This is a great place to spend the night, grab a shower, and make yourself a cup of coffee. It is in downtown Monroe, Ga on the second floor of the Eulalia Building.Downstairs lobby with a fireplace and couches. Restaurants and grocery a walk away.

The space

The old building has been beautifully restored. It is a walk away from food, grocery, and park.
It has one full public bathroom on the end of the hall, the bathroom is not connected to the room but it is down the hallway. Locals rent the rest of the suites for business, art, photography, counseling so you might meet a new friend during business hours. After 6 the building is quiet and turns into your domain. I hope to see you soon and show you around town.

This was our first time using Airbnb and I'm glad to say the experience was wonderful. We checked in on a Saturday and none of the offices were open so we had the place to ourselves. James came by to make sure we got settled ok and talked to us for a few minutes about the town. The room was all we needed for our overnight stay, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. If we ever need a place to stay in Monroe in the future I wouldn't hesitate to book this room again.

Check in was easy, and the location was convenient for the wedding we were in town for. If I am ever in Monroe again, this will be the place to stay.

This is a great place to stay with everything you need nearby. I spent a week here while training and thoroughly enjoyed my time. The room is very comfortable and it was nice having other spaces to spread out and work in the evenings.

Room was great, located in historic building in downtown Monroe. James, our host was also great. Gave us a little tour of the downtown redevelopment and the history of the buildings.

Check-in was simple and easy. This is a great place for a quick stay - safe and convenient. Located in a commercial building though, so probably not the best place for an extended stay.

My bf and I needed to stay in the area for a night. The place was in a very nice and beautiful area and easy to get to. The room was cozy and James provided us with everything we could need. The layout of the building is unique but we didn't feel like it was any issue, it was actually nice on how quiet the building was at night. Thanks again James!
