The apartment has two bedrooms, master bedroom with king size bed and wall-to-wall view, second bedroom with double bunk bed and a trundle bed for a third person.

Keys will be handed over at the property in person - two sets will be provided with three keys in each and loss of any key or set will incur a $250 charge, in addition to the cost of rekeying the locks.

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions:

1) Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.

2) Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly, this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.

3) Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.

4) Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. A reasonable state of cleanliness is expected. Check-out time is 10:00 by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests. Upon departure, doors (including the garage) should be locked and the property left secure.

5) Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.

Bond is payable at the same time as the balance amount. The bond will be refunded within 14 days in full subject to the above conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared ..etc.

Pets are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made in writing with the owner.

Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.

Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.

We recently stayed at Simon's place for 16 nights. We are a family of 5 with three young kids and I was concerned we wouldn't all fit, but there is tons of space. Storage is fantastic as most of the cupboards are empty. The house is well equipped and very clean. Location is awesome. 50 metres to the beach and bus stop right outside the apartment. The building is very clean and quiet so perfect for families. The only negatives would be the parking - it's really designed for a small car but there's street parking around the building. You just have to watch timing on weekends. And the fridge makes a constant and random beeping noise. Since the apartment is small, this can be frustrating at night when trying to get to sleep. Apart from that, great place. Would definitely recommend.
