On your Shenandoah Valley getaway you will be comfortable in this spacious suite. We are just 3 miles from downtown where you can enjoy quaint shops, food & history. Go to the Farmers Market on Saturday, happy hour at the Box Office Brewery, antiquing at the Emporium! Enjoy tastings at nearby wineries, hike Signal Knob, experience Civil War history at Hupps Hill & Cedar Creek Battlefield. Take a day trip to see the views on Skyline Drive & Shenandoah Natnl Park (30 min). We are 4 miles from I-81

The space
In your large basement suite, you can relax in comfy chairs for lounging and reading. You have a breakfast table/workspace as well. In the bedroom you can watch the smart TV or sleep on the full bed with high thread count sheets and comfortable pillows.
You have a private full bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and fluffy towels!
There is also a coffee/tea station, a convection cooktop, a convection oven, a small fridge, and a microwave.
A bonus for those who like to stay fit on vacation is a separate workout area with an elliptical!
Your suite has a private lighted entrance and personal covered parking. We have 2 kayaks available for use in the warmer months and plenty of room for your mountain bikes!
The patio has a large table for seating, a fireplace, and a grill. There is a deck you can sit on while drinking your morning coffee with a beautiful mountain view. In the Spring and Summer the property is full of flowering trees and lush plants. In warmer months you can swim in our large sparkling above ground pool.

We also have a desirable 2pm check in time. We look forward to hosting you during your stay.

Our neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. Everyone is friendly but will not impede your privacy. We are on 2 acres so there is plenty of space between properties.

We are a fun family. We like to laugh and be silly. My husband is a healthcare professional and I am in real estate settlements. Since both of our jobs can be stressful, we make sure to have fun together! We love the outdoors and nature! We have a motorcycle and love to ride scenic roads. We love food and dining out and my husband calls me a “food snob”….he may be right! We both love getting to know new people and would love to meet you!
