The space
As soon as you enter the gorgeous Ardra Villa, you're welcomed by our sincere staff with chilled welcome drinks. The main living room is very bright bursting with natural light yet highly comfortable. It has a high ceiling with couches having premium upholstery, furnished with numerous modern and comfy amenities that span throughout the entire interior of this lavish villa.
The full length 12 seater dining area opens onto the relaxing game room setting the stage for many memorable evenings. Sun shines through large windows throughout the day, making the entire space bright and warm, accenting the rustic floor.
Once you are ready to rest and relax, retreat to the lovely bedroom, where you can recharge after an exciting day of adventuring throughout the Mulshi Valley.
But wait! The best is yet to come – step out in the spacious private yard to catch a breath of fresh air and marvel at the serene natural environment. Note: We have our 2 beautiful dogs at the property but they are placed in a separate fenced area for guest’s safety.
★ KITCHEN & DINING ★
This kitchen is not accessible to guests in any condition. If you are travelling with a baby, we will make an exception for you to use the kitchen to make baby food. Please let us know in advance.
The dining area has a refrigerator, microwave oven, hot/cold water dispenser all of which the guests can use.
★ GAME ROOM ★
The game room has table tennis table, indoor games, carrom, chess etc.
★ SWIMMING POOL ★
The swimming pool is 4 ft deep without any lifeguard. Guests are advised to be careful while using the pool at their own risk. Unattended children/kids will not be allowed inside the pool without any adult supervision. The heater of the pool needs to be turned on beforehand hence kindly let us know in advance if you are going to need the heating (miniumum 36 hours). heating cycles will be charged extra, please ask the caretaker about that.
★ OUTDOOR AREAS ★
The property has a surrounding area with Mango plantation. Take a stroll around the plantation while the BBQ is being set up. Sit at the deck overlooking the luxurious pool that‘s just waiting for you to hop inside. Play with your loved once or sing karaoke in the lush green lawn on the backside of the villa
Other things to note
★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. If you sneak in a pet, you will be charged your entire security deposit.
★ SWIMMING POOL★
An extra charge applies for pool heating.
Please inform the caretaker if you require a heated pool well in advance.
It will take minimum of 36 hours to for the pool to get heated.
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Smoking inside the house make the villa unpleasant for the future guests. Please feel free to use the outdoor spaces for smoking. Any smoking evidence inside the house will result in forfeiting your security deposit.
★ NO LOUD MUSIC / PARTIES / EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to keep the volume low to preserve the surrounding pristine nature and wildlife and to be good neighbours. No music will be allowed after 10pm.
★ STAFF TIMING ★
Although the staff lives in the premises in separate staff accommodation, service will not be available 24 hrs.
Staff service timings: 8am to 10pm
If want to eat/drink after 10pm, please use the microwave oven to reheat the food the serve yourself. If you want early morning tea/coffee before 8am, please use the coffee/tea maker using electric kettle.
★ OUTSIDE FOOD NOT ALLOWED ★
Food brought in from outside is not allowed in any case except for infant/baby food and kids snacks. No food parcels brought from outside allowed.
Guests can either enjoy in-house meals prepared by our chef as per the meal plan selected or go to the restaurants outside.
★ CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIME ★
Check in time is 1pm, Check out time is 10am. Early check in or late check out may be possible with pre-approval at our discretion. Please request it well in advance. Checking out late than scheduled time impacts the upcoming reservations and cleaning/maintenance schedule of the property. 50% of per night booking rate will be charged and deducted from the security deposit after 30 minutes of buffer time after the scheduled check out time (i.e. 10.30am)
★ SECURITY DEPOSIT ★
A refundable security deposit of Rs 10000 per stay will be taken at the time of bookings. The security deposit will be refunded to you automatically within 2 days (to the source payment mode only) fully if you use the home as your home and do not damage/break anything.
The security deposit will be forfeited and will bot be refunded if you break any house rules or if you damage/break/destroy/vandalise the property or its belongings or surrounding.
★ WIFI & TV ★
Jio Wi-Fi is available at the property free of cost upto 2GB per day usage. Please note that the Wi-Fi is powered by Jio sim card. Connectivity and internet speed may occasionally vary depending on network conditions, which are beyond our control.
55’’ smart TV with Tata Sky DTH is there in the living room.
The property has a mobile network coverage of Jio/Vi/BSNL.
