The property boasts two beautiful living rooms, each adorned with a mix of classic and contemporary décor, creating an inviting atmosphere for relaxation and socializing.
It comes with 3 plush bedrooms, filled with natural light and fresh air. Wake up to the view of greenery, a sight for sore eyes. The rooms will be well received by plant lovers, dotted with an array of foliage.
Alongside the 3 super- queen beds, you will be provided with an extra floor mattress as well- to accommodate a larger group.
The walls and decor are intricately designed, complemented by plush fabrics and luxurious bedding that promise a restful night's sleep. Unwind in the comfy seating areas, intimate nooks for reading or reflecting.
Your comfort is our priority, and the two attached bathrooms (along with one common bathroom) are no exception. Stocked with all the essentials—shampoo, body wash, and more—they are spaces ensuring you start and end your day enveloped in care.
Culinary enthusiasts will delight in our fully stocked kitchen, equipped with a gas stove, microwave oven, a refrigerator, and an array of convenient appliances like a hot water kettle, water filter and bread toaster. For the self-sufficient foodie, we provide a one time supply of a plethora of breakfast options, including fresh bread, butter, jams, various cereals, milk, tea, coffee and eggs at no additional cost—fuel up for your adventures at your leisure.
Dine in style in our six-seater dining area, designed with soothing earthy tones that complement the home's aesthetic. Step out onto the balcony, an ideal spot for sipping your morning coffee amidst the fresh air. This outdoor space includes a cozy sit-out and a handy drying rack for your convenience.
In the utility space, you'll find a washing machine, simplifying your stay by taking care of all your laundry needs without stepping out. You will also have access to high speed WIFI at all times for all your work and binge watching needs 😉
The house comes with TWO TVs installed in two of the bedrooms, along with fully free Netflix, prime and Hotstar subscriptions distributed between both TVs.

Other things to note
While we aim to provide all conveniences and amenities, please note that this is a home and not a hotel. Therefore, we request you to treat it like you would treat your own home, keep it clean and we hope you will feel fully home.
Please note the following house rules:
(1) the house is meant for a maximum of 6 people (including children). External visitors are permitted as long as the total number of residents doesn’t cross 6- please inform us in advance though.
(2) please leave your footwear in the shoe rack provided outside the house. If you wish to wear footwear inside, kindly only wear footwear designated for the indoors.
(3) if you use any dishes in the kitchen, please make sure to wash them as housekeeping doesn’t include dishwashing.
(4) Kindly limit loud noises after 11 PM
(5) Please don’t waste electricity. When you leave your rooms/ house, please turn off the ACs, fans and other appliances.
(6) please ensure that you lock the door after you leave the house
(7) Drinking and Smoking: drinking is permitted in the house, but please be judicious as puking/ dirtying the furnishings are not accepted.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the property. If you wish to smoke, kindly do it outdoors/ downstairs (NOT inside the bathrooms OR the balcony OR the common corridor). Kindly note that this is the only hard rule for this property and therefore, you will be requested to pay penalties if this rule is broken.
(8) housekeeping: our housekeepers will clean, mop and dust the house once every 2 days and the linens/ towels will be changed once every 3 days/ each time a new guest checks in (whichever is earlier).
(9) early check in and late check out: These are completely dependent on availability and on the departure times of the previous day’s guests/ arrival times of the following day’s guests.
Occasionally, extremely early check in or late check outs would entail an additional day be blocked for you- in which case, a half day fee may apply.
