Close to all shops (pharmacy, newsagents’, sports shop at the foot of the building), mini super market, restaurants and amenities (bus stop and station). CHAMONIX’s main pedestrian shopping street, the RUE PACCARD, is just 3 minutes by foot. The flat is on the 2nd floor of a private co-ownership complex with entry-phone and secured badge access to floors. There is a lift, giving easy access to the basement garage.

SLEEPING FACILITIES: Living room – 1 corner double sofa bed (140cm). In the living room there is a wall-mounted flat screen TV, and books at your disposal. Bedroom: 2 bunk beds (bottom 140cm, top 90cm). The top bunk is not suitable for children under 6 years. Fully equipped KITCHEN area: dish washer, combined micro-wave oven/grill, fridge, 2 ceramic glass cooktops, crockery for 4 persons, toaster, electric kettle, raclette appliance, fondue set, juice extractor. BATHROOM: shower, basin, toilet, washing machine, hair dryer. BALCONY: garden table with 2 chairs and deckchair. MISC: TV - washing machine - fridge – oven – vacuum cleaner – iron – loungers - ski locker - collective heating and hot water - indoor, but not private, parking - use of a parking space in the car park (optional), AMENITIES: All shops and restaurants nearby, within a radius of 200m (bakers’, supermarket, sports shop). At the foot of the building there is a news agents and pharmacy. ON REQUEST: Folding baby’s cot. Hire of bed linen possible.
From €235 to €635 depending on the period. Additional services not included in the rental: use of a parking place in the basement, with direct lift access - €45; provision of household & bed linen - €40; cleaning of the flat at the end of your stay - €60. Rates given are for weekly rentals; the rate for weekends (2 or 3 nights) is €235, but exclusively outside French school holidays. Decreasing rates of charge are applicable from 2 weeks. In order to secure the reservation, a deposit of 25% is required at the time of reservation; upon reception of this deposit we will send the contract, inventory and location map. This deposit will not be cashed until we receive your signed contract. We also require a guarantee deposit of €500 and a €60 cleaning fee deposit. The guarantee deposit and cleaning fee cheques will not be cashed, and will be returned to you 15 days after your departure (unless withheld, and after deduction of any sums covering degradation to the property, furniture, furnishings, equipment etc… or loss of keys or other items).
Ideally located near all shops and restaurants, bus and train stations. Cars are not indispensable – it is possible to go everywhere by foot or shuttle bus. The free Chamonix le MULET shuttle bus service leaves from just outside the building.
