Villa Morjim is a peaceful 4-bedroom home sitting right on Morjim Beach. When you step inside, you get to witness the pretty sea views. This villa does not have a pool because the biggest and best swimming spot—the beach—is just a few steps away from your door!
The house has lots of natural light, comfy bedrooms, sea-view corners, daily housekeeping, a friendly caretaker and a kitchen where you can make your favourite meals.
Everything around the villa is calm and open, making it perfect.
The space
Villa Morjim is a wonderful 4-bedroom villa with ensuite bathrooms, a big living room, a dining space, and a full kitchen.
The living room is wide. The sofas are soft and cosy, and the whole room is warm. There is a verandah facing the sea where you can sit here for hours listening to the waves or reading your favourite book.
The bedrooms are simple, spacious, and very comfortable. Each room has an air-conditioner, a lovely bed, a wardrobe and its own private bathroom. Waking up here feels peaceful and gentle, like the start of a perfect holiday morning.
The kitchen is set up with everything you need to make tea, snacks or full meals. You can cook on your own or you can ask for a chef on request if you want someone to prepare your meals. There is a cosy dining area that seats six people.
For your comfort, we have Wi-Fi, inverter backup for lights and fans and a caretaker who stays close by to help you with anything you need. Our housekeeping team keeps the villa clean every day so you can enjoy your stay without any worry.

Bedroom 4: Common bathroom with toiletries right besides the room, double bed, wardrobe and decorative furniture with an AC.
Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with microwave, stove, refrigerator, water purifier, pots and pans as well as cutlery and crockery.
Dining Room: Dining area has a dining table that seats six guests, there is also ample seating space for extra guests around.
Living Room: Living area with comfortable plush sofas, and TV. The living area does not have an air-conditioner.

Other things to note
Due to the unique location of our villa, there might be loud noise or music till late nights coming from the nearby beach shacks during the peak season. And the villa does not have a swimming pool. Please book your trip accordingly.
Power Backup – This Villa has an Inverter Power Back up—lights, fans, and a few plug points—will work; air conditioners will not. Duration depends on usage and is subject to battery capacity.

Goa is known and loved for its lush greenery and surroundings. As a result, insects, geckos, ants, and other small creatures are a natural and important part of it.
You might come across them around the garden, pool, and at the premise.
While we do our best to maintain a clean and comfortable environment, it’s not possible to completely eliminate them.
If you have a strong fear of insects or bugs, please let us know in advance, so we can take extra care to make your stay more comfortable.
