I'm sorry that Tyler appears that he didn't enjoy his stay. Tyler stopped by before actually proceeding with his reservation through AirBnb, so he had the opportunity to view the apartment before deciding if he'd like to stay there, and opted to rent for a full month, so I'm unsure about why he would put a comment that the pictures look better than it actually was, or about the small fridge, as it's noted in the listing that there's a mini-fridge, and he saw it before renting. A TV is not listed as one of our amenities, we don't have TVs in any of our rentals. It is mentioned clearly in the listing, as well as in the email that I sent to Tyler when asking to book, that there is a $10/day surcharge for a/c usage. No mention was made during the entire time he was here that the a/c wasn't working well, and he opted to use it for several of the days of the stay (now that it's been reported, we're having a technician take a look at it).
It's confusing to me why Tyler would negatively comment on things that were clearly presented from the start. We offer economical rental options with the basics, and make sure to note the amenities that are available so that potential guests can make a choice that works best for their requirements.
