
