Welcome to our stunning 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom mid-century modern home, perfectly situated on a hill to capture panoramic views of the breathtaking red rock formations.
As the owners, we visit the home often throughout the year. Because of this, you can expect a truly top-quality experience—we're dedicated to continual maintenance and regular upgrades to ensure everything is always in great shape.
The well-appointed interior includes designer furnishings throughout. The large dining area seats six and is situated next to a comfortable viewing lounge, both located just off the kitchen. A cozy gas fireplace warms the living room on chilly desert nights.
Each of the three bedrooms features an en suite bathroom and high-quality Nest bedding mattresses. The master bedroom adds a seating area and an office nook. For extra privacy, one bedroom and bathroom can be closed off from the main house. The third bedroom offers two twin XL beds that can be converted to a king upon request. Smart TVs are provided in all bedrooms and the living room.
Outside, the sprawling deck extends your living space, equipped with stylish furniture perfect for al fresco dining or morning yoga. For the ultimate relaxation, step into the private hot tub, strategically placed among the trees to maximize the red rock views and stunning desert night sky.

The home features a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces, which allows guests to make the most of the modern amenities and the stunning landscape that surrounds this unique property. Whether you're sharing a meal, or simply enjoying the solitude, every corner of this home is designed for comfort and relaxation.
Other things to note
We want you to have a fantastic stay, and that includes enjoying the living space, our hot tub, and outdoor amenities. For everyone's safety and to maximize your experience, please take a moment to review the following guidelines:
Indoors: Please note there is a step down into the living room as well as into the hallway with access to one bedroom/bathroom and the interior garage door. The living room contains a cactus that is not safe to touch.
Outdoors: Please stay on stone paths, sidewalks, decks, meditation zone, and landscaped areas of the property. This protects the natural plant life, prevents soil erosion, and ensures your safety in our steep and rocky setting. DO NOT walk anywhere beyond the deck, meditation area or hot tub in the back of the house. The landscaped portion of the property also includes many cacti, which should be avoided as extremely painful if touched.
Hot tub
Supervision: Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times in and around the hot tub area. Please be mindful of other guests and neighbors. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during later hours.
Temperature: The hot tub temperature is set at 101. We recommend not going to temps higher than the pre set 101.
Health Considerations: Pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, and those under the influence of alcohol or drugs are advised to consult with a healthcare professional before using the hot tub.
Shower Before Use: Please shower before entering the hot tub to remove any oils, lotions, or sunscreen. This helps keep the water clean and extends the life of the hot tub.
No Glassware: For safety reasons, no glassware is allowed in or around the hot tub area. Please use provided plastic or non-breakable containers.
Cover Usage: When not in use, please ensure the hot tub cover is securely in place. This helps with insulation, safety, and energy efficiency.
Liability: Neither Property Management Company nor Owner will be liable should any injury or accident occur. By using the hot tub, you agree to abide by these guidelines as well as those posted on the side of the hot tub. If you're traveling with children, it is your responsibility to monitor and ensure the safety and activity in and around the hot tub at all times while children are present.
